Reviewed Aug 13, 2026החדרים מרווחים, נוחים ונקיים, השירות היה מעל המצופה, בלובי יש קפה חינם ממכונה ועוגות. יש למלון חנייה שזה פלוס אחד גדול. באמת הייתה תמורה מדהימה למחיר. אציין רק שארוחת הבוקר זקוקה לקצת יותר מבחר כבל סך הכל היה טעים ומצויין, באמת אחלה מלון.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff; very good for a business trip. Located close to the highway and the train station. A restaurant nearby provides decent lunch and dinner options.
The hotel provided only two free water bottles for a four-night trip. Bottled drinking water is available only against a fee.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Plenty of parking for cars in underground garage, and never short of spaces, drink machine was good in lounge.
When I first arrived there were stains on my mattress, and the hotel room looked worn, it was also extremely hot in my room. I then asked reception and changed rooms to another room which was a bit better and more cleaner. The whole air conditioning system is rubbish, it hardly blows cold air into the room and there is hardly any working in the hotel. The snacks and biscuits in the lobby were disgusting to say the least. The outdoor seating area was dirty and the hotel just appeared really worn, not like the photos. Also the hotel staff were just rude hardly acknowledging guests, not saying hello at all. They had the vibe of, I just can’t be bothered. Having to speak first to them and even then it was forced. The Ukrainian- Israeli girl was extremely helpful and a credit to your hotel as she was the only who greeted me and went out of her way to help me. Even the cleaning staff were pretty useless like in the room they we’re forgetting to replace soaps some day. I feel really ripped of staying at this hotel and wished I never booked it as it was crap. I mean it’s ment to be a business hotel, more like a homeless shelter.

המלון נחמד נקי אין שילוט שח מעלית לא ניתן היה להבין מאיפה נכנסים למלון מהחניה התת קרקעית. האמבטיה מאוד גבוהה מהרצפה בחדר הרחצה לא נוח ולא בטחותי לא יודעת איך עשו זאת...הצוות היה נחמד מאוד...

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025In the past we stayed several times at this hotel and were very satisfied. The Hotel is located near shops and several facilities. We are aware that the situation of tourism in Israel is very difficult and the hotel has to cope with a low occupancy resulting in decreasing its staff. Notwithstanding the above, the bed sheets were stained and unfortunately, we saw it when we opened the cover and we were too tired to complain. The shower cell door did not prevent the wetting of the bathroom floor and the douche head was partially plugged, resulting in a strong punctions water stream. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will take care of these deficiencies.

התעוררתי כי המזגן הפסיק לעבוד במשך שעתיים בערב ,לא היה מים במלון מרגע הצ׳יק אין ועד לעזיבה , ובנוסף התקשרו אליי החצופים והעירו אותי שוב שלא שילמתי אם אני רוצה לשלם באשראי טלפוני !!! הזייה אחרי ששילמתי להם מזומן בצ׳יק אין ובשעה 10:00 נכנס לי עובד זר לחדר שהציק אווט בשעה 11 וגם נאמר שארוחת הבוקר עד 11 ולא עד 10
