Reviewed Sep 7, 2026女子専用ドミトリーを利用。 部屋にはナンバーキーが付いており、部屋のロッカーも大きめでセキュリティーはしっかりしていました。 建物の作りは普通の一軒家でそれなりの築年数を感じました。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026It was so helpful that I could leave my luggage at the hostel before the check-in! Everything was well organised and there were so many cute tomato things to discover. I loved the Tomato candy, if I find it somewhere to buy I will definitely bring it home. I stayed in the women's room which was comfortable, it even had spacious lockers and some handy things like hair ties, mirrors and more. The host is friendly and speaks English. I felt safe and had all I needed for a small price. Thank you!
The hotel wasn't exactly in central Osaka, but not too far from Shin-Osaka and easily reachable by subway or train.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Very kind host. Very helpful and thoughtful. Good facilities and though I was worried about shower availability it was no problem. Good aircon in the room. Good water pressure
Some mould in bathroom, old so some broken things. Rather than seeming dirty, it just seemed old. Also, there is a suspicious photo wall of only female guests.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Ostello attrazzato e comodissimi, molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Osaka. Ottimo per incontrare altri viaggiatori e passare una notte in un luogo pulitissimo e tranquillo. Il concept del "tomato" è fantastico! Possibilità di lasciare le valigie gratuitamente pre check-in e post check-out.
Nulla in particolare. Procuratevi solo un asciugamano grande perché in dotazione c'è solo uno piccolino o la possibilità di noleggio (in ogni caso a prezzi più che onesti).

寝具に結構匂いがある点。まあ安いので我慢です。

Reviewed May 15, 2026交通位置很好，從中西島南方站到勝尾寺或到新大阪站轉車或到梅田站徒步3分鐘轉大阪站，不管是到梅田到難波、心齋橋或轉車去京都都很方便。 裝潢不是最新但是浴室、洗臉盆寬敞，冰箱、廚房、客廳齊全方便。 中西島南方站旁就有超級市場，自己煮或吃飯都方便，門口的河邊堤防是散步好去處。 物美價廉、交通方便、生活機能佳、性價比高，這次住6晚，下次一定選這裡。

Reviewed May 13, 2026La ubicación está al norte de Osaka, cerca de la terminal del tren bala, te puedes ir caminando y puedes dejar tu equipaje antes o después de tu estancia sin ningún problema. La habitación de chicas tiene objetos que nos pueden ser útiles como ligas de cabello, espejo, cepillo, cotonetes, libros, hasta un osito para abrazar... lo cual me pareció un lindo y útil detalle por parte del hostel
Cuando llegué para dejar mi equipaje antes del check in, la persona de recepción estaba en horario de limpieza y fue un poco hostil para permitirme sacar algunas cosas de mi maleta, pero yo creo que reflexionó y me dejó hacer el check in de inmediato y me dio el acceso a mi cuarto.

Reviewed May 12, 2026変な人がいない。廊下も部屋もとても静か。 宿泊料金が安い。 謎の時間帯に水サーバーが使えるが、私は朝早く出て夜遅くに帰ってくるので、問題なく使えた！ シャワーが混んでいない。 オーナーさんが、親切で大きな重い荷物を3階まで運んでくれた。帰りも重たいので自分を呼んでねと言ってくれた。個室の部屋だったので、お水とフェイスタオル、バスタオルがサービスで付いていた。ゴミ箱も掃除道具もクーラーのリモコンもドライヤーも付いていて快適だった。良い雰囲気の和室の部屋だった。
ホテルからのメールをこまめに確認していなかった自分も悪いですが、荷物預かりは13時までの到着に限るというルールを当日に知らせれたので、13時半にゲストハウスに到着した時にはスタッフが不在だった。でかく重たいスーツケースをゴロゴロ引きずって西中島南方駅から歩いて行ったのにまた駅まで戻る羽目になりスーツケース難民になってしまい非常に困った。 最初から荷物預かりは13時までの到着分のみとデカデカと記載してくれれば助かります。 一番需要のある時間帯にホテルに荷物置きたい人もいると思うので知らない人は困ると思います。 その後新大阪駅までわざわざ向かい３時間分のみコインロッカー(600円)に預けたが、往復交通費と時間を考えると最初から新大阪駅近くのホテルを取ればよかったと後悔しました。無駄な労力でお金と時間を無駄にしました。 あと部屋に用意されていたベッドカバーシーツが破れていました。

The place was very dirty and the staff was very rude and creepy. No water available to drink at the place and no air conditioning also. No separate washroom for men and women. The photos were not accurate and the bed was filled with bugs and the room smelled so bad.

ずっと感じていたんですけど。オーナーのおじさん、私には無愛想でいつも本当に気分が悪かった。 声掛けられたら、手なり足なり止めて対応しろよ、って思っていたし、朝会ったら挨拶ぐらいしろ、って思ってました。 アーリーチェックインの相談が可能なら、その案内があってもいいと思う。 私は今回と前回、予定があって早めにチェックインしたかったらのを、 色々規則に細かい人のようだったので、16時ちょうどに入館しようと30分くらい前から待機してたのに 昨日は、16時より前に入っていった人がチェックインしてて待たされた。本当に不愉快だった。 大阪にはちょくちょく用事があって行く予定がこれからも続く予定で、ここを定宿のつもりでいたけれど、 毎度何か不愉快なことがあるし、今はもういいかな？という気持ちでいる。

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026これほどの低価格だと寝られればいいと割り切るのが普通ですが、トマトゲストハウスは管理も清掃も価格帯以上にしっかりされています。またスタッフの方も最初はぶっきらぼうに思えるかもしれませんが温かい方だと思います。海外からの宿泊客が多いですね。長く続けて欲しい場所です。

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Me alojé solo una noche porque estaba cerca de la estación Shin Osaka para tomar el tren bala la mañana siguiente. Es una casa particular adaptada para recibir huéspedes, los espacios son pequeños pero acogedores.
La cama era un poco dura, con un cambio de colchón creo que estaría ok.
