Ambiente sprintoso, comodo perchè a una fermata di treno dalla stazione centrale. Colazione abbastanza varia. Pulizia e tranquillità della zona.

W pokoju słychać każdy dźwięk z korytarza - choć to typowe dla akademika. Łazienka zapuszczona, pleśń pod prysznicem, nie wspominając o stanie wc. Bardzo słaba regulacja ciśnienia i temperatury wody pod prysznicem. Brudne ściany i zasłony. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu pokoju. Słone elementy śniadania bardzo słabiutko. Jajecznica nie do zjedzenia.

Ottima struttura, si tratta di un campus universitario. Posizione comoda per chi è in viaggio, ottimi servizi, una palestra davvero ben attrezzata e funzionale. Ancora meglio la gentilezza e la competenza del personale all'ingresso!

Uniche segnalazioni, mancavano temporaneamente le luci principali sulle scale e la colazione è "funzionale", non entusiasmante e ricca come quelle di diversi hotel di costo simile.

Super Hotel, mit sehr gutem und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Kombination aus Hotel und Studentenwohnheim ist außergewöhnlich und sehr entspannt. Die fußläufige Lage zum Zentrum ist klasse und wenn man Bologna mit dem Auto bereist eine super Anlaufstelle, da es einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel gibt und man die Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Klare Empfehlung!! Wir würden wieder kommen...😊

Śniadania to najsłabszy punkt w ofercie tego hotelu. Ogólnie ok., ale jajecznica zimna, szynka nienajświeższa powodują obniżenie pozytywnego wrażenia. Personel bardzo miły.

This isn't really a "hotel" but student rooms in the university district which are open to tourists during the holiday period. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and fast wifi. Plus, you get a free buffet breakfast and tea/coffee/juice included every morning, there are also vending machines, and laundry facilities. Bologna historic centre is a 30 min walk away and you are also very close to the San Vitale train station and bus stops. Because it's a student area you also have cafes and affordable restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning was not very powerful, and switches off automatically when you leave the room. So when you come back to the room it takes at least an hour for the room to get to a comfortable temperature again. The laundry facility requires you to download an app and create an account to use it. I don't want to give my data to a company just to wash my clothes once.

Moderné, pekné a kompletne vybavené ubytovanie. Personál bol veľmi ústretový a milý. Hoci sme mali objednané len raňajky, hneď pri príchode nás milo informovali o možnosti dokúpiť si aj večeru. Raňajky aj večera boli naozaj chutné a bohaté. Obrovským plusom bolo, že nám na recepcii bez problémov ochotne zavolali taxík do mesta. Odporúčam tento presun do centra – je to pohodlné a cenovo prístupné 12-15 eur. Všetko bolo v úplnom poriadku!

Definitely very good-quality accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are new and clean, with everything you need, and the reception staff are very friendly. There is also a laundry room available. The location is quiet, with the city center about 2 km away, so it is still within easy reach. There is a Lidl supermarket and a café nearby. After several days of traveling around Italy, this was definitely the best accommodation I stayed at within the same price range. Highly recommended!

I liked the room. It was cozy and enough space for one person to spread out. Location was not bad, close to a train station. Breakfast was good as well

It did take some time to walk into the center of town. Place was somewhat confusing for me as it seemed to be a hybrid with dorms but that was explained to me.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of storage space, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. As we were travelling by motorcycle, we particularly appreciated the secure underground parking, which was a great advantage and gave us complete peace of mind. The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from the city centre, something to keep in mind if you plan to explore on foot. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, although the way it was presented reminded us a little of a university cafeteria. Even so, the quality and selection of the food were very good.

Ca sa ajungi la locatie, care este de fapt un campus studentesc, trebuie sa iei trenul si sa mergi o statie - cel putin asa am facut eu. Exista si autobuze sau taxi dar asta a fost solutia aleasa de mine. Iar de la gara mai sunt cam 500 metri pana la locatie. Camera arata foarte bine pentru o camera de student , mica dar baia este destul de generoasa si extrem de curat totul. Micul dejun a fost ok, nu este ceva extraordinar dar cu siguranta gasesti ceva ce poate sa iti placa. Pentru mine a fost in regula.

