スタッフさんがとても親切。 部屋もきれい。

場所が駅から遠く小山の上。 送迎バスがあるが、初めて鹿児島を訪れたものにとっては、場所の説明が分かりづらかった。

とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい。どこの部署の人もお客様に対するホスピタリティがあり居心地がよい。 温泉からの景色も、泉質も柔らかくて素晴らしい。 食事のクオリティも最高。

シングルに宿泊しましたが、狭すぎるし、窓も小さくて息が詰まるので、ほとんど部屋にいなかった。 バーも遅くまではやってないので早く寝ました。 これならもっとお安く天文館付近の宿に泊まるべきでした。 一人旅には不向きかもしれない。

部屋が清潔で、気持ち良く過ごせました。

ホテルまでの道が狭くてカーブも多く、車で出入りするのは少し大変でした。

我简直太幸福住在这里了，无论从哪个方面看，我都是百分百满意的。美丽的风景;干净，舒适的房间;温暖的员工;美味的饭菜;顶楼无敌的露天温泉...

L'hotel et ses environs sont absolument sublimes. Le onsen de l'hotel avec sa vue sur la ville et le volcan est exceptionnel et est un des mes meilleurs souvenirs du Japon. Je pourrais revenir à Kagoshima uniquement pour ce onsen et cette vue.

Le jour de notre arrivée nous avons eu des soucis de train nous faisant arrivé tard dans la nuit. Nous avons été accueilli sans soucis par le personnel mais il m'a été impossible de communiquer avec l'hotel à distance pour les prévenir de mon retard. Cela m'aurait éviter un certain stress durant le voyage.

見晴らし最高！ 朝食も多種多様で私も息子も大満足でした！ 次は家内、娘を連れてきます。

年配男性のキャストさんの態度が少し良くなかったのは残念でした。(機嫌悪かったのかな)

以前も利用したことがあり、歴史あるホテルでスタッフにも応対がよく矜持を感じるところ。

仕方ないことだが施設が大きいので、温泉浴場まで館内移動に時間がかかること。

桜島ビューでお願いしておりましたので、お部屋からの眺望が良かったです。 朝食も鹿児島ならではのメニューが多く、美味しくいただきました。

エレベーターや駐車場までの道順が迷路のようで分かりにくく感じました。

Lovely view - you can enjoy Sakurajima from the onsen, the breakfast room, and also the park nearby, which is excellent for a morning walk. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, so it’s easy of access.

I stayed in the cheapest room, so no view to speak of from the room.

Excelente hotel, tudo absurdamente bem cuidado!

Most of the staff with whom I interacted were kind, courteous and respectful. The facilities are beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. When I requested an extra pillow, they offered firm or soft. Within a few minutes, a friendly staff membered delivered not one, but two to my room. The view from the public bath is extraordinary. The sweet sound of the crickets was so relaxing. It was great to start and end my day with that view. There's also a lovely patio with a view.

The light switches next to the head of the bed are very bright. I brought an eye mask but it wasn't enough. I had to place something in front of the switches. I checked in around 3:30pm on Sunday and had to wait in a long line. It took about 25 minutes. On both the day of my arrival and departure, the parking garage kiosk said "Temporarily out of service. No payment necessary at this time," so I assumed I wouldn't have to pay for parking. But then when I checked out, I was told that I had to pay for parking. I mentioned the message I read on the kiosk, but they still made me pay. This lack of consistency and transparency was frustrating. Perhaps the Japanese written on the sign explained the situation more clearly. But foreign guests rely on English signage, so when your sign says one thing and then I experience something else, I feel less "welcome" at the hotel. Also, usually all fees are included in the Booking.com prepayment when I prepay on this site, but upon checkout I was also charged a "Bath tax". The bath tax was small, much smaller than the parking fee, but I couldn't help but feel inconvenienced, and like I was being nickled and dimed. FYI - the fitness gym also requires an extra fee.

I wish we can take shuttle between bus stops too. I understand there are some who might take advantage w/o staying. I wish you can make some system.

水超級好喝

대욕장이 압권! 사쿠라지마의 view가 있는 아침식사가 기억에 남고, 호텔 내에 있는 덴푸라식당도 좋았음.

호텔내 식당의 격이 높고 좋았으나 이태리 식당은 상대적으로 부족했음.

Riesiges gut gepflegtes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück und Shuttle ins Zentrum.

Zimmer sind etwas klein und als Alleinreisender bekommt man kein Zimmer mit Ausblick. Fürs gym muss man extra zahlen. Die Lage ist zwar schön, aber auch sehr abgelegen und zu Fuß schwierig zu erreichen.

妊娠中で睡眠が不安でしたが、長細いクッションがあったりので、快適に睡眠をとることができました。誕生日のお祝いギフトが置いてあったりと心温まるおもてなしでした。送迎バスも丁寧なご案内で、すごく気持ちが良かったです。お風呂も随時掃除されていて清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。何より朝食ブッフェは今までで1番おいしくて、楽しかったです。

良くなかったわけではないですが、お部屋の冷蔵庫があまり温度がMAXにしていても低くなく、ぬるくなりやすかった感じがありました。（しろくまのアイスを買っていたので、食べる時には溶けてしまった）

Jeg var mindre begejstret for morgenmagen og savnede vesterlandsk, sprødstegt bacon, rigtige spejlæg, forskellige oste og den slags.

Der Bick vom Onsen über die Stadt und den Vulkan ist beeindruckend.

