Location, service and food.

Very nice and big hotel. Located in quiet location. Walking distance to IFS shopping center. Great breakfasts and amazing views from the room. Room also big enough for the family 2+1. Very comfortable bed as well.

Exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Really good room with good facilities and a top-notch breakfast buffet.

La chambre est correct et l'hôtel est bien placé

Beaucoup de refus du personnel, tout avait l'air compliqué à chaque demande. Pas possible d'aller à la piscine car trop de monde, pas possible d'aller au bar en haut car nous n'avons pas de chambre "exclusive".

- Excellent location (just 10-15 min on foot from most everything); - Very clean (room cleaned / towels changed / toiletries resupplied daily, air purifier in-room); - Great view of the city (39th floor); - Very comfortable bed; - Attentive staff; - Opulent breakfast options.

- This is my own misunderstanding, but, having lived in Japan for so long, when I read “spa” in the description I was expecting a kind of public bath with saunas… instead the spa is just a massage service. - While the breakfast options are indeed plentiful and delicious, the selection of western-style food was limited to omelette and cold cuts.

The hotel boasts a prime location with easy access to metro lines 2 and 6, making travel to the CBD areas like Chunxi Road (蠢熙街) and Taikoo Li (太古里) quick and hassle-free. The convenience of the metro allows guests to explore the city's main attractions effortlessly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, featuring excellent soundproofing to ensure a peaceful stay. We stayed on the 39th floor and were lucky enough to witness stunning sunrises and enjoy the magnificent night view overlooking the Panda Tower (天府熊貓塔), which added a special touch to our experience. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering a fantastic variety of both Eastern and Western options to cater to different tastes and preferences. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious and diverse breakfast spread. The staff were professional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness greatly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel well cared for and appreciated. This hotel truly excels in both location and service, making it a top choice for travelers.

The air ventilation in the gym and indoor swimming pool could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

I like the room. It's great. It was spacious for 3 person to share the room.

The breakfast was rather boring cos the choices were not fantastic. I think instead of getting the breakfast, it's better to go out and eat instead. Lights were difficult to maneuver.

The view from my room is stunning looking directly to city center direction. Another thing worth mentioning is the friendly and super helpful staff you know they are standing by all the time for your needs. This hotel has other facilities, e.g. restaurant, gym and swimming pool at high floor, which gives a unique feeling of Chengdu.

The shower room leaks water to the outside bathtub area, and floor tower appears to be insufficient absorbing it.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby on 33rd floor, so every room has an amazing view. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Rooms are incredible with Spa like bathrooms. Shower is heaven. Banks with ATM’s & 7-11 nearby

A brief stay before I moved to Shangrila. Decent breakfast and room. Decent price. You can’t compare the service with Shangrilla chain but you get what you are paid for. Would recommend it to friends.

町の中心部にあるホテル。エレベーターで33Fに挙がったところにフロントがあり、そこでチェックインします。客室はそこより上。今回は39Fに泊まりました。窓からの眺望もよく夜景がきれい。部屋は清潔で快適でした。独立したバスタブが部屋の中心に近いところにあり、ちょっとびっくりしました。シャワー設備が充実していたのでそちらを使いました。フロントに英語が話せる人があまりいなかったことや、部屋のテレビがほとんど中国語のチャンネルだったことから、中国国内向けの高級ホテルの印象を持ちました。それでも1Fのコンセルジュでは英語でコミュニケーションができ、抜群の笑顔を返してくれたのが印象的でした。

very polite staff, concierge helped organizing personal items to be shipped. But 2nd floor has an event almost every ones smoking. Bad.

It’s a good stay overall

全体的に良い印象だが、部屋の掃除がまだまだ行き通ってない印象でした。掃除機を入れてなかったり、ベットシーツを３日間替えてなかったり、シャワー上がり用の服が置いてなかったり、ティッシュの置き場所が良くない、コップが深すぎて使いにくいなどなどです。

The room doesn't activate air conditioner, the room temperature was 29 degrees celsius, too hot to sleep.

Spændende hotel da den starter på 33 sal og opefter der er god udsigt. Personalet er venlige, og hjælpsomme. Ellers pænt hotel med shopping muligheder og tæt på metro, ikke lang fra centrum.

Good location, close to city center and subway. Nice room at reasonable rate. The gym could use an update. The breakfast is so so, especially if not included in the room rate.

３３階がロビーで、部屋はどこも高層階で見晴らしが良い。設備は女性に喜ばれるほどの清潔感。 朝食は四川の担々麺から日本の寿司にワッフルにと、美味しいブッフェです。 名の通った外資系ホテル好きでも、ここはロケーションと設備、そして価格を考えたら高評価をつけざるえないホテルだと思います。

The room is spacious and has nice view. The staffs are very friendly.

