Reviewed May 29, 2024This hotel is well located, a short walk from Gare de Lyon and several other Metro stops. It is good for a short stay for a couple; the room is small for 2 people, but bathroom was a good size and shower was nice. Breakfast was great, and the greeting from Tonya every morning was a nice start to the day. It is rare to see someone working constantly at keeping food stocked and tables clean. Wifi worked well, and the lobby has tables for working if needed.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2024Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel. Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.

Lovely continental breakfast that set us up for the day. Room wasn’t ready until 1pm instead of 12 noon but we could still leave our bags and go and explore the vicinity.
