La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali (Aya Sofya, Basilica Cisterna, Moschea Blu, Topkapı Palace, Piazza Sultanahmet) e a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal porto di Eminönü, dal quale a piedi o con il traghetto si può raggiungere l’altra sponda del Bosforo. Mezzi molto vicini a massimo 10 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione con una buona scelta, dal dolce al salato.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, uno esta a distancias caminables de varios lugares turísticos y mercados de Estambul. El personal también siempre disponible y amable.

La habitación que me toco era bastante estrecha, el edificio algo antiguo y no tenia ascensor, por lo que es un tema por las maletas.

I reserved a room for my parents who don't speak any English or Turkish. They loved the hotel, the room and the staff. My father had a birthday during his stay in Istanbul, and staff of the hotel surprised him with a cake which made him sooo thankful, but he couldn't express himself due to language barrier. So here I just want to take the opportunity to thank the hotel staff for their friendly gesture. It meaned a lot to my father. Thanks! Another thing they told me was that the location of the hotel was perfect. This was maybe their 20th time visiting Istanbul (they love this city) and they said that this hotel had by far best location in town for a tourist.

The room had a very unpleasant atmosphere, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. It was not as expected and did not match did not match the impression given by the photos in the listing. Przyznaję 3 punkty: 1 punkt za ogólnodostępny taras widokowy, 1 punkt za dobrą lokalizację i 1 punkt „na zachętę”. Niestety na tym kończą się zalety tego miejsca. Szczerze mówiąc, nie rozumiem, skąd biorą się tak wysokie oceny na Bookingu. Obiekt jest prezentowany jako hotel, jednak w rzeczywistości trudno go za taki uznać. Zdjęcia oraz opis zamieszczone w ofercie są mocno nieaktualne i nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu miejsca. Miałam wrażenie, że oczekiwania budowane przez ofertę są zupełnie inne niż to, co zastaje się na miejscu. Lokalizacja jest dobra, a taras widokowy faktycznie stanowi miły dodatek, jednak poza tym obiekt nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt i sugeruję przyszłym gościom dokładnie przeanalizować najnowsze opinie przed rezerwacją. Plus za codzienne sprzatnie.

Przez wiele lat korzystam z Bookinga i jest to moja pierwsza tak negatywna opinia, co powinno najlepiej świadczyć o tym, że nie należę do osób przesadnie wymagających. Już od momentu zameldowania goście są wystawiani na próbę. Zanim pokazano nam zarezerwowany pokój, zachęcano nas do dopłaty za pokój w wyższym standardzie. Nie zdecydowaliśmy się na to od razu i zostaliśmy zaprowadzeni do pokoju, który przekraczał wszelkie granice akceptowalnych warunków. Pokój sprawiał wrażenie zalanego w przeszłości. W całym pomieszczeniu unosił się intensywny zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny. Łazienka była pokryta pleśnią, a panele podłogowe były spuchnięte od wody i najwyraźniej nigdy nie zostały wymienione. Nawet po otwarciu okien nie dało się pozbyć nieprzyjemnego zapachu. Pokój nie spełniał podstawowych standardów zdrowego i bezpiecznego pobytu. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji otrzymaliśmy inny pokój. Trudno jednak mówić o realnym rozwiązaniu problemu. W nowym pokoju również wyczuwalna była wilgoć, a ślady pleśni nadal były obecne. Nie był to ani komfortowy, ani bezpieczny pobyt. Kolejnym bardzo słabym punktem były śniadania. Dania utrzymywane w podgrzewaczach były zimne, wybór ograniczony, a kawa wyjątkowo niskiej jakości. Dodatkowo w części jadalnej panował nieporządek, który potęgował negatywne wrażenie. Chcę podkreślić, że nie obwiniam personelu sprzątającego. Panie sprzątające były uprzejme i widać było, że wykonują swoją pracę z zaangażowaniem. Problem leży znacznie głębiej i wynika raczej z wieloletnich zaniedbań właścicielskich lub menedżerskich. Przyznaję 3 punkty wyłącznie za lokalizację, ogólnodostępny taras widokowy oraz sam fakt, że obsługa próbowała reagować na zgłaszane uwagi. Niestety zdjęcia i opis obiektu są mocno nieaktualne i nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistego stanu miejsca. Nie polecam.

Great value for the money with absolutely wonderful, friendly staff. I stayed in the economy room (no exterior windows, which I knew beforehand and didn't mind).

The only downside was the noise; both the air conditioning and the bathroom's ventilation system were uncomfortably loud.

On nous avait proposé un petit déjeuner à emporter le jour du départ dans la nuit, mais ils avaient oublié ; on a quand même eu quelques fruits et gâteaux Sinon pour les autres jours petit déjeuner très bien

Le hace falta una limpieza profunda. Las duchas tienen mucho moho. Almohadas muy bajas y desayuno un poco justo. Poca ventilación en los lavabos y hace que se acumule la humedad.

Nous sommes restées 6 nuits entre amies nous avons pris 2 chambres,mais le lit n’a pas ete changé,ni fait,c’est nous qui le redression,nous avons trouvé cela un peut juste.Le personnel,pas tres cooperatif,quand nous avons eu besoins d’un peu d’aide.

Хорошая транспортная развязка, чудесная террасса на крыше, великолепный вид с крыши. Рыжая кошка с тремя котятами(чёрный, серый и рыжий), составила нам компанию. На рецепшн круглосуточно можно пить вкусный турецкий чай. Голубая мечеть рядом, очень красиво.

Świetna obsługa reprezentująca naprawdę wysoki poziom. Fantastyczna lokalizacja na Starym Mieście, blisko do wszystkich najważniejszych punktów

Obiekt potrzebuje remontu, widać znaki zurzycia, zwłaszcza jesli chodzi o łazienki gdzie zaczyna się pojawiać pleśń. Przydałoby się też przynanmnjej wyprać obicia foteli w jadalni. Śniadania ok, dobre, ale monotonne.

Die Lage

Ich verstehe viele Bewertungen hier wirklich nicht,von wann sind die und von wem sind die geschrieben. Unserer Zimmer-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick war sehr schmutzig, klein,das Bad-WC war extrem klein,wenn man rein wollte muss man zuerst mit einem Fuß ins Duschkabine um sich zu drehen und Tür zu zu machen(ich bin eine eher kleine Frau).Staub und Schimmel überall. Frühstück eine reine Katastrophe,wie ein "Lunchpaket " um nicht zu verhungern. Ich muss aber sagen das wir gar nicht wählerisch sind und keine "sterile" Menschen, aber Frühstück und Ausstattung und Sauberkeit-No Go.

Unser Zimmer war sehr günstig, es befand sich aber in der Nähe eines Generators, der extrem laut war, auch nachts. Es wurde uns allerdings ein besseres Zimmer gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Evtl sind die anderen Zimmer nicht betroffen..

The hotel's location is fantastic and very central. The terrace is absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also really good. Special thanks to the staff and the cleaning team. everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and thoughtful. It was wonderful chatting with them, and they made us feel truly at home. I even took their business card because if I visit Istanbul again, this is definitely the only place I will stay.

La struttura è complessivamente trascurata, avrebbe bisogno di un ripasso generale, dagli infissi al bagno. La terrazza andrebbe valorizzata di più. Le pulizie, dalla stanza al bagno, aĺle scale andrebbero eseguite con più cura.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y necesitaria el hotel una buena reforma. Las habitaciones un poco justitas sobre todo en el baño. Volvería a reservar en este hotel por todo lo que he valorado como positivo.
