暮らしの道具が充実していて、自炊が快適にしやすかった。

お風呂のお湯はり、お湯抜きの操作がイマイチわからなかった。お湯が完全に抜けるときと、抜けずに溜まっているときがあった。

お料理とスタッフの真心が大変伝わりました😊

Mala relación calidad-precio Íbamos con las expectativas muy altas ya que pensábamos que el lugar, la localización y las instalaciones hacían de este hotel un lugar idilico para una breve escapada a la costa de Kyoto. La cama era bastante incómoda. No nos dejaron reservar cena ninguna de las dos noches a pesar de que alrededor solamente hay un restaurante abierto más tarde de las 18h… No hay servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Además nos encontramos una gran cucaracha la primera mañana que despertamos en nuestra habitación. Avisamos a recepción y no nos dieron más alternativa que un spray de insecticida. Al volver de la excursión nosotros mismos la matança (estaba metida en uno de los armarios de la mañana). En ningún momento vimos pesar por parte de los trabajadores. Es bastante desagradable despertar en un hotel de 4 estrellas que en teoria es muy confortable con una cucaracha de gran tamaño…

The staff at this hotel were so lovely and I really wanted to give the hotel a better review because of them. We only stayed here overnight and our family stayed in a Japanese style room with outdoor bath. It was cute inside but for the price we paid, other traditional ryokans we have stayed at in Japan were much better in terms of comfort. The walls are super thin here and we were up for half of the night listening to people in other rooms, futons weren’t comfortable either. Spa was s nice addition but for the price paid, we just didn’t see the value. We drove to Amanohashidate town, the hotel really wasn’t close to anything either. Staff were wonderful and the amenities were great, very generous.

Situé à-côté d’un passage à niveau et d’une église: très bruyant. Très cher et moins bien que les hôtels 3 étoiles (il est noté 4 étoiles). Hôtel vieux, pas joli. Pas possible de rentrer après minuit.

Meidän vuokra-auton ovet eivät auenneet. Armoton hässäkkä alkoi. Apua ei tahtonut saada englanniksi, mutta hotellin henkilökunta oli aivan huippu avuliasta vaikka asian ylimääräinen hoito vei heiltä pari tuntia.

Illalla ei ollut mitään ruokaa tarjolla, kun kaikki paikat oli varattu.

従業員の対応は良かった。

宿泊当日夕食と翌日朝食が出来なかった。 ホテルは綺麗だったけど、襖の建て付けが悪くて開け閉めで大きな音がした。

サイトで見た食事とだいぶ違っていました。 期待外れでした。 夕食は、電話でお願いしましたが、いっぱいですとの事で断わられました。近くのお寿司屋さんを、紹介され満足ではなかったです。

The hotel has great charm, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Our Japanese-style room with a private onsen offered a view of the sea. We were able to enjoy the time relaxing immensely and would book it again anytime.

The Japanese-style rooms are a bit dated. This only slightly affects the overall charm, but they could certainly benefit from some light renovation in the near future.

For us we wanted an authentic Japanese feel so we chose the Japanese tatami room with private onsen, which was lovely. The staff were wonderful.

We missed out on the special breakfasts and dinners because these were fully booked. We were looking forward to that part of the experience. It would be great if the restaurants had enough space for hotel guests as it was very difficult to get food in the town at night.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a price onsen in our room was the best part.

The property was great, if you didn’t book breakfast or dinner at the hotel, it is about an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant.

No meals were available (dinner or breakfast) because we had not placed a reservation 48 hours beforehand. We only booked the night before.

It was by far the best and most luxurious place we've stayed in. The private bath was wonderful and relaxing, perfect for any tattooed guests. The public bath was just as relaxing however nothing beats your own private piece of onsen. The gift shop sold everything you need during your stay and vending machines were readily available Staff was awesome and breakfast was the best.

Love the stay there. We had booked two rooms. One was the Japanese style with futons while the other one was Western style with beds. The Japanese one had a great view of the sea. The onsen was good too. There was the indoor Jaccuzi pool and two outdoor pools with views of the forest. The rooms were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The property is clean and the room is big I booked the one with private onsen.

We ask the receptionist if we can used phone to call the previous hotel because i left my Ipad in the hotel and just wanted to have them ship if to the other hotel we are staying in yokohama. But the Lady we spoke said the phone is only for the hotel used. For the amount I paid a night which is around 77000 yen this is dissappointing. When we went to the hotel in kyoto they accomodate us and even help us to call the previous hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We had the Japanese style room with the private onsen on the ground floor. Excellent view of the sea (although the hotel is not on the sea, it’s located across the road from the sea). The public onsen also was very good. but we spent most time in the onsen in the room. We also had the dinner and breakfast, excellent Japanese style food and glad that we reserved ahead.

Nothing much to dislike, all was good.

We had a beautiful Japanese style room with a private Onsen on the balcony and a massage chair. Pure luxury to be able to use the Onsen whenever we wanted to. We both enjoyed fabulous, professional massages shortly after dinner too for very reasonable prices. Recommend booking a dinner package for the experience.

