Chambre donnant sur une petite passage avec un mur a moins de 2 metres de la fenêtre- et avec la soufflerie du voisin qui rendait l'ouverture de la fenêtre la nuit impossible

Floors needed a sweep and the curtain across the en-suite would be an acquired taste.

L'unica finestra della camera era adiacente ad un muro nero, molto inquietante per me che sono claustrifobica Poca luce nei locali, e l'entrata all hotel era in un vicolo cieco stretto e infelice

We stayed in room 1. Very clean and lovely bed. Shower is amazing. Cleaners did an excellent job, making the bed everyday and ensuring our room was off a good standard for our stay. friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent and we will be back

layout of the room was a little odd with a table over laying the right hand corner of the bed making access a bit awkward. The drop down table is too big for the room

da migliorare l'illuminazione (tra l'altro la lampadina del faretto prospiciente il letto era anche fulminata). Manca il telefono anche per comunicare con la reception che, peraltro, era disponibile solo negli orari di apertura del sottostante ristorante.

Sve je dobro organizirano. Osoblje je ljubazno, sobe su ciste i kreveti udobni. U hotelu je restran s ugodnom atmosferom i dobrom hranom. Pozicija hotela je izvsna za obilazak znamenitosti.

De ligging en de eigenaren waren kundige en ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrije mensen. We voelden ons echt welkom. Het eten in het Grand Café De Passage was formidabel.

Prima kamer. Niet groot maar alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. En airco is een plus net als de locatie midden in het centrum. TOP...

Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Zou erg fijn zijn.

Airco op zolderkamer deed het niet, wat het erg warm maakte. We hadden veel muggenbeten en hebben er niet van kunnen slapen. Maken deden ze de dag waarop we weer uitcheckten helaas. De kamer was verder schoon.

Camera minuscola, con il bagno separato solo da una tenda semitrasparente. Pulizia scarsa, aria condizionata non funzionante. Il lunedì non c'è nessuno in hotel (non si presenta nessuno fino alle 15.00 del martedì).

Le personnel est absent le lundi, nous n'avons été accueillis par personne, ce qui diminue la convivialité. De plus, les bagages que nous avons pu laissés n'étaient pas surveillés ; le portail de l'hôtel était ouvert et donc à la portée de tous.

Por decir algo sólo falta un pequeña nevera, sobre todo para mantener las bebidas frescas... muy importante.

Well located in the city centre

One star, and only because I have to give one. We booked this hotel through Booking.com the day before our trip, so it was a genuine last minute choice. At 225 euros a night plus city tax it is not a cheap option for one night, but it was close to a hotel where some friends were staying, so we decided to go for it anyway. The first thing that did not sit well with us was that we were placed on the top floor and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up all those stairs with two small children was genuinely difficult. If a hotel does not have an elevator, guests booking with kids or reduced mobility should be warned in advance, even just a quick message before check in explaining that the room is on the top floor with no lift. That would have been a small thing, but it says a lot about communication. That, however, turned out to be nothing compared to what came next. Bruges is having a heatwave right now, 34 degrees, and our room was directly under the roof. The moment we walked in we turned on the air conditioning and realized it did not work at all. We were in a rush, we had a dinner reservation at 20:00 and had arrived at 19:40, so I quickly went down to reception and told the reception the AC was not working. He told me they had a small portable unit installed to fix the issue. We came back after midnight, turned it on, and realized this so called air conditioner was actually just a small device you fill with water and ice cubes and in any case it was empty. You can see it in the photos I am attaching. It does absolutely nothing for a 30 square meter room that had been baking under a roof in 34 degree heat all day. The heat was unbearable. To make things even more absurd, the bed had a winter duvet inside the sheets, plus extra blanket on top, as if we were expecting a 12 degree night. We had to strip everything out just to sleep under the plain sheets, and even that was too hot. We were drenched in sweat.