Disadvantages: open bathroom not good for more than one person in business, there was a smoke smell in the room, but not in the hallway, around 9 PM for about an hour, dual masks for fire safety, no bible in the room & no international plug converter. Advantages: great overall accommodation, can walk to Citibank, train station & shopping center, decent buffet (not found on many Asian delicacies, breakfast included on price & friendly staff.

Hotel très confortable avec un beau design et bel equipment. Restauration variée et de qualité. Wifi très lent mais un technicien m'a offert une connexion wifi plus rapide. La connexion par cable est active mais non connectée à Internet. L'eau gratuite c'est 25 cl par personne dans la salle de bain et 33 cl près du lit assimilable à du gratuit mais facturée trop cher. La prochaine fois je mettrai mes lunettes pour lire l'étiquette :). Système d'assenceurs mal conçu : 1 ascenseur avec terminus le lobby et un autre ascenseur dans un autre endroit pour accéder aux chambres. Néanmoins ils sont vraiment beaux (les lavabos :)! Le maitre d'hôtel Roger au restaurant buffet du soir est à la fois accueillant et très sympathique.

Un hôtel correct, mais pas plus.

Great Hotel, but worst WIFI anywhere. Neighborhood is great, a short walking distance to great malls and places to dine. Hotel service is good. Hard to have them understand english, even in a 5 star hotel like this one.

Very nice hotel , very nice breakfast & convention location

The only thing needs to be improved is the room guests not being able to adjust the thermostat for a comfortable room temperature.

チェックイン時のこと。予約した部屋がなかったらしく、好意で別部屋にグレードアップしてもらっていたが希望の部屋に泊まりたかったのでなんとか空き部屋を探してもらった。喫煙ルームしかなかったが仕方ない。予約の時点で言って欲しかったがエクスペディアを介しているので多少は無理な事もあるのだろう。サービスや部屋の快適度は申し分なし。ただ、7階のマッサージはどうも戴けない…。ホテルも高級だしあの値段設定なのは1000歩譲ってよしとしても、マッサージの内容はひどいものだ。もっと身体を熟知し、熟練したスタッフを入れて欲しい。街のマッサージ屋のほうがマシなレベル。

Staff service in coffee shop during breakfast time is not very good. When you sit in, nobody ask what you would like to drink. You have to ask the staff to give you coffee or tea. But all other service is ok.

CP值很高，離地鐵有些微距，打車算容易。值得再次入住。

The hotel is fairly new and facilities were clean and in good condition. The hotel is one of the higher buildings in the city, so you can enjoy great view from your room. Hotel location is right in the city. One shortcoming of this hotel is hotel service. Staffs are kind and friendly but it was little bit difficult to communicate with some of staffs in English. Also the hotel does not provide any shuttle bus to airport, but would call a taxi if you ask.

位置非常好，就在市中心。所以叫车非常方便，每次出行叫个车在酒店大堂等就可以了。 房间很干净，床也很大很舒服，因为楼层都在33楼以上，感觉很不错。

位于市中心的一家很新的酒店。需要提醒一下的是，成都有两家明宇豪雅，不在同一个地方，不要弄混了。如果使用了停车库，记得找前台要停车票~

Rien à redire sur ce séjour à l'hôtel Minyoun. Un accueil très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins. La chambre que nous avons eu était finalement immense avec deux pièces, salon et chambre, une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées , deux toilettes, télévision dans le salon la chambre et la salle de bain. Une décoration soignée et de nombreuses attentions. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très diversifié et la nourriture de qualité. Le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix

酒店风格很清新，很别致！整体条件类五星，整洁度和舒适度都不错。以较低的价格住在这个水准的酒店，还是很超值的！商务或休闲都适合！但有一点要提醒各位，如果是单位报销需要开发票的话，会遇到麻烦。请提前咨询好再预定。

less than 3km from the city center. the staff was very nice, and generally everything was outstanding, especially for the nightly rate. Of course the internet in the rooms wasn't great, but that's become my standard expectation in most cities in china

Hotel was nice, awkward entrance however, hotel lobby is on 30th floor, where you have to switch elevators to get up to your room. Room was decent, wifi included which was a bonus. The bathroom had see-through blinds (especially with lights on) and as I was travelling with a friend made it awkward due to a lack of privacy. Breakfast was standard, nothing too impressive. Concierge staff were helpful cannot say the same for reception staff; on arrival at hotel when we asked re: panda visit/info, female staff member just rolled her eyes at us, not a very good first impression. Location was good for shopping, only a short 15min walk to big shopping street, metro near by too. Also disappointed to find out that even though I booked a twin room for 2 people only 1 breakfast was included. I clearly didn't read the fine print enough.