Das Kitanoya in Miyazu hat viele Besonderheiten und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Um Amanohashidate mit all seinen kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Geschichte und der außergewöhnlichen Natur besuchen zu können, haben wir dieses nur wenige Minuten Fußweg von der Himmelsbrücke entfernte Hotel gewählt. Eine der Besonderheiten ist das zum Zimmer gehöhrende eigene Onsenbecken. So kann man es wirklich ausgiebig nutzen und nach einer langen Tagestour und Ausflügen wunderbar entspannen und seinem Körper richtig etwas gutes tun. Im Grunde wie eine heiße Quelle vor dem Zimmer mit herrlichem Panoramablick und einem kleinem Zen-Garten davor. In diesem Hotel kann man viel aus der japanischen Tradition finden und kennen lernen. So legt man bei Ankunft all seine Straßenkleidung ab und bekommt die bequeme, typisch japanische Yukata und Jinbei - Kombination ....sie werden jeden Tag frisch ins Zimmer gebracht. Im Kitanoya geht man auch so zum Frühstück und kann sich je nach Wahl der Speisen ebenso traditionell verwöhnen lassen. Auf unserem Tisch fanden wir liebevoll gefaltete Origami Tiere und einige nette Worte für den Tag. Die Speisen ( in unserem Fall vegetarisch ) sind sehr schmackhaft zubereitet und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Auch das schlafen auf Tatami Matten mit Futon war angenehm, ist es doch für Europäer etwas ungewohnt. Aber das haben wir bewußt so gewählt. Japan ist so wundervoll reich an Kultur und Lebensart. Ein Besuch im Kitanoya wird sicher unvergesslich sein. Wir möchten uns hiermit noch einmal bei dem Serviceteam ganz besonders herzlich bedanken für diese wunderschöne Zeit und die besondere Gastfreundschaft. The private open air bath is absolutely amazing. I am a tall guy and its rare to find a private bath that's big enough so I can fully stretch my legs. Here was able to. The view is also quite good and the check in was flawless.

Honestly, the kitchen could be a bit better. There is a rice cooker but no rice (who travels with rice? Have rice available if you have a rice cooker!) While the view is quite good, it's directly in front of a parking lot. So if you are in the bath, it's not really private since people from the parking lot can see you. The much bigger issue however is that above the bed was a big green sign marking the Emergency exit. That sign was so bright, that it was hard to sleep and since it caused the room to be so brightly lit, the windows at night reflected the room instead of allowing a nice view of the amanohashidate inland side sea that you have during daytime. And for THAT amount of money, a stay has to be flawless and it simply wasn't. My rating would be better if the price was lower, but for the amount of money I paid, this stay overall was a letdown. Especially needing a sleeping mask to even be able to sleep should not happen in a luxury room like this.

we loved the property but didn’t realise that we were not in the actual hotel and couldn’t eat in the hotel. There was nowhere to have breakfast before 10am and everywhere closed at 5pm! unfortunately we left a day early. booking.com needs to make this clearer!

Quiet location

Fabulous room with hot spring bath and ocean views. Rates were more than we'd normally spend but worth it to have this luxury on hand. We booked traditional Japanese breakfast that was extra on top but absolutely beautiful. Close to station and Amanohashidate park.

Bike hire fee could be dropped considering room price but still cheaper than local hire shops.

The room was a good size, and location wasn't too far from town, so easy to walk to in about 6 mins. The onsen was very nice, and quiet

Unfortunately the view was not really a sea view, its actual a partial view, but mostly overlooking the car park, which wasn't what i was expecting or wanted, so that was very disappointing to see! I also found it strange that no coffee was provided in the room, just green tea. And the restaurant closes at 6pm, but also there was nothing open for food in town, at 7.45pm, so don't make that mistake!

Slow staff, instead of just calling a taxi they will often ask you other questions costing you valuable time (my train was going in 13 minute and they insisted on asking me if i wanted to wait 30-40 minutes to take the hotel car to the train station) Also this really pissed me off, but they are sneaky, almost borderline scammy. The page advertises public onsen but as i discovered when trying to access it and later saw hidden, buried behind 3 tabs and going against what they write on their advertising, they have a bigoted and outdated rule where they ban people with tattoos (they essentially hide this info). Im to say the least, fuming after having been tricked into paying almost 50 thousand yen for this. But dont worry they will happily sell you the solution in the form of a private onsen that costs 5k yen and you get less than an hour. Ruined the whole hotel trip

天橋立まで少し歩きますが真夏や高齢でなければ大丈夫です。施設は綺麗でいい旅館という感じです。

The Japanese rooms where nice and with a great flow to the outside. Nice balcony and hot spring pool.

Restricted service. A hotel by the beach, but denied beach towel. That was expected from our side. That should be made clear as it was not easy to find in stores either. We came from a run… and was denied water. Simple things was made difficult. The dinner and breakfast has fish and seafood that was not too fresh.

Bellissima la camera in stile giapponese con onsen privato, molto rilassante. Abbiamo affittato in hotel le biciclette per visitare la zona.

観光地まで徒歩15分ほどあります。送迎はしてもらえたらなお良かったかも。お風呂のお湯は熱くて長く入れませんでした。でもラウンジもあり施設は良かったです。

Een hele ruime kamer en badkamer. Mooi zijaanzicht op de zee. Net onderhouden hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren op eigen terrein en gratis. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Vlak bij het station.

Het hotel is ietwat gedateerd, maar goed onderhouden. Een klein beetje sfeerloos.

Idéalement situé pour profiter de Amanohashidate. Personnel très gentil et très prévenant. Hôtel très confortable, avec bain public très propre et ayant même un bain extérieur.
