Hedeflediğimiz varış saatinden daha geç giriş yaptığımız için bizimle iletişime geçip oda giriş için çok kolay bir şekilde yönlendirildik. Lokasyon olarak mükemmel bir yerde. Eşyalarımızı taşımakta biraz zorlandık, onun dışında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Yakında ücretli bir otopark mevcut.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Vriendelijk ontvangst en geen moeilijk gedoe bij inchecken. Locatie was goed. Op loopafstand van het centrum, maar ver weg genoeg voor een rustige nacht. Het ontbijt was goed. Niet super uitgebreid, maar prima om je dag mee te beginnen. Wat erg prettig was, was dat er 2 lekkere stoelen op de kamer stonden. Dan hoef je niet gelijk op je bed te gaan hangen als je even op je kamer bent.
Iets wat ik eigenlijk vooraf al wist. Ik miste een beetje een plek in het hotel waar je nog even een drankje kan doen. Het hoeft niet direct een bar te zijn, maar een automaat met wat te drinken zou wel fijn zijn. Dat geld ook voor de kamer. Een klein koelkastje om een eigen drankje te koelen, zou het af maken. Zeker omdat er geen mogelijkheid bestaat in het hotel om een drankje te doen.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good (especially the croissant!). The place is quite and it also has a nice garden.
The bathroom smelled bad, I don't know if it was related or not to the cleaning. The room were we stayed (n. 11) iss on the ground floor and overlooks the garden. The windows only have blackout curtains, so even during the day, if you don't want other guests who might walk by to see you, you have to close the curtains and stay in complete darkness. It would be nice if they added some white curtains in addition to the blackout ones.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Geweldige locatie op wandelafstand van het station en centrum. Deur te openen met een code buiten de werkuren, dus je kan altijd binnen. Vriendelijk personeel. Relatief kleine kamer maar was perfect voor een nachtje. Moderne en propere badkamer. Goed bed, alleen de kussens waren niet super comfortabel. We hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, maar het lawaai was beperkt, met de ramen dicht had je er geen last van. Goede verduistering dus je kan lekker uitslapen.

Es fehlt eine Ablage im Bad. Bei Anreise am Wochenende kann man mit dem Auto nicht in den Bereich am Hotel fahren und somit auch nicht in dem gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus parken.

Climatizzatore. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se siamo arrivati prima dell’orario del check-in
Reception aperta solo poche ore al mattino e solo dalle 14 alle 18 al pomeriggio. Mancanza di ascensore e scale abbastanza strette per salire al 3 piano con le valigie. Assenza di macchinette distributrici di bevande o snack.

Odamıza girdiğimizde son derece kirli ve konforsuz olduğunu gördük. Vantilatörün etrafı, odadaki bilgilendirme broşürü kir içindeydi. Elbise askısında yarısı yenilmiş bir cipsi asılı halde bulduk. 2. gün oda servisi odaya gelmiş ve odayı toplamış, fakat bir önceki günden ıslak olan ve kuruması için sandalyenin kenarına koyduğumuz banyo havlularını katlayıp tekrar yatağın üstüne koymuşlar. Yeni havlu bırakmamışlar. Ben 1,70 boyundayım ve hem duşta hem odanın içinde çoğu zaman kafamı çarpmamak içi neğilerek yürüyordum.

Mal hier und kommen gern wieder. Das Hotel hat sich jedes Mal noch was verbessert. Check-In hat dieses Mal auch super geklappt.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Sehr schönes ,charmantes kleines Hotel in bester Lage von Brügge. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren schön renoviert. Der wunderbare, ruhige Innenhof/ Garten lädt nach den Stadtbesichtigungen zum entspannten Verweilen ein.
Leider war unser Zimmer nur mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet und nicht klimatisiert. Bei den derzeit heißen Temperaturen würde eine bessere Lösung ( Klimaanlage z.B. ) und auch Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern den Komfort erheblich erhöhen.

Also appreciated that they provided a standing fan in case of unexpected hot weather. Really warm and helpful reception staff, who gave good recommendations for local food.
One thing that could be added to the rooms was a small tea basket and a kettle. But no complaints, and it won't stop me from booking the same hotel again.

We stayed in room #2, right by the stairwell, so heard all guest traffic. If anyone stands chatting near reception, you will hear it. The late-night arrival of other guests was also disruptive to our night rest. But if you sleep through noise, this will not be a problem for you.

Es ist ein charmantes, kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem mitten im Zentrum – alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Familienzimmer unter dem Dach war gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz für uns vier. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum von Brügge. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir wurden total nett empfangen und haben ein kleines Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße bekommen. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Unterkunft wirklich perfekt.
Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Allerdings einen kleinen Ventilator. Man muss aber nachts dadurch das Fenster auflassen, weil es sonst zu warm ist. Dadurch war es sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das okay.

Bathroom was tight with a low sloping ceiling. It’s an old building, so there’s nothing that can be done. Just more challenging for tall people.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Location was fabulous, right in the historic heart and shopping area. Walking distance to station. Our room was simple and basic but roomy and bed comfy and kettle provided on request! Bathroom brilliant and shower lovely. Superior Double had air conditioning.
Only criticism, windowsill needed cleaning... but housekeeping came super quick on the second morning. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, I'm not sure it was good value but there were amazing cafes nearby and I think that's part of the Bruges experience.
