. L'hotel si trova sopra un ristorante (senza un'insegna visibile dalla piazza) che la sera del nostro arrivo, prima delle 23:00, era completamente chiuso e sbarrato. Abbiamo provato a chiamarli più volte sul posto senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Nessuno si è fatto sentire né prima né dopo per darci assistenza. Nonostante abbiano intascato i nostri soldi lasciandoci in mezzo alla strada, rifiutano anche di concedere il rimborso. Trasparenza zero e servizio clienti pessimo

Alles...... kamer was vies, stonk was klein, bed was onder zo verkreukeld of het niet was verschoond. Het was net een kelder waar je in werd gezet. Er was geen raam in de kamer, en in de badkaner wel.....deze keek uit op een muur. Kortom ins weekend is ten deugen gevallen, we hebben de spullen gepakt en terug naar haar gereden met daar alle stress bij

The walls between the rooms were extremely thin, and we could clearly hear conversations from adjoining rooms. Doors being shut late at night also created very loud noise, enough to wake us even as deep sleepers. In addition, there appeared to be no effective mosquito-control measures in place. We received multiple bites during our final night, and we are confident they occurred in the room, as the affected areas of our bodies had been covered throughout the day.

The food prices were much higher than we anticipated so we were only able to dine once. It’s a little hard to find as the name of the hotel was obscured by the restaurant awnings.

La camera ha gli arredi essenziali, a noi è piaciuta così. Consiglierei la dotazione di un bollitore.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Je stapte het hotel uit en was gelijk op de grote markt, ook prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Ontbijt hebben wij niet genomen.
De kerkklok is wel luid, maar verder compenseerde de locatie dat zeker! WC kraakte een beetje maar verder was het top. Miste wel iets van een theekoker

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Hotel Très bien situé vue magnifique chambre et salle de bains grandes et confortables mais pas de climatisation une chaleur assomante dans les couloirs qui mène aux chambres et dans la chambre. Avons du dormir la fenêtre grand ouverte toute la nuit et on a très mal dormi. C'est dommage il faut une climatisation dans cet hôtel et ce sera parfait. Cette chaleur insupportable a tout gâché. Sinon bon repas le soir et bon petit déjeuner buffet

It was very warm during our visit and the room was unbearably hot at night (30c in the room). There was no fan provided. We had to keep the window open during the night, and the square outside is basically party- central. It was extremely noisy all through the night. We got no sleep at all. A fan and cotton summer bedding (rather than polyester) and some ear plugs might have been a nice gesture. None of the staff asked if we had a nice stay.

Non è propriamente un hotel ma sono camere gestite dal ristorante che sta sotto. Alle 23 chiudono l’ingresso alla struttura . Io ero nella camera con vista sulla piazza ed era perfetta. Mia figlia invece aveva la camera sul retro che ha la finestra sul cavedio e non la consiglierei.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Lage im Zentrum Brügge ist sehr schön, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Wenn man die Badtür offenließ, kam etwas Tageslicht, aber auch reichlich Mücken herein, deren Summen nur durch das Brummen des Generators übertönt wurde. Der Ventilator konnte wenig gegen die Wärme ausrichten. Die Empfangsdame war etwas barsch.

Parkeergelegenheid is er op plm. 300M De kamers waren redelijk en de bedden waren goed Wij lagen aan de kant van het plein en dan heb je wel wat last van de buitenverlichting, maar dat ging ongeveer om 01:00uur uit

Bed was supposed to be double, but we ended up with two simple and no way of keeping them sticked together.. Not ideal for a couple. Good resto downstairs is a plus. You have easy access autonomously once the establishment is closed for the day.

There's no AC in the room and in the recent European summers, that's a tough one! We had a hard time sleeping at night. There's also no fridge with water in the room, which would be super helpful.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was een complete nachtmerrie. In twintig jaar reizen heb ik nog nooit zo'n slechte ervaring gehad. Voor bijna €200 per nacht verwacht je op zijn minst een schoon hotel en respectvolle service. Helaas kregen wij precies het tegenovergestelde. De service was verschrikkelijk. Het personeel was onvriendelijk, onprofessioneel en totaal niet behulpzaam. Bij het boeken hadden we jammer genoeg niet gezien dat het hotel geen airconditioning heeft. Ons eigen fout. Tijdens ons verblijf was het bijna 40 graden. De kamer was ondraaglijk heet en slapen was vrijwel onmogelijk. Er stond zelfs geen fles water op de kamer. We moesten 's nachts de ramen openzetten om wat frisse lucht binnen te krijgen, maar daardoor werden we tot ongeveer vijf uur 's ochtends wakker gehouden door voortdurend geschreeuw en lawaai buiten. In plaats van een ontspannen weekend kregen we een compleet verpeste vakantie. De kamers zijn oud en vuil. Tot onze schrik ontdekten we laat op de avond een bloedvlek op het beddengoed. Er was niemand van het personeel aanwezig om dit op te lossen of het beddengoed te vervangen. De volgende ochtend werden we gedwongen opnieuw toeristenbelasting te betalen, terwijl wij deze al via Booking.com hadden betaald. Het enige antwoord dat we kregen was: "Los het maar op met Booking." Er werd totaal niet meegedacht of geholpen. We hebben nooit een bewijs van betaling van de toeristenbelasting ontvangen. Ze negeerden ons tijdens het ontbijt, terwijl ze andere gasten bedienden, in plaats van te voldoen aan ons wettelijke verzoek om een betalingsbewijs. Toen wij onze klachten uitten, werden we op een bijzonder onbeleefde en rassistische manier behandeld. De houding van de medewerkster bij de receptie op de ochtend van 28 juni gaf ons sterk het gevoel dat wij als buitenlandse gasten niet welkom waren. Wij ervoeren haar gedrag als discriminerend en diep respectloos. Ik ben hier, twee weken later, nog steeds van geschrokken.
