Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Excellent modern hotel with great facilities. Nicely sized room with table to put things out and lots of space to hang up clothes. Laundry and excellent public bath with massage chairs. Perfect for when you are getting back from sightseeing. Staff were lovely and helped us with forwarding our luggage to Kyoto and enjoyed the tasty complimentary soba noodles. Very close to station which makes it handy when you get the shikansen. Definitely would stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación shin-osaka. El personal es muy amable, nos guardaron el equipaje durante una noche entera. Tienen una cena de soba gratuita.
El buffet desayuno pésimo. Sólo hay comida oriental, nada de pan, nada de fruta, nada de leche, ni yogur , ni cereales , 0 repostería. Yo no cogería desayuno. La habitación era ridiculamente pequeña. Eramos tres y no nos podiamos mover. Para salir habia que quitar las maletas, Soy consciente de que las habitaciones en Japón son pequeñas, ya veniamos de Kyoto y Tokio, pero es que esta ha sido un horror de pequeña. No todas eran así, ibamos en grupo y al resto les dieron habitaciones normales al mismo precio.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026駅から歩いてホテルまでの道のりにローソンがあり便利だった。道すがら伊丹空港に着陸する飛行機が間近で見れて、楽しかった。ホテルはとても清潔。 無駄を省いた作りで、朝食が美味しかった！お惣菜、お魚卵かけご飯！パンはなかったから、パン派には違うかもだけど。 大浴場は利用しなかったからわからないけど、小腹が空いたからローソンで何か買いに行くか...と思ったら、レセプションで夜鳴き蕎麦いかがですか？って勧められ、それがちょうど良いサイズ、丁寧に作られてて嬉しかった！ お部屋の間接照明が多くて、真っ暗は怖い...って人には最高だと思うな！間接照明素敵だったから、すんごくリラックスできたよ。
アメニティの少なさかな。 ボディタオル、メイク落とし、化粧水とかあるといいなぁ。ホテルによるだろうけど、水ボトル1本部屋にサービスしてくれると更に助かるだろうなぁ。 っても日本は水道水飲めるけどね。

It's conveniently located about a 7–10 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, and there's a convenience store just 2 minutes away, which made everything very convenient. The staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and delicious food every morning. My room was calm, quiet, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.
Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026大浴場も清潔でマッサージチェアーがあり、癒されました。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 清掃員の方の接客がとても丁寧で、気持ちよくテェックアウト出来ました。
宅急便を利用したのですが、用紙ではなくQRコードでした。携帯をお部屋に置いてきていたので再度、携帯を取りに行きました。QRコードの提示を紙でも用紙していただくか事前の説明ごあると良いと思いました。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal und schöne Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten für japanische Verhältnisse. Die Lage war super man ist mit der Bahn rasch im Zentrum
Der Raum ist winzig. Man kann seinen Koffer nicht mal geschlossen irgendwo richtig hinstellen und das Frühstück ist recht teuer im vergleich zur Qualität. Wir würden lieber zu Matsuya gehen.

Lite långt från stationen, men det gick att gå på under 10 min. Annars ganska bra läge nära shin-osaka.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026La struttura risulta a 300 metri dall’uscita stazione di Osaka, zona tranquilla e l’hotel confortevole. Personalmente la stanza per tre persone ampia, si aprivano le valigie e tre letti di cui due matrimoniali e uno singolo comunque comodo, usato da me adulto. Molto bello l’avere il wc separato dalla doccia e anche il lavello posizionato lungo il corridoio, praticamente in tre persone ognuno può adempiere senza infastidire altri o rallentare una sua necessità. Ottimo il servizio gratuito di the caldo, acqua e piatto caldo da loro servito dalle 21 alle 23 veramente gustoso. Tutto perfetto grazie mille

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026personale gentilissimo e disponibile, bella stanza e favours, peccato non aver avuto il tempo di usufruire delle terme e del servizio gratuito di soba, mi piacerebbe molto tornarci!!!
Lo scarico della vasca era un po' lento, e il letto un po' corto per la mia altezza (sono 1.78), ma tutto il resto perfetto!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Fantastic location. Only a dory walk to the train station. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very traditional which was delicious.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026朝食会場は6:30からとなっているのに時間過ぎても開けず、スタッフは挨拶もお待たせしましたの言葉もない。天ぷらが用意出来たのはオープンから15分ほど経過した頃。混雑が予想されると説明があったので早めに行ったのにこれでは食べれない人も出る。ホテル自体は良いのにスタッフが残念。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Location was great, very close to subway, a kombini and restaurants. Onsen is tattoo-friendly. They have massage chairs also. They serve noodles at night, they are delicious.
Paid laundry machines, but separated in the onsen dressing rooms. Not a lot of space for luggage in the room or toiletries around the sink area.

室内風呂のカーテンが雑菌臭していて不快だった。 駅からの道のりがわからず電話して聞いたが全く反対方向を告げられて一時間歩き回った。しんどかった。

The location is not that convenient for tourists as it pretty far from Namba and Dotombori. The station is pretty close though.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026nice Onsen…complimentary Soba noodles from 9 to 11 p.m. and good traditional buffet breakfast. bicycles for free rent ...best service we experienced during our Japan trip...arrigato 🙏 plus is also, that there are two veggi restaurants around...esp. vegecafe+α 🙌
