We loved the beautiful apartment complex with brilliant pool to relax by. Never too busy and very handy walk to beach. Our studio was on ground floor and was cleaned with fresh bedding and towels every day. The room was spacious and although not modern fitting like some apartments, it was very comfortable. Beds were very good as was air con. Kitchen area had enough to make breakfasts and lunches. Only one large pot to cook on but thats fine, as we ate out most nights. A pasta dish would have been easy enough to make. The staff were brilliant. The cafe attached did breakfasts and take away coffee. We would definitely come back. Great value for money !

The shower was fine for a quick shower but I used the outdoor shower near pool for washing my hair as the apartment shower was a wet room type set up and kinda soaked the small bathroom. But thats a minor thing compared to the overall loveliness of the place.

Location was excellent

It was a wet bathroom where you shower next to the toilet and everything gets wet. The drain was semi clogged so I had to shut off the shower so the water wouldn’t go into the room.

Our favourite place to stay in Naxos. Perfect location, beautiful pool area and comfortable super clean rooms.

The site is beautiful. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The shower had to be used sitting down. Nice experience, a first for me. The lady at the reception was super kind she had our room before the check in time. Much appreciated. The location was incredible. It was less than 5 mins walking to the beach and nice bars. Not too small not too big. And the site had parking. But there was also public parking nearby. Finally I want to remark some comments about the state of the room and appliances. Yes they were old. But what do you expect the price is very competitive and the place is beautiful. I am there just to bath, sleep and occasionally eat. What else do you need?

Everything was great - we loved the front porch of our room which we often sat on and had evening games with the family.

Fotini is a delight, with a warm welcome, and a 'hello' everytime you see her. Stamatis is always on hand, and the cleaning staff are amazing and keep the rooms spotless. The room (2/3 bed studio) is a good size, with a small basic kitchenette, and a good sized terrace looking over at the pool. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so well each night. The bathroom is a small wetroom. (Just take a squeezey to swish the water off the floor into the drain!) Both the bathroom and furniture could do with updating, but are kept extremely clean. The pool is lovely, kept extremely clean, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. It's in a great location, just 1 minute walk from the nearest mini-market, 2 minutes from the main Agia Anna beach and bars/restaurants. Agios Prokopios is only about an 8 minute walk.

Nothing, although the bathroom could do with updating it didn't detract from the room or our holiday.

Location, servicing and cleanliness. Pool was great and staff friendly. The updated apartments were very comfortable. Nice set up with bed, TV and balcony.

Only minor but worth mentioning. The stairs in the 2 level apartment were a little small/difficult to navigate. The sink tap was unconventional and sprayed everywhere when water hit the basin.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Η πισίνα ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος υπέροχος.

L’eau du jacuzzi à notre arrivée était jaune, peu rempli posé sur un mini balcon en plein soleil donc pas mis nos pieds dedans pendant notre séjour, le petit déjeuner est inutile (salle sombre, plats peu ragoûtant et nourriture qui ne donne pas envie d’y revenir )

This is a really great well run family hotel. The hosts are the nicest people with the warmest welcome. We are a family of 6 so needed two rooms. Everything clean and nicely decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone, young, old, families or couples

Beautiful room with hot tub with was so nice. Lovely greeting from host. Pool spotlessly clean and loads of sunloungers. Quiet spot with supermarket right outside and so near regular bus into Naxos town 5 euro and goes every 15 mins. Buy the bus ticket from the supermarket

Nothing to dislike but we arrived at 9.30 for breakfast and because it shuts at 10 not a huge amount left but still plenty for us to enjoy.

Had a lovely 3 nights stay here. The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was spotlessly clean and the pool was fabulous.

Rooms a little dated

Crystal clear beaches close by and hotel cleaned daily. Good value for money hotel and lots of things to do around. Staff very friendly and kids loved the pool.

Hotel se nachází kousek od pláže a centra Ag. Anny. Má krásný vnitřní areál, úžasný bazén. Ubytování je prostorné a pohodlné. Úklid každý den. Vrátila bych se znovu.

