My view was of the building next door. No view at all.

Up until the 4th day of our stay, it was fantastic. Then my hugo boss tracksuit was damaged. Bleach sprays. I only took it out of the original parcel to wash it and freshen it up to wear on the flight to the Philippines. Once I spotted it, the cleaning lady accused me of wearing the damaged garment myself. Come on. As if I'd do that. I had already booked an extra 4 nights 11th September to 15th September. Because of the damaged garment, they forced me to cancel the booking and pay for 3 nights with 4th night free due to the damaged garment. I was not happy with this but felt forced. Then when I went to cancel the whole trip I was refused a refund and on top of that my tracksuit cost over £100 & insulted me by saying the free night was £40. Big difference. So I would like a full refund and the cost of my tracksuit.

After ordering food using room service, the following morning there were hundreds of ants on the desk in the room.

Staff are always nice and very accommodating.

I had to change rooms this time round as first room had a bad smell coming from toilet and air conditioning wasn't functioning as normal. But they have resolved it by moving me to new room which was nice and all worked out.

I didn’t like where my room was located. My window view was the AC machines and couldn’t see anything else besides that. She could’ve informed me first id rather not have a window if she was going to be assigning me that room

Place is looking old a needs a revamp i have stayed there every year for the last 5 years or so booking 2 -3 rooms the rooms this time were tiny maybe it was my fault with the booking but previously they were larger we won't be staying there next year will try the Summitt They also changed the breakfast menu to a buffet which didn't even have bacon i use to love the previous breakfast

Läget och personalen var bäst. Mycket bra mat.

Rummet luktade lite unket. AC fungerade dåligt. Knappt något varmvatten. Kackerlackor. Ingen utsikt (mot en vägg) trots att bokningen skulle ha det. Inget säkerthetsskåp på rummet.

Has 3 restaurants. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet room are all very good. There is a big desk and plenty of storage space in the room. Great staff.

The power cuts out frequently which means my white-noise machine (to block out external noise while I'm sleeping) stopped multiple times - not good for sleep.

I liked the breakfast buffet and the staff.

I did not like all the construction that was happening

We wait for almost 2hrs.to checkin because the room not yet ready where infact i call them & said to come 1:45pm i understand that the checkin time is 3pm.imagine we arrived from the long drive quarter 2:16pm we always follow up the frontdesk they said not finish cleaning.we both tired we want to rest already.we enter our room around 4pm tye floor very wet need to walk slowly.pls improve

WOW! omlette made to order. Pancakes. Hot Choc. Coffee. Nice buffett. All free d/t our stay. The BEST breakfast at any hotel in Tacloban.

Their restaurant downstairs was really good if you ordered a seafood and salads

I sent two messages if they could accept an early arrival but they reacted only after I arrived. The flights from Manila arrived early morning to Tacloban. The swimming pool was dirty at the top level, plastic bottle was swimming there, etc.. The morning breakfast is very poor and you cannot really choose something you like. The aircon in the room gave bad air to the room, it was smelling and I guess it was cleaned long ago.

No hot shower. They have like kind of little fridge in the room but it was warm inside?? I could put any drinks.

Very good restaurants, especially the Japanese rooftop restaurant. Great cocktails! The ground floor restaurant was ok At breakfast, the Chef cooking the egg dishes was the best, whilst service personal were plenty, but lacked attention.

Breakfast was ok, but not brilliant. Lacked variety of fresh fruit, just watermelon and pineapple and not replenished. Some dishes were empty. Coffee the same, often only little in the jug. Had to ask for more. Something simple like getting water to the tables, were ignored. Only bigger table settings re lived a bottle of water?!

The buffet breakfast does not have many good selections. It was much better in the past when you could choose from a few options and the food was made fresh.

I booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay on May 6th for my family. However, I immediately canceled 2 rooms when I realized that the rooms have only 1 queen beds. Then I rebook another 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. I was calling the hotel to explain about my situation but nobody answered the phone. Booking.com canceled my 2 reserved rooms, but the hotel declined my request, even though it says free cancelation on Booking.com. I explained this to the receptionist. The hotel still charged me for the 2 canceled rooms. So disappointing!! The rooms are clean but cramped, except for the family room with a loft (that one is fancy). The views from the rooms that we have stayed were as follows: a wall, fire escape, and dirty rooftops. The lobby is very small. The hallway is so narrow, and elevators are small. The free breakfast had limited choices of food. I will NEVER stay there again!
