Piazzetta Margutta - My Extra Home

The location was great. Walking distance from most sites. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was very spacious and clean.

We were promised a ground floor apartment (even as late as 2 days before our arrival); but we got a different one. The shower was somewhat treacherous. The floor was extremely slippery; and there was no shelf or any other location on which to place soap, shampoo, etc., so you had to put them on the floor and bend over to pick them up. It was somewhat of a precarious situation. But overall., our stay was fine.

Posizione, accoglienza, servizi e pulizia

Kanapa w salonie średnio wygodna, a kołdra żółta, z plamami.

Room is karge, good facilitues.

Świetna lokalizacja polecam to miejsce napewno tam wrócę.

Piazza Populus’a 40-50 adım mesafede. Tüm ikonik yerlere yürünebilir. Toplu taşıma hiç kullanmadık ama metro istasyonu yakında mevcuttu.

Genel temizlik kusursuz değildi, duvar boyasının yenilenme zamanı gelmiş.

- The property was in a great location, overall very spacious, well equipped with most things. - The owner was responsive in dealing with any queries we had promptly.

- The second upstairs bathroom was very tight on space so we all ended up using the main upstairs bathroom. - A dustpan and brush or hoover would have been useful to help keep the floors cleaner. - We asked for an airport transfer to be arranged but this wasn’t put in place for us. - A fresh coat of paint throughout could freshen up the walls. - The air con was a god send but noisy overnight.

The property was really good.. the apartment we had was so spacious ❤️

Great location, squeaky clean and huge place!

The staff were so nice and helpful. There is a carrefour mini market nearby. Perfect location. Clean. And great ac!

The location was great! The property is a fully equipped home so that was amazing! Everything is there :) Also the bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful :)

All was good

Frábær staðsetning. Æðisleg íbúð og gott starfsfólk.

Esa plaza abajo y poder tomar un café ahi

The air conditioning was excellent during this heat wave. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The location was excellent, near a metro stations, an enormous green-space with walking paths, many great take-out and sit-down restaurants, and small grocery stores. Major sites in Rome are walkable, too.

I can’t think of anything. A few minor issues got addressed immediately by staff.

la atencion del anfitrion fue excelente

Excellent property and perfect location for family holiday exploring Rome. Our 2 bedroom with terrace exceeded expectations. Spacious, clean, high ceilings, well furnished; terrace a big bonus.

Nothing.

Clean and comfortable

It was near the city center

Volveremos !!!

We stayed in a few different locations in Roma, this was our favourite. A quiet street and beautiful area/complex the hosts/staff were also great.

A family rented a ground-floor apartment overlooking the workers' rest area. The window is transparent, offering absolutely no privacy. There's a curtain, but closing it blocks the air conditioning because it's located by the window. Honestly, it was a terrible and failed experience. I contacted reception and informed them of the problem, but they offered no solution.

We loved everything about the apartment; spacious, everything we needed and an unbeatable location. The staff were also lovely and accomodating, even helping us to arrange local tennis court hire in Rome. Thank you!

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. The property felt upscale, and the gated entrances provided an added sense of security. Having a secure gate to enter the property, as well as a second gate leading to the apartment and terrace, made us feel very safe throughout our stay.

We specifically chose this one-bedroom apartment because we were traveling as a family of four and wanted some privacy. However, the only bathroom was located inside the separate bedroom behind a door. This meant that anyone using the bathroom had to enter the bedroom, which reduced the privacy we were expecting. I wish this layout had been described more clearly in the listing.

Amabilidad personificada. Todo un acierto. Cuando volvamos repetiremos.

Nada reseñable.

The location was exceptional, within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti, yet incredibly quiet inside. The apartment was comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and there were many excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helped make our family stay in Rome truly enjoyable.

The only inconvenience was the check-in process. Although we had completed the online check-in and paid the city tax in advance, we still had to meet someone and pay an additional late arrival fee in cash. It would have been much more convenient to handle everything online and access the apartment seamlessly.

The 2 bedroom apt was what our family needed but we were disappointed to learn upon arrival one bathroom was handicap accessible and had a washing machine in it…not very luxurious given the price we were paying.

We were not informed that the city tax would come across our charge card as Albergo de Russia…we thought this was fraudulent and canceled our card-a huge inconvenience for the rest of our trip!! We arrived at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning and had no way to enter or contact anyone, so we had to hang around until 10 when someone finally showed up. A hotel check in would have been so much easier… Too many problems to warrant the high price! Better options exist in the same neighborhood, which we like. This is our third and probably final time staying there.

The location was excellent! The 1 bedroom apartment was well appointed and good .