Pokoje mají starší vybavení a zasloužily by rekonstrukci. Pak by to bylo naprosto fantastické.

La piscina è bellissima e perfetta per i bambini perché c’è una piscinetta bassa, la camera è grande e vicino alle spiagge più belle dell’isola e con fermata del pullman vicina e supermarket di fronte al residence. La proprietaria super disponibile e gentile.

Unica cosa da migliorare la vasca del bagno che non aveva nenache una tendina e si bagnava tutto il bagno

Ομορφο ξενοδοχειο με μεγαλη καθαρή πισίνα και όμορφο εξωτερικό χώρο. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρό ,ανετο σε χώρους με όμορφο μικρό μπαλκόνι που έβλεπε την πισίνα. Η θάλασσα ήταν 2 min με τα ποδια και το πρωινό ικανοποιητικο. Είχαμε μια όμορφη διαμονή

Λειπει μια σιτα στο μπροστινό παραθυρο ωστε να μπορεί να ανοιγει το παράθυρο και να εχεις δροσια το βράδυ χωρίς να μπαίνουν τα κουνούπια.

The showers are small without a curtain but they clean every day they are small

The breakfast is great , the pool is good too but not heated so a little cold, the studio is comfortable enough for the price, the staff is super helpful!

We had ant coming into our studio everyday and mosquitoes are super bad at night , somehow even if we tried to keep everything shut we still had them inside the room at night !!!

The property was very stylish and cleaned every day. Our host Sissy was a real fun and positive person with some great recommendations on local things to do and see

The outside space was split over 3 levels but it’s a minor issue.

I am really hoping to return next year. The lady who was the hostess was lovely, always made sure you had everything you needed and was very friendly. Always made you feel welcome. The pool was perfect and I met some other ladies there traveling alone. Life is always good when you make new friends 🧡

I found the room very dreary, as all my furniture was black and red where as my friends rooms the furniture was white and the room was cheerful. I also only had a window in the bathroom so no like got in the living area.

The location was great - peacefully located but within 5 mins of the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars and a supermarket where you could also buy bus tickets. Our favourite restaurant was Gorgona. Also 5 mins from bus stop at the beach and small harbour.There was a lovely pool and a snack bar which also served breakfast wanted. Our ground floor studio apartment was very basic but good value for the price and had it's own outdoor sitting area (see photo) with pool view. I believe there are other refurbished apartments.

It was okay for us but I think some people might find this studio apartment too basic ( eg the shower facilities).

La propriétaire est très attentionnée et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Chambre au 2 ieme avec terrasse et vue incroyable. Ménage fait à tous les jours. Les installations extérieurs et la piscine sont superbes, l’hôtel est à quelques pas de la plage et des restos.

Manque de rangement malheureusement :/ J’ajouterais crochets et tablettes. Salles de bain très petite donc plus difficile si vous êtes plusieurs mais tout de même très fonctionnel pour un court séjour.

We stay with Something Else every year, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Super clean and safe, and great location too. Pool is fantastic!

There was a slight issue with the plumbing but that can happen anywhere, and was resolved super quickly!

We would have benefited from a shelve in the wardrobe areas to lay some folded clothes. Also a towel rack by the sink would have been useful. Minor details that didn't impede in anyway in our amazing stay!

Great location - close to beach, restaurants, bars and public transport. Very welcoming reservation staff and very pleasant cleaning staff. Cleaning service every day, with towels etc. renewed every day, if needed.

The shower head was not attached to the wall, which made showering more awkward. Maybe the small bathtub should be replaced with a shower tray.

Miła obsługa, czyste pokoje. Idealna lokalizacja 5 minut na pieszo do morza. Obiekt wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach.

Det var ett fräscht rum, vi hade massionette med bubbelpool på övre balkongen. Bra med yta, och städningen va väldigt bra. Poolen va ren och fräsch och personalen va väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi var där med två barn. Och om vinintresserade badade i poolen så låg stranden max 200m därifrån, och går du i ca 5-10min så har du en fantastisk strand precis bredvid. Mataffärer och restauranger i väldigt nära anslutning.