Cea mai mare problema pentru mine a fost PATUL !! Din pacate este un pat de 90 /200 si efectiv n-am putut dormi noaptea aceea aproape deloc dar DOAR pentru ca eu nu mai sunt obisnuit sa dorm intr-un pat atat de mic. Pentru cine nu are problema asta este perfect.

It has some points that could be renovated (e.g. a hole in a ceiling), but nothing disturbing.

Staff welcoming, the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made and the big private. The concept of the hotel is that you're shari g the building with students. Distance to Bologna center is 15min by bus abd 15 min walk from the hotel to the bus stop. There's a train station that provides a direct way to the center and is closer than the bus stop from the hotel.

The bathroom was small and the shower needed a good refresh, had asked for large bed but got a twin bed, it was a bit late when we got our bedroom and we were tired so didn't request a change. The breakfast room is a real school cantine and missing a bit of cozynes.

Zdecydowanie OSTRZEGAM każdego przed pobytem w tym hotelu! Ten obiekt to tykająca bomba sanitarna. Podczas pobytu zostałam potwornie pogryziona przez pluskwy – mam na całym ciele prawie 120 bolesnych, zaognionych ugryzień. Mój organizm wszedł w silny stan zapalny, ucierpiało moje zdrowie fizyczne i psychiczne, a sprawa skończyła się pilną interwencją lekarską i silnymi lekami. Z powodu rozległości obrażeń mam bezwzględny medyczny zakaz przebywania na słońcu, co całkowicie zniszczyło moje dwutygodniowe wakacje we Włoszech. Co najgorsze, hotel doskonale wiedział o problemie. Na pościeli znajdowały się stare i świeże ślady odchodów pluskiew. Gdy we wtorek rano znalazłam w łóżku wielką pluskwę pełną krwi, natychmiast zaniosłam ją do recepcji. Pracownica recepcji WPROST PRZYZNAŁA, że hotel wie o problemie z pluskwami na tym piętrze (6. piętro)! Pomimo tego, że świadomie wynajęli nam zanieczyszczony pokój i narazili moje zdrowie, dyrekcja wykazała się absolutnym brakiem empatii i profesjonalizmu. Odmówili wypłaty odszkodowania za zniszczony urlop, a po oddaniu kosztów pokoju zaczęli ignorować wiadomości. Portal Booking.com również nie pomógł w wyegzekwowaniu sprawiedliwości. Nie ryzykujcie zdrowia swojego i swoich bliskich. Ten hotel to koszmar. Sprawę oficjalnie zgłaszam do włoskiego sanepidu (ASL) w Bolonii.

I strongly WARN everyone against staying at this hotel! This place is a serious sanitary hazard. During our stay, I was brutally attacked by bedbugs. I ended up with nearly 120 extremely painful and itchy bites all over my body. My body went into a severe state of inflammation, and I had to seek emergency medical treatment. Due to the severity of the reaction and the risk of permanent scarring, I am medically banned from going out into the sun, which completely ruined my 2-week vacation in Italy. To make matters worse, the infestation in Room 604 on the 6th floor was long-standing—there were both fresh and old black fecal stains on the sheets. When I discovered the insects on Tuesday morning, I immediately brought a bedbug filled with blood to the reception. The receptionist explicitly ADMITTED that the hotel was well aware of the bedbug problem on that specific floor but they thought that they manage it. Unfortunately not. Despite knowingly assigning us a contaminated room and endangering my health, the management has shown absolute zero empathy. They refused to pay any compensation for my ruined health and zapped vacation, and ignored further communication. Booking.com support failed to resolve the issue properly as well. Do not risk your health, your family's safety, and your money. Avoid this place at all costs! I am officially escalating this matter to the local Italian health authorities (ASL) in Bologna.

