Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Hatten ein gem. Vorbestellung sehr gutes Frühstück. Haus bzw. Zimmer war nett eingerichtet. Aber so klein das man nicht wusste wohin mit dem Koffer. Bad dto.

Beim auswählen der Unterkunft war uns der Parkplatz sehr wichtig. Lt. Booking.com gibt es diesen such. Vor dem Reihenhaus war nur ein kleiner Stellplatz wo wir nicht parken durften. Nach dem ausladenden mussten wir uns in der Nachbarschaft einen Parkplatz suchen und zurück laufen. In der früh dann Auto holen. Zum beladen durften wir wieder auf den Hof fahren. Die Info von Booking.com sollte dahingehend geändert werden

Motsvarade våra förväntningar på ett bra boende nära flygplatsen. Personalen var flexibel och fixade frukosten tidigare än normalt för oss!

Little restricting in the bathroom, wobbliy toilet seat. Would have loved a couple of hooks for hanging things around the room.

Het waren erg vriendelijke mensen die direct tips gaven over de omgeving en hoe je het beste in het centrum kon komen. Verder was het een rustige plek die dicht bij een bus naar het centrum en het vliegveld was!

L' accoglienza è stata calorosa. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è molto carina e curata. La colazione era gustosa ed è stato bello condividere il momento del breakfast con gli altri ospiti. Abbiamo viaggiato con mezzi pubblici. La struttura è comodamente raggiungibile con il bus n. 73

I had a very pleasant stay at this facility. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this facility to others.

John was very welcoming on our late evening arrival. Clearly a genuine family run place, with some part-time staff. Breakfast was brilliant! Nice pub around the corner (The Goose) but they don’t serve food.

Rooms and particularly bathrooms a bit small, but that’s Dublin for you. One staff on for breakfast and she was dealing with 10 people at the table, so she was under a lot of pressure both cooking and serving. Did take best part of 1/2 hour even after everyone seated on tine at 9am to get served. Lovely girl. Not her fault.. No shops or restaurants nearby but it is the suburbs.

The host was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. We were there for 2 nights and were out a lot, so didn’t spend too long in the rooms. It is located 2-3 miles from city centre. We got a taxi to get there initially. There are bus services not too far away. We walked into city centre in about 45 minutes.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Als Unterkunft, um Dublin zu erkunden, war dies ein wunderbarer Ort. Vor allem für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist dies ein toller Ort. Mit leckerem Frühstück.

Convenient for busses into Dublin. Owners have succeeded in making the property feel like home with tasteful fittings etc. We were able to park our car on the property which was a bonus. Owner and her staff were fantastic, helping us whenever needed.

Rooms were on the small side but that was not a problem for us.

Excellent hosting. Breakfast was tasty and timely. The team (Julia and Pamela) took great care of us. Julia made sure all the guests were introduced at breakfast to make things less awkward. She also gave great advice on how to get around.

In the family room, I kept bumping my head on the ceiling. Parking wasn’t ideal, but neither ruined our experience.

Everything! We were only staying for 1 night as we were going to a family members funeral and Julie went above and beyond what we were expecting and couldn't make my daughter, cousin and myself feel any more at home than we did. The rooms were delightful and airy and the beds were very comfy and we had a very good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting in the not too distant future. Thank for your kindness

Easy access to Dublin. Julie was an excellent host

The beds were comfortable

No plug in the sink and taps that will only stay on for 2 seconds made it difficult to wash. Toilet seat was loose. Room was cramped. Floor board was loose. Parking was not practical at or outside the property due to the busy road and limited space at the property. As it was hot we had to sleep with windows open which meant we had a continuous bleep from an adjacent pedestrian crossing all night. Sheets were tatty and creased

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Annandale House und habe von dort aus Dublin erkundet. Die Lage ist hierfür super, mit dem Bus ist man wohl innerhalb von 20-30min im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß war es ca. 1h. Von Julie wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit Straßenkarte und Tipps ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war für unsere Zwecke passend ohne viel Schnickschnack, das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, es roch aber gut :)

Es war sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war in Ordnung, die Busstation für den Flughafenbus ist ca 800m entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Die Badezimmertür hatte keinen Schließmechanismus. Wenn man die Fenster im Zimmer offen hat, geht die tür immer, durch den Windzug, von alleine auf.

This property is in a lovely area ,very close to the city centre. The room had everything one woujd require. The bed very comfortable, & a lovely en-suite. The breakfast was fabulous, everything you wanted was there. The host was extremely friendly, & did everything to accommodate us .

Location was good

The room was tiny, bath room small as well. Single pain window on a noisy street. Beeping noise all night long made it impossible to sleep. WS also hoping to relax in the beautiful back yard which is shown in the add but they do not allow guests to use it. Paid way to much for this experience sadly

The host’s dog(s)were outside barking from 1030 to 1130 one night and to midnight the night after….

Cosy house in a good location. Staff friendly n knowledgeable on the area. Great powerful shower and good value. Great location with some lovely restaurants and pubs close by.

Other guests were noisy when coming in in the early hours of the morning and the noise travelled through the bedrooms. The front door slams shut and so disturbs sleep. The window in our room was broken and so made the room very draughty. The signal on the tv was very poor and kept dropping out for several minutes at a time.

The irish breakfast and tips to get around the city

Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich mit komfortablen Betten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sauber.

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum, man ist also auf den öffentlichen Verkehr angewiesen, der leider nicht sehr gut ist (niedriger Takt, sehr lange Fahrzeiten, veraltete Busse). Oft und vorallem Abends nach dem Ausgang ist es also praktischer, das Taxi zu nehmen, was aber auf Dauer teuer werden kann. Dafür war die Lage aber sehr ruhig und es hat viel Grün in der Nähe.

La habitación muy acogedora y limpia, está muy bien ubicada.

Raum ist süß eingerichtet und das Bett ist bequem. Die Dusche ist super. Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet. Sehr nette Betreiber. Wir durften auch länger unser Gepäck verstauen, nochmal danke dafür!

Por el precio creo que está súper bien, hay que caminar un poco para ir al autobús pero todo ok.

Quizás la ducha le faltaba un poco de presión pero en general todo bien

Lo que más nos gustó fue la buena comunicación que tenia con el transporte público todo y estar más apartado del centro.

El baño estaba poco actualizado pero muy correcto.

Ein familiäres B&B mit sehr netten Besitzern. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und es hat alles gepasst. Zimmer war sauber und die Lage zur Innenstadt Dublin war gut - Bushaltestelle in 3min oder andere in 11min Gehzeit.

I had a pleasant stay at Annandale Bed and Breakfast. The location is very good, with easy access to the city and public transport, which made getting around Dublin quite convenient. The hospitality was excellent the host was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room itself was cosy, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest.

However, the room did not have a microwave or any facility to heat food. I understand that it is a bed and breakfast, but I do think having access to a microwave or a small shared space for this purpose would be an important and useful addition for guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great hospitality and location, but this small improvement would make the experience even better.

Very comfortable room, friendly host, easy to to and from town with great bus links into town. Nice distance out of town to be quieter and a good distance between the airport and town.

We had a small leak in the toilet u-bend but the host mentioned it to us on entry and had given a towel to support it so good to know this prior and was no bother in our trip. The TV was not always great signal but we weren't there for that..
