It is so close to the main bars and clubs in Legian but is lovely and quiet/relaxed

There was some building work going on but only during the day and I benefitted from a newly-refurbished room

Hotel is lovely , in a great location to explore Kuta . It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach . Rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a good stay . Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and there’s a good variety of foods . Hotel bar/restaurant is nice and not overpriced .

Local men who sit too long on the site of the pool, i saw this daily, the same hang-around local men🥲 From the morning til late at night, are they gangsters? Reception people also didn’t do anything about it. Hallways need to be renovated. At basement of parking place, lots of stuff everywhere, looks like a storage,

Restaurant , did not open for dinner till late, when we went to order Japanese night ( after flyer was left in our room to advertise ) our first order could not be completed as no food to make the meal then we ordered different items and these were unable to be ordered as no ingredients? Why leave a pamphlet advertising a menu u cant prepare, also breakfast food was always cold , we tried to turn up elements but sadly did not help

The room wasn’t luxurious, but it had all the basic amenities and offered great value for the price. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good variety of options. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to nearby shops and Kuta Beach, which made getting around really convenient. Overall, a pleasant and worthwhile stay.

The fact that upon arrival our bed cover had brown marks which looked like blood or maybe chocolate. The staff came and quickly changed the bed cover. The following day after room clean one of the replaced towels had brown stains also.

The staff were nice and pleasant, so, no complaints about the staff. The water pressure was good.

It just wasn’t the hotel for me. I wont rate the entire hotel because I must have been given the worst room in the hotel. The smell of my room was horrible. As soon as i walked in, I could smell dampness and I hoped all night it wasn’t mould. Also, I didn’t realise until early check out you had to pay for water. None was available free of charge even to brush your teeth. The fridge wasn’t a fridge at all. It was a cool box of sorts or maybe it was broken. The room overlooked a wide and tall grey wall (perhaps the back of another tall hotel) blocking natural light. The hotel was overcrowded. I didn’t feel comfortable at all so I early checked out the following day despite paying for two nights.

De kamer de penthouse was op de fotos toch wel mooier en de douche vond ik nogal in een hoekje geplaatst. Jammer dat er bij de check out werd gezegt dat er een handdoek mist maar naar dat ik heb gezegt dat ik geen handdoek hoef van hun en dubbel check van hun was het goed Koffie bij het ontbijt was echt niet lekker en voor een andere koffie moet je betalen

Everything looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com, which made us so happy from the moment we arrived 😊 We booked the Suite and it was the best choice 'cause it's spacious, comfortable, and the view was so beautiful 🌅😍 The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well-kept. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay 🙌💛 We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali 🌴Highly recommend!

في الغرفة الاولى كان المكيف حار وكان فيه تجاوب وتم تغير الغرفة وكانت قريبة جداً من الرسبشن وكان الوضع ازعاج جداً وايضاً من يسبح فالمسبح الصوت يكون ظاهر. ايضاً المكيف بدأ بالتسريب واضطريت ابلاغهم للأستدعاء الفني لان اعاود التجربة أفضل مكان بعيداً عن الصخب والازعاج.

Lovely and clean , staff 10 out of 10. . Room was large 50 odd sqm , breakfast good selection and nothing was too much trouble

The shuttle could have a few extra runs per day only 9.30 and 2.30 Booked a pool access and no ladder or steps as my wife had to carry her towel over her head to get to the steps , then walk to her room

Rooms were okay, mini fridges didn’t keep anything cold. Pool was great and so were the staff, all very friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast buffet and regular menu catered for mostly non western options, but was fine.

The fridges were not cold for drinks, air con in our room didn’t really work. Breakfast needed more western options. Not even free water for teeth brushing.

Close to the beach, nice and quiet, located not directly on busy Legian St. spacious parking, helpfull staff and cozy room👍🏻

The only thing I didn't mind was the breakfast and the location was good as I could walk wherever I needed to go.

The girl they have at reception needs people skills. Doesn't smile or make you feel welcome or heard. The rooms I found atrocious, smelly and old. Definitely not what the pics showed online.

