The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and one could hear birdsong from the balcony in the mornings; the accommodation was well-equipped and quiet.. The restaurants, 7-Eleven, and the walking street were all close by.

The complex consists of several buildings and many bungalow-style rooms; I had expected a direct view of the beach, but that wasn't the case—my room was in the area with the rear gardens. Apart from that, I liked everything else;

Poloha, úklid každý den. Bungalov ok, jen trochu starší vybaveni, ale neměli jsme s tím problém. Spokojenost. Děkujeme pani recepční, že jsme dostali bungalov dál od vedlejší stavby.

Ubytování se nám líbilo. Jen postřehy ke zlepšení. Nelíbilo se mi,že úklidový personál seděl každý den na stole vedle našeho domku s nohama na stole, kde jsme jedli. Domky jsou blízko vedle sebe, což je logické. Tak musíte mit štěstí na sousedy. Vedle nás se druhý den ubytovala skupina ruských turistů, kteří byli hluční, hlasitě popíjeli a kouřili, takže kouř šel až k nám na verandu a do domku. Což nechcete. Nerespektovali naše soukromí ani v noci, hluk do ráno cca do 2h. Proto by měla v resortu platit plavidla o dodržováni nočního klidu.

Manque juste un peu plus de lumière dans le bungalow, surtout pour la salle de bain.

Das Lamai Inn ist ein gut gelungenes Bungalow Hotel. Man hat seine Ruhe. Es hat Bungalows die direkt am Strand sind mit Sonnenliegen auf der Terasse. Die anderen Bungalows sind dahinter und im Garten. Das Lamai Inn hat kein eigenes Restaurant oder Gastronomie. Aber ein Cafe/Restaurant das direkt zum Beach gehört. Das Essen wie auch die Bedienung war gut. Der Strand ist sehr lang, wird jeden Morgen gepflegt, das Meer ist glasklar. Die wenigen Liegen oder Sandsäcke kosten nichts, man muss einfach konsumieren (ohne Minimum). Links und rechts am Strand gibt es haufenweise andere Strandbars- und restaurants im selben Prinzip.

Die Lobby war praktisch inexistent, sehr minimal. Der Pool lässt zu wünschen übrig, hätte interessanter sein können.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Lager der Unterkunft ist ruhig aber in ein paar Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Der Strand war auch sehr sauber. Uns hat es gut gefallen. :)

Personel w hotelu to bardzo mili i sympatyczni ludzie. Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację. Jest usytuowany przy bardzo ładnej plaży. Obok jest pełno restauracji, w których można zjeść smaczny posiłek. Dwie minuty od hotelu jest biuro z wycieczkami, gdzie u przmiłej Pani kupiliśmy kilka wycieczek. Blisko pralnie i ta bardziej hałaśliwa cześć Lamai, ale przy hotelu cichutko i spokojnie. Pokoje ładne, bardzo czyste, zadbane. Przed naszym domkiem rosły plumerie, które pięknie kwitły i pachniały. Polecam ten hotel, dla nas to był bardzo miło spędzony czas.

The location is perfect - easy access to the beach and also the Main Street. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with fridge, large bathroom and comfortable beds

Nette lage des hotels am strand. Jedoch ohne eigene liegen. Netter großer pool. Abends, sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem direkt in der nähe von restaurants.

Leider werden keine ligen direkt am strand vom hotel angeboten und man muss im restaurant die liegen nutzen.

Ligging (aan het strand en nabij vele uitgaans- en eetgelegenheden) en de ruimte van de familiekamer. Zwembad ook lekker verkoelend en prima formaat.

