Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Всё было великолепно! Очень красивый рёкан, с видом на залив, рядом прекрасный пляж и прогулочная зона. Немного было неловко от того, что в рёкане нет лифта и бедные стафы, в том числе и девушки, несли наши чемоданы на третий этаж. Надеюсь, в скором времени лифты смогут установить в этом рёкане так, чтобы сохранить прелесть традифионного рёкана, но и чтобы не эксплуатировать стафов и не надрывать спины.

食事が少ないです。 高校生の息子には全く足りず、夜にコンビニに走ることに… お風呂もとても小さいです。露天もなし。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The hotel is in a great location right next to the shrine, close to the station, rope way and walk across the sand bar. Food was excellent as was the service. We booked 2 rooms and the room with the outside seating was spacious and lovely. The second room had a great view but had quite a small bathroom and was more cosy. Even though the weather was 50:50 we really enjoyed our stay here.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Hagyományos japán, ryokan szállás. Ennek megfelelően csak cipő nélkül lehetett közlekedni a hotelben. Félpanziót fizettünk és olyan gourmet menüket kaptunk, amelyeket máshol nem tudtunk volna megfizetni - egyszerűen zseniális volt! Az onsen fürdő fantasztikus volt. Az egész hely a béke és nyugalom szigete, mindenkinek ajánlom, aki a tradicionális Japánt akarja megismerni.
Kicsit fura volt, hogy tatamin aludtunk a földön.

The beds, which is the room type I picked on purpose, were not very comfortable. And the room had no where to hang a towel or put your clothes.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Incredible stay at Taikyoyrou. Location doesn’t get any better. Walking distance to everything you need. The staff were extremely accomodating. We visited with our 2 babies and couldn’t believe how kind and hospitable they were to children especially during dinner when both of our children were causing a ruckus. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! I feel like the reviews I read prior really under sold how good the food is.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Beautiful, clean and well-maintained property. The staff especially the women who work at the restaurant were all amazing. Room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit too small, however I think it’s expected from such an old establishment. Location is very central, close to popular attractions. Breakfast and dinner were excellent!
The hotel was a bit too close to the bridge. We arrived during the holiday, there were noise almost the whole day from the guy announcing the moving bridge. Second day was much better since there were fewer crowds.

Von außen sieht das Gebäude nicht so schön aus. Auch gibt es wenig Flexibilität bei der Menuewahl. Wir hatten tagsüber gefragt, ob wir abends unsere im Vorfeld getroffene Wahl aendern können, das ging leider nicht. Auch muss man sich morgens für die Essenszeiten entscheiden.

部屋の洗面所の水跳ねが多くて床が結構濡れまくって拭き取りの手間がありました！（あの水ウケはオシャレだと思いますがやめて欲しいです）

部屋の入口ドアが小さくドアも向こうも勾配がありドアが開かない。鍵もオートではないので先ず施錠確認。部屋がジメッと湿気ており畳も寝具もめちゃくちゃ不快。狭すぎてエアコンがダイレクトに当たり鼻も喉もカラカラだし布団をかけると汗が出て、脱ぐと寒くエアコンを切ると汗だくで全く眠れず。浴衣でなんか眠れない。1泊3万円以上するのに、水も無い。内風呂もなんだこれ状態シャワーブースより狭すぎる。洗面所に関してはトイレの手洗いのよう。食事も1万円分グレードアップしたら量が多いだけでガッカリ。大浴場も閉塞感しかない小さなお風呂で余り清潔でもなく。相方に悪いので楽しんでいる振りをしたが、旅館のオーナーに言いたい。寝具は替えた方がいい

My water-view room was dreamy, and I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner — the food was truly excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the welcome. As a solo traveler, I found the staff polite and efficient, but a little distant. A warmer, more personal touch would make the experience feel even more special.

お宿の中、全体が素足でのスタイルでした。 お宿のコンセプトとしては合っていると思いました、 畳への損傷などを考えると、履き物より素足がベストだと思いましたが、私の様な足の不自由が ある場所、履き物で安定しますので、畳の痛みを考慮した、履き物の材質を検討してみては如何でしょうか。

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025This is a traditional ryokan, right in the middle of Miyazu, next to the shrine. Our room looked out on the water and on Amanohashidate, to our delight. The semi-western beds were comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners, both kaiseki, were delicious. The bath and onsen were small but adequate. Most of the guests were Japanese. The staff were very helpful, though no one spoke much English. We would definitely stay here again.
Note that the shoes/tatami rules are quite strict. Also that almost everyone “dresses” for dinner. These are not really dislikes, just things to be aware of.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Hotel bardzo klimatyczny. Położenie przepiękne, pokój z widokiem na most i morze. Jedzonko japońskie wspaniałe, bardzo smaczne , ostatniego dnia zrobiono nam niespodziankę i podano europejskie śniadanko, było przepyszne. Wlascielka i obsługa przemiła. Onsen na miejscu jest bardzo fajny dodatkiem do całego pobytu.