Der Weg in die Stadt ist weit und nur mit Taxi oder Bus zu bewältigen.

Onsen, sauna and cold plunge was amazing, we had a R&R stage of our holiday here and we had 2x Onsens a day. We didn't manage to get into all the restaurants due to bookings, but did try the Spanish and Japanese (and filled in with snacks from the Lawson in the lower foyer, all was great. the views and atmosphere from the Spanish restaurant were special, the view to the Japanese garden out the windows in the Japanese restaurant at night was nice too. The bus to town and the bus station (airport transfer) is really good too, constantly running, on time and comfortable.

Incredible views of the volcano (make sure you book a volcano view room). We only stayed one night as we were on the way to Yakushima island, but the typhoon messed up our plans unfortunately. We also didn't use the onsen as my husband has tattoos. The room was extremely comfy and the buffet breakfast was an all time great.

The shuttle was extremely convenient. The onsen had an incredible view. It felt like a premium experience, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed in in Japan.

Absolutely awesome location. There's a fascinating view of the city below and the ocean. The hotel itself is surprisingly upscale for the price they charge, which is very reasonable. I was even able to get a last-minute upgrade to a really nice room for just $50 or so. Overall, very impressed. Would love to come back.

One of the best breakfast I've had in my life. Fruit is amazing, cooking is amazing, and there's a dude making kurabuta on demand. Room is very comfortable and the view to Sakurajima is great - I stayed looking at it for minutes a few times. Onsen is not only very good and very clean, but it also has the view. Try watching the sun rise at the onsen (yes, wake up at 4:30 and go). It's an amazing hotel.

The only complaint is that I can't afford coming every year to Kagoshima. I live too far from here. :) oh, actually, I found the pillows on the bed too soft for me. But that's all.

Amazing high quality hotel. Excellent service and great staff. First class restaurants. Absolutely amazing chaff at French restaurant! The location is uphill. So you’ll need a shuttle bus or taxi. We love to walk, so did not mind going by stairs from the town, less than 10 minutes slow

自成一格的飯店設計很有特色，早餐種類很多。房間空間不小，乾淨舒服。SPA挺不錯的，能直接遠眺櫻島很特別。

房間觀賞櫻島的窗戶很小間（分成兩扇），覺得錢花得不太值得。然後雖然有接駁車，但動輒半小時車程對於旅途安排還是有影響。而且飯店本身設施不是很豐富，又同時會租借給很多其他活動（在當地應該是一個很有份量的活動場所），導致規劃的設施不是很多，像健身房以一個很奇怪的方式經營，遊客想簡單去運動不是很方便。

スタッフが、とても親切。あいさつも気持ちがいいです!朝食、とても美味しい。種類も多く、九州の特産、野菜もしっかり食べることができました。ロケーションも最高。部屋がシングルだったのですが、ツインにグレードアップしてくれました。へやも清潔でした。又来たいと思わせてくれる、素晴らしいホテルでした。

A legendary hotel with incredible views of Sakurajima volcano, located in an area both rich with history and beautiful, albeit a little remote. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers really helpful shuttle buses to/from the hotel and 3 key points in the city, which makes it a lot more enticing. The bath is absolutely gorgeous, with views to the volcano, and the facilities are incredible and expansive, there’s even a Family Mart within the hotel.

The bus shuttle can be a bit of a drag if you miss the schedule, and the Kahoshimachuo pickup location was hard to find at first and wasn’t really explained well to us. You also have to consider that every time you want to do something in the actual city, it will take these 20 to 30 minutes to get there, but I am nitpicking.

エレベーターの乗り換えが不便。 客室から大浴場に行く際にエレベーターの乗り換えや、1階の食事会場へ行く際など 高齢者を連れての宿泊には向かないと思いました。

L'onsen con vista sul vulcano.Lo staff gentilissimo.La navetta gratuita;se arrivate alla stazione Kagoshima chuo dovete uscire e attraversare la strada, c'è un passaggio sopraelevato, per andare all'edificio con la biglietteria.Lì trovate la navetta rosso scuro dell'hotel.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo se prenotato con molto anticipo:-).Bella anche la promenade che dall'osservatorio vicino all'hotel porta giù in città in 15 minuti.

Really cheerful larger hotel with a lot going on. A nice break from the roadtrip we made through Kyushu. There staff was really helpful letting us park our car there for a small fee while we spent three days in Yakushima. The onsen is amazing! there is a terrific view of Sukurajima from the outdoor pool.

It's a large hotel and a little hard to find your way around sometimes, but not such a big deal.

Everything was superb! The staff were incredible in kindness and professionalism!! A big hotel with a tranquil atmosphere that allow one to enjoy, absorb, and enjoy!!

- Altmodisches, ziemlich gebrauchtes Inventar - Für die Art von Hotel erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit, recht staubig und ein paar Haare. - Der Empfang war merkwürdig (ich kann japanisch, aber wir fühlten uns nicht gerade Willkommen). Hat aber das Onsenerlebnis nicht gemindert.

고급 초밥집(sakura)에서 식사하는데 영업시간이 끝나기도 전에 분주하고 요란하게 정리하는 바람에 편안하게 식사하기 어려웠음.

部屋は愉快で、温泉からの眺めは綺麗で、さまざまななレストランがあって、鹿児島市内まで行くシャットルバスは便利で、駐車場までの送迎はあります。

レンタカーのカーナビに「城山ホテル」を入力しても、レンタカーでホテルへ帰る時に駐車場はかなり見つけにくいです。