La scalinata ripida per accedere alla camera posta al secondo piano senza ascensore. Assenza di reception. Si entra nella struttura tramite vicoletto e corridoio tipico di un retro bottega adiacente alla cucina. Siamo stati accolti dallo chef.

J’ai aimé la facilité pour y accéder, c’est proche de tout. C’est facile de récupérer la carte, pas besoin de faire de la paperasse, tout est bien expliqué et cela reste tout de même chaleureux même si nous ne sommes pas directement accueilli.

The location was really convenient for the town centre. Just a 2 minute walk. Also there is a large 24hr car park on the doorstep. The room was not expensive. The room standard was good. A little quirky with a large curtain dividing the room from the shower and sink but that was not an issue for us. The restaurant which is part of the hotel is excellent. A really lovely eating area which excellent staff and food.

My only really issue was one of the bedside lamps was hanging by the wire and the towels supplied were thin and old. I would have thrown them out months before. It may only have been our room. There was also nowhere for the towels to dry. We did leave out the change towels note but this was ignored. The only blot on our stay.

Our aircondition didn’t work, and we asked several times for one of the personnel to come and have a look at it. Even tho we were promised that they would fix it, no one came to have a look at it. This is were poor customer service. The personell was to occupied in the restaurant to help the hotel guests. No one was there to greet us at check out either.

La habitación es para una pareja, no para amigos, la intimidad de la ducha billaba por si ausencia. No lleven mucho equipaje, escaleras con peldaños muy pequeños

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, sodass man gut zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Nette Frühstpckscafés in direkter Nähe.

Das Haus ist sehr, sehr dunkel und die Gänge eng. Vor dem Fenster meines Zimmers befand sich mit ca 1,50m Abstand die Hauswand des Nachbarhauses. Kaum Tageslicht. Tag und Nacht brummte aus diesem schmalen Gang ein Ventilator ( Heizung oder Klimaanlage). Das Hotel erreicht man durch eben diesens Gang über den Seiteneingang oder durch das ebenfalls sehr enge Restaurant. Die Rezeption wird durch das gestresste Servicepersonal des Restaurants mitbedient. Trotz der guten Lage würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre et sa propreté. Le personnel aimable, même s'il était occupé à servir les clients du restaurant. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de la Ville.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de stationnement. Il faut garer la voiture dans un parking situé en face et qui est payant et très cher. Mais la Ville étant piétonne, nous n'avions pas le choix car tous les stationnements sont payants.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, au centre de Bruges. Nous avons eu une chambre très propre, le personnel passe tous les jours dans les chambres. Je recommande cet endroit !

Le grand lit, la propreté.

Impression qu’il n’y a pas d’entrée principale. Le fait qu’on nous vende une bagagerie qui est en fait une remise où tout le monde a accès. PAS DE PETIT DÉJEUNER malgré les explications. Clim défectueuse qui fait du bruit même éteinte la nuit.

Great location - right in the centre - and staff were really friendly. Top floor room was spacious (2 king size beds) and shower was good.

No lift to the top floor so a bit of a climb with heavy suitcases. Fine if you have small over night bags but worth knowing if you have heavier suitcases as we did. Top floor attic room is very hot in summer and although there is air conditioning it wasn’t powerful enough. Didn’t cool the room at all. We needed to open windows to get some sort of breeze but were then bitten by mosquitoes/midges. Nowhere in room to hang anything, not even a hook. Also nowhere in room to sit except on the beds. We appreciate this is an old building though so space is limited. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it was very small and low. There seem to be mirrors on the back of doors in the other rooms but in room 4 there isn’t.

Het hotel zit midden in het centrum. Op de kamer hoor je hier niks van en is het heerlijk stil. De kamer is knus en schoon.

De badkamer/toilet is afgeschermd met een dun gordijntje. Voor een couple lijkt dit prima, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden

Limited tea & coffee in the room Restaurant looked amazing but due to heatwave and no air con in restaurant we didn’t eat at the venue.