The apartment B6 which they call a 2 bedroom and charge highly for is a misrepresentation as it is actually a 1 bedroom which sleeps 6 - and it has a small open landing where they place a single trundle bed in the tiny landing without an wall and door and call it the 2nd bedroom . The shower cubicle is so small in both the master and loft bedroom that an adult cannot even bend down to wash your toes! We were 4 adults who had booked two bedroom and was shocked when we reached the hotel to find that apartment had just 1 private bedroom and then there was a sofa bed in the living room, and this horrible loft where they were, then expecting the other people to sleep . We realised that we had been misled and had no choice but to spend another €800 to book an additional one bedroom apartment because there is no way that two adult couples could live in what they were selling as a two bedroom. Had a really tough time as Rome was the first leg of our journey and it was very unpleasant way to start a holiday

The Location was good. Eating places in proximity

The supplies of apartment is very poor, there is one garbage bag, coffee tea limited and you need to contact to get it as a favour. So the basic amenities are missing of a holiday home

We love the terrace , location, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities - Aircon satisfactory for Rome heatwave

arredo, staff e posizione perfetto

Location was perfect, just off via del Babuino, the flat it self was very clean and spacious, kitchen was great with everything you need.

The communication with the apartment management was a bit slow, when we first checked-in we used one of the sockets and the electricity shut off, so we tried to call or send WhatsApp, but the number they give you is a UK number for what I'm guessing is the company's HQ, so that took a long time, we ended up going downstairs and asking someone to come up and fix the issue. we needed to punch in a 4 digit code for 3 different gates every time we wanted to get in the building. Also the furniture (like the cabinets) feels a bit old and needs a change. but all in all, it was a nice apartment and I would visit again.

Fabulous location, we had the two floored apartment, spacious, clean, beautiful decor. Perfect for our family.

Excellent location spacious apartments and helpful staff

Nothing

It's managed by a company and has staff available to assist if need be, the location is great, the coffee maker/pods were nice to have in the room. The building feels secure and safe.

The washer/dryer takes forever to wash or dry and then the clothes come out dirty or wet after even few cycles. The trash area could be cleaner, it smells. The bathroom is pretty tiny and the sink water is musty.

Terraza y living

No andaba el tacho de basura

La locazione perfetta

Toplage

Location and roominess.

Marble stairs could use delineation tape.

L’emplacement

amazing location, spacious, quite, good facilities, attentive and responsive staff

having to fill additional contract, being told i have to give credit card details as a security deposit (which they didnt ask foe in end)

Tutto

Great location

Terrace had air on unit blowing out,

Lovely appartment in a beautiful quiet street, centrally located. The apartment was very well kitted out with everything we needed. The lady in the office who met us was extremely helpful and gave us excellent suggestions for places to eat and what to see in the city.

O silencio, o tamanho do apartamento e a localização

Location location location! And staff very nice and attentive

All good, it’s a facility we keep coming to however they have many different types of apartments, some are nicer than others and have balcony and cool deco. I would highly recommend to check in details and photo of apartments before booking.

Excelente apartment

Nothing

Great location and great terrace.

Some maintenance needed - broken drawer in the kitchen.

Brilliant location in the wonderful City of Rome. Very safe and secure with great staff on reception when you check in. I will definitely be returning to Rome and this apartment. Just book it you will not be disappointed.

Nothing it’s fantastic.

Stor rummelig lejlighed. Pænt og rent. Gode senge. Fine køkkenfaciliteter. Super centralt.

Non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate on line. Mi aspettavo un livello decisamente migliore. Esperienza deludente non ci tornerei.

Todo

Location and friendliness of staff

It was really nice

The location was the best. The staff was very helpful.

Some furnitures (bed and door) creak.

Location, quite, and spacious

Bathroom doesn’t have storage shelf. Lack of power outlets in the kitchen.

Pulizia, posizione e sicurezza

The location is exceptional! Right in the middle of everything yet very quiet and peaceful. I would start here again in a heartbeat! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many shops and restaurants and sites in walking distance. Very safe!

Bed squeaky and a little soft but it was overall fine

A localização é perfeita, atendimento cordial e limpeza nota 10 (lençóis e toalhas extremamente brancos)

Nulla

Emplacement top Appartement propre bien equipé Personnel à l’ecoute et professionnel

La décoration, le lieu et le calme.

Not much. Power was playing up.consequently no lift and little lighting in the apartment.we will be making a claim as the lack of service etc played havoc with our holiday,we are elderly and not able to climb two flights of stairs and it was literally a night mare

Service, contact ability of staff for help

Bellissimo appartamento ben arredato

Piazzetta Margutta Apartment was the best choice in Rome. Our family enjoyed every single moment in it.

Location is perfect! Rooms are clean and beautiful. Quiet enough space for 6. Safe and beautiful

Nothing! All was good

Everything was wonderful — right in the heart of Rome, with a beautiful view. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

superb

Perfect location

Servivad was not the best, no one came to fix the problems

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable apartment
