Très petite chambre, pas de place pour ranger les affaires ni pour laisser une valise ouverte. Lit trop petit (mon compagnon mesure 1m90, ses pieds dépassaient le lit). Le petit déjeuner pas terrible.

Very nice, simple, clean and not big hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Extremely polite staff, always in a favour of customers. Great thanks to Osman and Allattin at the reception. We had all help we needed and everything arranged to feel great in our vaction thanks all you guys. The breakfast was very rich in variety and the possibillity to have it in a garden was great. Well appointed, small and simple boutique hotel in an old traditional turkish house, quiet inner courtyard. Rooms are large enough. You are steps away from everything, but in a working neighborhood, removed from the sea of tourists. As a solo travel, i felt totally safe at all hours. Super nice staff, very helpful. On the premises 24 hours a day Great breakfast in the courtyard. Pictures on their website are really accurate 5 minutes access to the trams.

Siamo un gruppo di amiche e siamo rimaste 4 giorni e 3 notti, e siamo veramente rimaste veramente soddisfatte. Le camere erano prima di tutto bellissime e sopratutto molto pulite! Il servizio era impeccabile, tutti i dipendenti sono molto cortesi e disponibili, ma un grandissimo grazie va a Baran e Osman, che sono stati molto d'aiuto! Ci hanno tutti aiutato sia dandoci consigli per il tour, sia prestandoci la Istanbul card per i mezzi (già carica, che poi noi abbiamo restituito altrettanto ricaricata), ci hanno consigliato dei buoni ristoranti vicino all'hotel e ci hanno anche permesso di usare la sala per la colazione per poter cenare lì l'ultimo giorno, avendo ordinato da fuori. Ho deciso di portare le mie amiche italiane a vivere un avventura turca per fargli conoscere la mia cultura, e sono molto contenta che questo hotel abbia dimostrato che siamo un popolo comunque molto cortese e disponibile! Inoltre, la vicinanza con i posti da vedere é veramente perfetta, siamo vicinissimi alle attrazioni più importanti ovvero: Aya Sofia, Sultanahmet, Topkapı, la basilica cisterna, il Grand Bazar, e cosi via...

L'unica pecca, se proprio dobbiamo andare a cercarla, era la coperta estiva del letto, leggermente troppo corta, ma non è niente che rovinasse la permanenza.

Das Badezimmer hatte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts einen unangenehmen Geruch, der auch nach der Reinigung nicht verschwunden ist. Außerdem war das Bad trotz Reinigung nicht wirklich sauber. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr alt und teilweise heruntergekommen. Mit dem Tee beim Frühstück waren wir ebenfalls nicht zufrieden, wobei das für viele Touristen wahrscheinlich weniger störend ist.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre historique d’Istanbul, à quelques minutes à pied du grand bazaar. Les autres monuments historiques sont à 20 minutes à pieds et le tram est tout proche Bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet

We had a very enjoyable five-night stay at the Enderun Hotel. The location is excellent for exploring the historic centre of Istanbul, and the hotel itself has considerable charm and character. Our room was elegant and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The staff were consistently kind and helpful. We were particularly grateful to the lady who cleaned our room every day, who was exceptionally kind and took excellent care of us.

Our room was quite small (noticeably smaller than the standard rooms shown in many of the photographs). The coffee was also disappointing: in my view, the coffee machines both at breakfast and in the reception area could be considerably improved. Light sleepers should also be aware of the early-morning street noise: the seagulls can be very loud, and there is noise from people working in the small workshops and businesses in the surrounding streets from quite early in the morning. These were relatively minor drawbacks, however, and did not detract significantly from our stay.

Ho soggiornato all'Enderun per sette notti con la mia ragazza e siamo stati benissimo! L'hotel ha un carattere davvero unico e conserva lo stile e gli arredi tradizionali, il che ci ha permesso di immergerci appieno nell'atmosfera della città. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, il servizio eccellente e la colazione offriva prodotti di alta qualità; ho apprezzato in particolare le torte squisite e l'anguria, sempre freschissima.

Wir sind rundum begeistert und sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Der Service war wirklich erstklassig und das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alatin, der jederzeit für uns da war und uns bei jeder Frage sofort weitergeholfen hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Großen Basar (Kapalı Çarşı), sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die herzliche Atmosphäre, die Sauberkeit und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

The breakfast was amazing, the garden you ate in was beautiful. The staff were wonderful, they upgraded our room because they had the availability to do so and got us a great rate on a tour. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Istanbul.

The room was cleaned daily and very well. The breakfast was amazing and the room had a nice vintage feel to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a major tram station which is nice if you plan to use public transport.

Depending on what kind of tourism you plan to do, perhaps the location in the old part of Istanbul can be a bit overwhelming crowd-wise but also in terms of reaching more local restaurants/ other attractions. However, if you like exploring cities on foot/ by public transport like us this should not be a problem. The furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom could be updated to give it a more premium feel.