For what you get it was over priced for Bali accomodation. The beds are hard we stayed during a reasonably cool period lucky for us,as the aircon didn’t get really cold. We booked pool access room and while the other apartments had comfy outdoor seating these rooms did not. You had constant plumbing noises from I assume the above rooms. The pool had a very loud suction noise as though pool was lacking water on some occasions. one night in particular it went until about 2 in the morning. The fridges are NOT fridges I wouldn’t even say they are coolers our milk went off, it was open for coffee first morning stored in the “fridge” and second day it was sour. The pool doors don’t seal properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. We got a floor mat and a towel each no hand towel or flannels obviously the last bit is being overly picky but was just an extra bit to add to the dissapointment. Definitely overpriced for what you get

Where do I start? We originally booked a twin share room, confirmed via email with two separate beds. When we were given our room, the bed was a king. When we mentioned this, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, and we could not change rooms. We were able to change rooms the following day. In this same 1st room, the door handle fell off the door into my hand - the grub screw was missing (easily fixed, but the inconvenience was frustrating). In the 2nd room, the air conditioner tripped 3 separate times while we were there. The 2nd time it happened, I asked the repair guy if he would change the fuse, he said yes, but this did not happen. The safe did not work either. Yes, it was fixed straight away, but the further inconvenience of this after we had to change rooms didn't add to a positive experience. We had purchased drinks to keep in the fridge and drink at our leisure. Let me just say that our drinks would have stayed colder out of the fridge as the air-conditioned room was cooler than the fridge. On the day we arrived, it had been raining. The rain was coming through the ceiling in the lobby near the lifts (I suspect this may have contributed to the air conditioning tripping). The public toilets in the same area were filthy and smelly. The toilets did not flush. The breakfast foods which were supposed to be hot, were cold. One day at breakfast, a tourist group took up all the tables (which is ok) but not only did they overfill their plates, but they also filled take away containers and took them away with them leaving other patrons without food. Nothing seemed to be done about this. The shower would often flood onto the floor for the bathroom wetting the floor mat if it was left too close. The pool area was not inviting or relaxing. There was a lack of lounge chairs around the pool area. Unlike the photos on the website.

Omg hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows I have EVER slept on! Spotlessly clean, huge rooms. Free cold water in the hallways to top up your bottles. Just great!

Sometimes it was really loud from other guests. Soundproofing would be awesome there.

1. Location is good. Rooms are ok. However, prices for suite room are too high as compared to the facilities and size of the room.

Price and facility as per the suite room, Despite late check in and prior information, room was not ready for more than an hour. Had to wait and then after so much wait, they change the room which was not really up to the level of suite room.

I was in room 137 pool access. The noise dripping from the pool was annoying luckily I came home drunk most nights and was able to sleep through it. Apart from that everything else was perfect

Location: walking distance to the famous bars street for foreigners. Front desk: very friendly and professional. Room: clean with cold AC. Breakfast buffet: I will give breakfast 10/10. Surprised. Swimming pool: good.

AC was broken in the night. But maintenance arrived within 5-10 minutes. Once they found out it was unfixable, front desk immediately gave me a larger room for free. I am happy with how they handling the issue.

Only the resption was good

Staff were rude, unorganised and unhelpful. Wasted over an hour standing a hot lobby being told my room would be ready ‘in a moment’. Didn’t even get complimentary water and was charged when I used the bottle of water in the room.

The room was really nice. The hotel have a wonderfull staff .the restaurant was good taste It’so really recomended to stay in this hotel. The location was very strategic

Our stay was quite disappointing. The rooms and facilities are very old and worn out — far below what we expected from an ASTON property. While the staff tried to be helpful, they were limited by the poor condition of the hotel. Management really needs to invest in upgrades, especially for the rooms, towels, and air conditioning. The breakfast had good variety, but the restaurant was overcrowded, hot, and humid. Many dishes were greasy with watermarks, and there were flies around the food, which felt unhygienic. The first room we received was smelly, and the aircon didn’t work properly. When I raised this, I was told it was because I booked a Superior Double Room. Instead of offering a better option, they only showed similar rooms, and I had to settle for a Twin Room instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience — the staff were kind, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement.

Nice hotel. I just stay with my family on the weekend, the reception service was amazing. I was so happy since the room is amazing, clean and large. I am happy, my kids was happy with the swimming pool. Will stay in the future........

Hotel is clean however as a family of 4 only a large double and 1 single bed is provided if want extra you need to pay an additional £25 even though you have already paid for 4 people but the child (11yrs) was expected to sleep in our bed. Next issue is the gluten free options are none existent my daughter is severely coeliac and you have to order 24hrs in advance like most hotels however you then need to wait 35 mins for it to arrive and it’s basically 4 bits of bread that look like rice (pic shown) The location is good, pool is ok however about 5 sun loungers for over 100 guests.

First, this hotel is a nice hotel in the heart of legian, it is easy to walk to the beach, the room very nice and clean, the service was also wonderfull, all the staff member kind and helpful, especially receptionist. Keep up the good work
