Reviewed Sep 15, 2026All of the staff were very helpful. Our room was large and comfortable.
We weren’t happy that the spa and sauna were being refurbished so we didn’t get to use them. Hopefully they’ll be up and running when we go back next year !

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026ואו היה כל כך כיף! מהרגע שהגענו עד הרגע שעזבנו שירות 10/10. אוכל בא. בוקר ממש טעים וטרי ! מצעים ומיטה נוחים ונקיים רואים שאכפת להם מהפרטים הקטנים וזה כל כך עושה את החופשה באנו לחגוג יום נישואים והיינו ממש מרוצים. אפילו פינקו אותנו בשמפנייה לחדר מתנה!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026צוות מקסים!!מנהלת שרות לקוחות שעוד לפני שהגענו כבר התקשרה אלינו ודאגה לשדרג לנו חדר ופינוקים ליום הולדת בלי שהכרנו ובלי שביקשנו. צוות מאיר פנים לאורחים מהקבלה ועד למגישים במסעדת המלון. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, החדרים נקיים ונוחים, ובכל המלון עבודות אמנות יפהפיות בכל פינה. חדר כושר בבניין מאד נוח.גם הספא אבל כרגע בשיפוצים ומניחה שכשיסתיים יהיה אפשר להנות ממנו. הג'קוזי והבריכה פנימיים מקורים, כיף בקיץ. יש חנייה בבניין המלון. (בתשלום לא גבוה).נשמח לחזור! ותודה על השירות, הדאגה והאכפתיות לכל אורח וגם לעובדים!
חוץ מאזור הספא שכרגע סגור, ונמצא בשיפוץ , והבריכה שצריכה קצת טיפול כל השאר מצוין!!

הבריכה מקורה ולא מחוממת המרפסת העליונה ננעלת בשעה 12 בלילה ואין מקום מסודר לשבת אחרי השעות האלו בתוך המלון ולעשן סיגריה בנחת, דבר שמאוד הפריע לי בתור זוג מעשנים לתשומת לבכם כל הרחוב בשיפוצים של הכביש ויש המון רעש בלילות

הזמנו שלושה חדרים אותו הדבר שתיים מהם היו בסדר. והחדר השלישי ככל הנראה מחוסר מקום היה קטן משמעותית פינתי והרגיש כמו ממד. עם לכלוך על המיטה ומשהו בגג ליד הכניסה לשירותים שנראה שעומד לקרוס ושבר בדלת. ביקשנו להחליף לחדר כמו שהיינו אמורים לקבל ודרשו מאיתנו תוספת נוספת של 120 שקל בטענה ששאר החדרים זה מיטות נפרדות. בקבלה היו שני אנשים הבחורה הייתה מסבירת פנים עשתה השתדלות והגבר היה לא נעים ומתחכם. לבסוף לא היה מענה לבקשתנו. ואנחנו בוודאות לא נחזור למקום הזה שמזלזל זלזול בלתי סביר בלקוחות. בצ׳ק אאוט נשאלנו איך היה. בכלל לא היה נראה איכפת לו ישר נפנף אותנו העיקר שנלך משם. חוסר מקצועניות ותחושת השפלה להזמנה לא זולה בכלל לילה אחד

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026החדר היה גדול ומרווח, המזגן פעל וחרר את החדר( בחוץ היה חם), לכל אחד מאיתנו היה בקבוק שתיה. הזמנתי שמיכה נוספת תוך דקות השמיכה הגיעה.
א. אי אפשר היה להנמיך את העוצמה של הטלויזיה. ב. הרמקול של הטלויזיה היה באמבטיה, שזה קצת מוזר. ג. אין חניה למלון אלא בתשלום, מידע זה לא כתוב בשום מקום.