- Het is flink verouderd en zag er wat smoezelig uit. Idem voor de oude en vale handdoeken. - er werd gerenoveerd (goed teken voor de oudere kamers!), maar dit begon rond 9 am en duurde wel tot 5 pm. Stenen slijpen (hard geluid van haakse slijpers), getimmer en veel ander bouw geluid. Dit hadden we graag van tevoren geweten, want het verstoorde de rust flink. Snap dat er gerenoveerd moet worden, maar als we dit vooraf hadden geweten hadden we er nu niet geboekt. Ik weet niet tot wanneer de verbouwing duurt, maar zou het hotel er vooral wel om vragen en anders vragen om een kamer ver van de bouwwerkzaamheden. - diverse keren weinig tot zelfs helemaal geen waterdruk. Kortom; niet douchen, toilet doorspoelen of tanden poetsen. Vaak na enige tijd wel weer waterdruk, maar als je haast hebt (ivm een afspraak) is dit wel heel erg vervelend.

Beach cabins could have donecwith fresh paint inside. Main hotel rooms were nice. Only provided 1 pillow per bed.

Kamer was pal aan het strand. En omgeving was erg rustig. In de enorme toeristische drukte van Koh Samui was dit een mooie rustige plek. Een van de weinige plekken die helemaal volstaat met strandbedje. Maar gewoon strand.

The location was good because it’s not far from the streets with restaurants and bars and shopping

The property was very run down and rooms very small and dark. Linen though clean was very old and the shower was dark and dingy. We left after 1 night. I emailed them twice from March until August to ask if we could have a sea view room and I didn’t get a response. The room we had was out the back near a car park with barely enough room to walk around the bed, and the verandah was not big enough for a chair or table. Would not recommend at all. When we left after one day the staff weren’t concerned and didn’t mind. They already had our money from months ago.

Die Strandbungalows sind wirklich am Strand. Das view ist großartig. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist auch sehr schön mit klimatisierten Bereich und Strandbereich. Der strandbereich ist auch super schön aber auch ganz schön viel los. Action hat man hier auf jeden Fall, wenn man das mag. Jetski, Aquafunpark, Bananenboot, etc.

Der Pool ist leider in der hintersten Ecke und auch dadurch vielleicht in Vergessenheit geraten. Etwas verlassen. Feedback zur Verbesserung: Kleiderständer fehlt. Wir hatten kaum eine Möglichkeit unsere Badekleidung und Handtücher aufzuhängen. Vor dem Bungalow fehlt eine kleine Fußdusche. Da man direkt am Strand ist, wäre so ein Wasserhahn für die Füße sinnvoll, da man leider den ganzen Sand in die Zimmer trägt. Und man konnte den Sand nicht mal weglegen, da auch kein Besen zur Verfügung stand.

Hôtel incroyable !! Nous avions un bungalow vu mer avec une terrasse et des chaises longues le top ! Les chambres sont grandes et propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire ainsi que les serviettes de plage. La plage est magnifique, il y a plusieurs endroits pour déjeuner, manger ou boire un verre. L’hôtel est à 5 min de la rue principale avec boutiques et restaurants. Une pépite !

אם אתם אוהבים שקט, המלון מושלם. קיבלנו חדרים גדולים מאוד עם מרפסת, ממש על החוף, הצוות מאוד מסביר פנים, סגרנו דרכם אטרקציות במחירים טובים. קרוב לרחוב הראשי שיש בו מסעדות טובות.

המקלחות מיושנות מאוד. חשוב לציין שלא כל החדרים ממש על החוף. יש חדרים פנימיים יותר ליד הבריכה. שימו לב שחצי שעה נסיעה מהצ'אוונג וכפר הדייגים, אם זה משהו שחשוב לכם, אז המלון לא רלוונטי. האווירה של לאמאי היא הרבה יותר רגועה

Great location near Lamai main street and a few minutes walk to the beach. Not beachfront though... Lovely staff, clean apartment but a little dated. Great value.

Les bungalows côté plage sont d’un autre âge . Matelas ressort très vieux , salle de bain du siècle dernier avec douche avec un rideaux , porte qui est de travers et ne se ferme pas , micro dose de savon à l’unité . Mobilier très vieux et très foncés avec une ambiance très très austère

Liked the location. Very close to the beach (3 minute walk max). Good shower. Air conditioning good and effective. Very good staff. Room cleaning good. Swimming pool small but good with nice loungers and shower very close. Able to walk to restaurants and bars. Good breakfasts with a lot of choice and served nicely - choose what you want and it is brought to you. Quite despite being close to busy streets. Bathroom toilet excellent as Kohler water conservation innovation. I liked the blue grouting around the tiles in the bathroom and the imitation stone flooring in the bathroom as well.

