Reviewed Sep 2, 2026小樽駅にまあまあ近く、館内に不満はありませんでした。朝食の場所からの眺めやメニューも良かったです。清掃スタッフの方も心地よい挨拶をしてくださいました。
チェックイン時に対応していただいたフロント（男性）の方ですが、ルームキーを私に渡す際に「はいっ」と片手で差し出しました。ホテルスタッフとしてはカジュアルすぎるというか、場にそぐわない態度のように感じ少し不快感を覚えました。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026크기가 일본의 다른 숙소에 비해 여유있는 편이라서 침대 하나를 추가해도 3명이 무난하게 이용했다. 고풍스런 유럽같은 호텔 분위기와 걸어서 오타루 명소를 다니기에 적당. 주차장이 협소했지만 근처 주차장으로 바로 안내해주었고 깔끔한 대욕장이 있어서 피로 풀기에 좋았다.
조식이 일식과 서양식으로 구분되어 각기 다른 층에서 진행되는데 여행 동반 일행이 일식은 맛있다고 하는데, 내가 이용한 서양식을 맛이 없었고 구성도 미흡하다.

トイレの排水の音が終始聞こえたのが気になった ベーカリーの案内がなかったので帰りまで気づかなかった ラウンジのフリードリンクは初日午後は利用できたが、2日目午前はなかった 大浴場のドライヤーを使う場所が狭いのが気になった 3人横並びで洗面台はひとつしかない

Reviewed May 13, 2026毎年2度ほど使わせて頂いていますが、今回は高校同期の仲間と一緒に予約した4部屋も希望通りに隣り合わせで用意して頂きました。３階和食の朝食も美味しく、10人で予約した14階のハーフランチも十分な内容で全員が満足しました。タクシーの手配も素早く対応してくれて助かりました。
チェックアウトの時間がもう少し柔軟であれば云うことなしです。

Ein bisschen mehr Informationen für die Wintersportler unter den Gästen wäre nett.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026チェックインが遅くなってしまい（22時55分)申し訳ないと、伝えると 「ご移動、大変だったのでは。お疲れでしょう」と返していただきました。移動の疲れも吹っ飛びました。 大浴場は出入り口のフロアにスタッフの方が常駐してくださっていて安心でした。大浴場入浴も24時まで可能でゆったりと過ごせました。 サロンクラスラウンジは、寛げる空間でとても良かったです。 また宿泊したいと思いました。
