Location. Bus terminal, bars and shopping malls all within walking distance. Staff were all very friendly.

Tolilette. Flusher was blocked on two occassions. Cleanliness. Under the bed and floor was dusty/not cleaned.

The location is excellent, right in downtown Tacloban, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential establishments. Getting around the city was convenient, and everything I needed was within reach.

The building and air-conditioning units are showing their age. The room could get quite warm, so I requested an extra key card to keep the air conditioner running while I was away.

The staff were good, .the reason for my low score was there was not a window in my room .it felt very claustrophobic.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear why this place gets such high marks—my guests couldn't stop raving about the hospitality. We enjoyed every minute, but I have to save the best for last. In a world of cramped hotel rentals, the room was remarkably spacious. We had plenty of area to lounge, unpack, and actually relax without feeling on top of one another.

Finding a flaw here is an impossible task; we have absolutely nothing negative to report. From the seamless service to the pristine facilities, every detail has been handled with care. It’s rare to find a stay where every boxes is checked, but so far, everything is beyond good—it’s exceptional

Close to town centre, reasonable breakfast, ok restaurant for meals, limited menu but ok, very pleasant n helpful staff, clean n tidy, requests dealt with efficiency

The pictures show a 4 star hotel in reality this is a 3 star at best the room had no window and was small for 2 adults and 1 child. Poor room and pictures are.not accurate

Matress is overused and extremwly soft in 314 room Rest was as per expected.

402 room tv is not working Matress of the bed was very soft and need replacement. Rest was all good.

Personell had no knowledge of anything. Do not reply on emails or chat via Booking.com.Had to change room because of lot's of bugs! Dirty in booth rooms we had. Did not tidy up or wash room during our stay.

Wouldn’t recommend worse breakfast ever, room was not clean and there is a foot and a half step to enter the bathroom and floor is very slippery when showering, very unsafe. Mattress not comfortable at all, TV didn’t work.

located in the heart of the city. shower heating and pressure is excellent, room was spacious, wifi access and the room came with a free breakfast.

it’s a walk up, no parking, handrails must be installed for safety, the steps are small and steep. The on going festival at the town plaza was really loud and the windows aren’t sound proofed. unfortunately, an ongoing room renovations on the same floor where I am made it even worst. The vintage collection needs to be curated well so it wont look junky.

The restaurant has been refurbished, that was good,the girls who work in the kitchen was good. The food was good,

The one I don't like was when we first check in my room, the toilet wasn't flashing. But I ask to swap, that was solved my problem.

The electrical power is not stable and one of the staff blames me for not putting the card properly when in fact I've put it the right way only that it seems to have a problem with the power supply in the room.

You can hear people outside. Even the upper floors.