The staff at the reception was very friendly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was a huge disappointment. Paying around €500 for five nights, I expected at least a decent night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that was impossible. My room had a shutter/door in front of the window that didn’t fully block out the daylight. I only found out after two days that there was an additional door that could be closed. This should have been explained at check-in, not after I’d already spent two sleepless nights. On top of that, the walls are incredibly thin. You constantly hear people talking in the hallway, doors slamming, and the housekeeping staff starting early in the morning. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this is definitely not it. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I had to ask for fresh towels almost every day, and on one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. These are basic hotel services that shouldn’t require guests to ask. The breakfast was another major letdown. It consisted mostly of highly processed, low-quality food with very few fresh or healthy options. For the price I paid, the quality was far below what I expected. The only real positive aspect of my stay was the reception staff. They were genuinely kind, friendly, and always tried to help whenever I raised an issue. They deserve credit for their professionalism, but unfortunately they couldn’t compensate for the hotel’s overall shortcomings. Overall, paying €500 for five nights felt like very poor value for money. Between the lack of sleep, constant noise, inconsistent housekeeping, and disappointing breakfast, I cannot recommend staying here.

Très déçue par notre expérience. À notre arrivée, l'hôtel nous a indiqué que la réservation ne concernait qu'une seule personne, alors que nous étions deux. Au moment de la réservation, il y avait bien indiqué, une chambre économique pour 2 personnes. Malgré les échanges avec Booking et notre bonne foi, aucun geste commercial ni aucune solution n'ont été proposés. Nous avons été contraintes de payer une deuxième chambre au prix fort. Le personnel est resté très ferme et n'a fait preuve d'aucune compréhension face à cette situation. Une expérience regrettable.

Super nettes Personal dass gerne nach einer Lösung gesucht hat für mich. Da mein italienisch etwas schlecht war, war ich sehr froh dass wir uns entspannt auf Englisch unterhalten konnten. Es gab kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Hotel ist sehr zentral. Ich bin mit meinem Hund ins Zentrum gelaufen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter

Lokalizacja wprawdzie nie w centrum Bolonii, ale dobry dojazd autobusem. Bardzo blisko dworca Stazione San Vitale, skąd można łatwo dostać się na Stazione Centrale i dobra baza na wycieczki poza Bolonię. My bylismy w Ferrarze, Modenie i Ravennie. Hotel nowoczesny, cicha i dobra klimatyzacja, ładna łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Sniadanie dobre, kawa z ekspresu ile kto chce, soki i woda do picia. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam.

Ottima qualitá/prezzo. Struttura per studenti ad hoc ottima, per visita a Bologna va bene come posto per dormire, parcheggio gratis. Camere giuste, forse un po da sistemare alcune cose, ma se non si pretende molto, va benissimo.

Nella stanza alcune cose da sistemare, mancava sapone per il bidet,aria condizionata da far vedere perchè non funzionava benissimo.

Lo staff era davvero super, tutti molto gentili e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti con un sorriso, sopratutto una ragazza alla reception con i capelli corti mossi/ricci ( purtroppo non conosco il nome), reception aperta h24, disponibilità di farsi chiamare un taxi direttamente dalla reception o comunque la fermata del bus a 10 minuti. La zona è ben servita a livello di ristotanti/pizzeria, vicino c'è un lidl...parcheggio interno, tutto l'edificio dotato di aria condizionata. La stanza era molto comoda e spaziosa, abbastanza pulita come il bagno del resto...una chicca è la possibilità di avere sempre a disposizione acqua fresca gratuitamente...colazione buona e abbondante, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma all'interno c'è anche una mensa per pranzare e cenare. Molto silenzioso nonostante la presenza di molti studenti. Se dovessimo capitare di nuovo a Bologna sicuramente ci ritorneremmo

Se proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa direi solo la pressione dell'acqua della doccia e il fatto che è difficile regolare la temperatura ma è un dettaglio sorvolabile data la qualità della struttura.