A sweet little hotel with clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is a good central base, with many tourist attractions within walking distance (grand bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia) and easy access to public transport to get to the trams (a couple of blocks uphill).

While the location is central and a great base, the immediate surrounding streets are less touristy and therefore not as ‘pleasant’ as they are a few streets north and east. It is completely fine and doesn’t feel unsafe, just something to be prepared for.

The staff were super attentive, and solved a bunch of different issues for us. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and significantly cheaper than a taksi. We loved our balcony and the view of the sunset. And the location was great! Very convenient to public transit and walkable to all the big sites.

The reviews on the site are not reflective of this property. The room is not clean. There is mould in the shower-room and a lingering smell. The bed was itchy. The AC was programmed to turn off every 1 hour meaning interrupted sleep. The streets are loud at night and the windows don’t block the noise. I could not wait to leave this place.

Hotelul este amplasat la doar 500 m de Marele Bazar și de Moscheea lui Baiazid al II-lea și 400 de stația tramvaiului T1. De asemenea, la 10-15 minute de mers pe jos se pot vizita Hagia Sofia, Cisterna Basilica, Moscheea Albastră și Palatul Topkapi! Camerele curate, se face curățenie zilnic, personal calificat și foarte amabil. Mulțumiri speciale domnilor Osman și Baran de la recepție pentru sfaturi și implicare!

Localização bem próximo de vários locais turísticos com uma pequena caminhada. Equipe estremamente atenciosa e nos ajudou a organizar o transfer de ida e volta até o aeroporto com ótimo custo. Café do hotel com boas opções. Boa relação de custo benefício considerando a alta temporada.

They arranged our transfer, cruise booking (Bosphorus and Princes Islands), provided local information (where to taste the best traditional lahmajun and doner) and attended emergencies that occurred (we wanted a pharmacy on a Sunday). Our special thanks to Iskandar and his team for making our stay in Istanbul a dream come true! We have a home in Istanbul in the Enderun Hotel!

Love the decor and comfort of this hotel. The staff were always available and helpful. The room is very good value for money. Has easy access to major tourist sights and you can access the T1 tram in minutes.

Would have liked the coffee machine on all day because there is no good take away coffee nearby for a reasonable price but everything else was superb.

Cladirea am inteles ca est de patrimoniu, dar cu lift, cu curtee interioara frumos amenajata. Mic dejun gustos si bogat. curatenia se face zilnic, lenjeria se schimba la cel mult doua zile.

De locatie was perfect: midden in het hart van Istanbul en op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels. Het personeel maakte mijn verblijf extra bijzonder. Vooral Ramazan en Alaattin waren ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Omdat ik alleen reisde, hielpen ze zelfs met het maken van mooie foto’s. Ik voelde me welkom en veilig tijdens mijn hele verblijf.

Door de centrale ligging kan het soms wat druk en rumoerig zijn. Verder heb ik een prettig verblijf gehad.

Great location in the Faith area of Istanbul. Key sightseeing is a short tram ride or 10-15 min walk. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped with amenities. Wide selection served at breakfast, and lunch/dinner options were easy to find within 5 mins of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We also made use of the laundry service which was ready within the same day.

The hotel was in a great location, with the main attractions within easy walking distance. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. The beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Although the hotel did not have a kitchen, this was not an issue, as there were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby.

The water pressure in the bathroom shower was very low, and it would be a good idea to check the faucets and plumbing. The breakfast selection was the same every day and lacked fresh fruit. Although tap water is not safe to drink in Turkey, we were provided with only two 0.5-liter bottles of water for our three-day stay, and any additional water had to be purchased. There were also many cats around the hotel, and their loud meowing at night disturbed our sleep when the window was open.

「Do not enter」の札を掛けておいたのに、部屋に入って清掃されていたことがあった 厚手の掛け布団が必要だったのに、2回 取り去られていて、その度にリクエストしなければならなかった

We were lucky to get an upgrade to a triple deluxe room with the most amazing view. The room was beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed our 5 night stay. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. Thank you to Osman and Alaattin who organised a taxi for us very quickly back to the airport when our booked taxi didn’t turn up. The breakfast was very good and varied each day with plenty of choices for vegetarians. The location of the hotel is very good and an easy walk to lots of shops, restaurants and historic sites. There is a T1 tram stop a couple of minutes away also. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and a fifteen minute pleasant walk to Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and other main historical sites. Hotel staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was available each morning and was a nice added feature. Neighborhood had a number of streets with good restaurants.

We had to move rooms twice. The first two rooms faced east towards the Blue Mosque area and had a lot of night time street noise including trucks and motorbikes at all hours, and every morning around 4.30am seagulls started making a lot of noise. We moved to a west facing room on the other side of the building on the third floor that was lovely and featured an ocean view. That room was very quiet. So I think your experience will be greatly affected by which room you are in. Ask for west facing room.