Situation parfaite en bord de plage, près du centre pour les restos et boutiques. Parking. Belle piscine récente. Personnel agréable.

The pool is lovely and the location is great - easy walking distance to the beach & places to eat. Room sizes are generous. The woman on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Two of the three chairs on the balcony were cracked and in general the fixtures & fittings were in need of repair/replacement. Some rooms had been refurbished though, so they are probably working their way round them. For the great price we paid, we weren't overly bothered by a bit of wear & tear.

L'hôtel est très calme et très bien situé : Plage, commerces, restaurants , aéroport et arrêt de bus pour le port. Très grande piscine. Je recommande.

The property was 5 minutes away from beach and has super market very near. The room itself was bit small and the kitchen was quite small too. But the pool area and the ambience was good.

This hotel has a beautiful pool, free parking, and a decent breakfast included. The room was very simple, which was fine, since the price was good. My only complaint is it is very noisy during the night since it is close to the road and people in the area where loud until very late.

La salle de bain est un peu vétuste mais pour des séjour de quelques jours et pour un hôtel deux étoiles elle fait l’affaire.

La ubicación al lado de la playa y con todos los servicios es perfecta para descansar. Si tienes coche de alquiler tiene un parking perfecto para aparcar y la piscina estaba genial, con tumbonas muy cómodas y sombrillas y accesorios para que jueguen los niños.

El baño y la ducha demasiado pegados y al no tener mampara ( como casi todos los sitios en los que hemos estado en Grecia) el agua se sale por todas partes. Había que tener mucho cuidado con las duchas.

The studio suite was very good. Pool was excellent.

Breakfast was ok but not many different choices. Our studio had a bedroom and another bathroom upstairs. It was very difficult getting up and down the stairs as I’m 65. Next time I’d probably ask for a downstairs room. We also had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs on our arrival.

Η καθαριότητα (αλλαγή πετσετων, καθάρισμα μπάνιου) ήταν καθημερινή. Εύκολη προσβαση με τα ποδια στην υπέροχη παραλια της Αγίας Άννας, πολυ κοντά σε μίνι μάρκετ και στάση λεωφορείου. Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος με πισινα. Ιδανικό και για οικογένειες!!

Struttura molto carina, posizione molto buona a pochi passi dal mare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio auto privato e gratuito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

The pool

Attention to detail. Room required maintenance repairs. Eg. loose bathroom basin and very loose toilet seat. Clean linen on bed was damp, no mattress or pillow protectors. Only 2 pillows supplied for double bed.

Perfecte locatie in dorp , dicht bij de "drukte" maar toch rustig gelegen. Mooi zwembad met voldoende bedjes. Wij zaten in een gerenoveerde (witte) kamer die prima voldeed, 2 badkamers, 2 balkons , klein koelkastje, Nespresso apparaat. Elke dag schoonmaak met nieuwe handdoeken etc. Wij hadden ontbijt erbij welke prima was, simpel maar goed . (prijs was ook niet hoog). Voor 2.30E enkele reis pp kan je de bus naar Naxos stad pakken dat ongeveer 20-25 min duurt.

Niet heel storend maar persoonlijk vindt ik het altijd fijn als je via de accommodatie een pickup-up kan regelen als je aankomt en bijvoorbeeld een huurauto te regelen die ze dan bij de accommodatie komen afleveren. Reguliere taxi van haven was 25 euro, huurauto gehuurd bij Summer Cars , prima auto en gebracht en gehaald bij accommodatie.

The shower head was not fixed to the wall.

The facilities were great and the pool was amazing. Close to all units and even though some units need to upgraded, the owners are slowly upgrading them which in a few years will be a great property to stay. Also a very short walk to the beach, cafes and supermarket.

Some outdated units needed to be upgraded and the WiFi was not the best in the units. I recommend going to their cafe at the front.