Wife was not keen on the curtains as not to her taste.

Das Resort ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, zumindest in dem Teil, in dem wir untergebracht waren. Der Strand war okay, doch wir mögen Buchten lieber als die langen Strände, die nicht windgeschützt sind. Wir sind daher an den nahegelegenen Silverbeach/Crystalbeach zum Baden gefahren

The location was great, just a few steps from our room to the beach. The hotel was on a quiet stretch of street with lots of beautiful tropical trees and plants in the garden. The pool was nice, and never very busy so there were always loungers available. The room was big and spacious. The cleaners provided clean towels every day. It was a short walk up to the Main Street in Lamai with shops and restaurants, but the hotel itself was in a quiet spot. We had a great porch with a drying rack for our towels and swimsuits.

There needs to be more hooks in the bathroom!

Podczas naszego pobytu trwał remont apartamentów i przez cały dzień było głośno na basenie, jak również od wczesnych godzin rannych, co przeszkadzało w wypoczynku.

The location and most of all the fantastic café on the beach, the Siwa Latte. With exceptional and very kind personell and delicious food, the Siwa Latte is the best beach café and bar on the whole Lamai beach.

The huts, villas and rooms are pretty ugly, with bad light, bare walls and outdated, worn out furniture, the stay was pretty unpleasant.

Die Lage zum Strand war gut.

Die Poolanlage war nicht so berauschend, es konnte kein Frühstück dazu gebucht werden, die Tür war wackelig abschließbar und auch nach der Reinigung nicht richtig verschlossen, die Pool-/Strandtücher waren schmutzig und/oder kaputt, außerdem konnten wir am Abreisetag nicht länger im Zimmer bleiben und das Personal war diesbezüglich sehr unkooperativ. Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer kleinen Durchfahrtsstraße, über welche man auch zum Strand muss. Außerdem fanden wir Preis/Leistung nicht angemessen.

A little dated

Location was perfect and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and approachable. The beach bar was reasonably priced and the staff who worked there were great. Cleaners were really nice and flexible and always greeted you with a smile

The room was clean and the amenities were fine. But to some the room would be dated and I found the bed uncomfortable.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Einmal umdrehen und man ist direkt am Meer. Der Strandabschnitt ist wirklich schön. Viele tolle Restaurants und das Lamai Restaurant ist auch super. Freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen mit Blick aufs Meer. 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und man ist am Grandfathers Rock. 5 Minuten in die Ortschaft und man hat 7-Eleven, Wellness und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants ohne Ende. Die Zimmer sind recht pragmatisch, aber es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten waren gemütlich, es gibt Föhn, Safe, Wasserkocher etc. und jeden Tag Instantkaffee und Wasserflaschen. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Keine Spinnen, Käfer oder Ähnliches;-)

Für das empfindliche Ohr könnte es nicht ruhig genug sein. Wenn man absolute Ruhe erwartet, ist es der falsche Ort. Zwischen Strand und Anlage ist eine kleine Strasse, die ab und zu mal befahren wird, aber sehr selten und eben von den Gästen, die einen Roller oder einen Wagen dort bewegen. Das hört man halt. Zwischendurch ist dann aber auch ein Wagen dabei, der sehr günstig frisches Obst direkt verkauft. Toll. Den Nachbarn hört man auch etwas durch die Wände. Da ich aber immer mit Ohropax schlafe, ist das kein Problem gewesen. Eine gute Mischung aus Ruhe, Strand aber trotzdem mitten drin.

Einfache aber sehr saubere Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten. Klimaanlage, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffe, kostenlose Wasserflaschen und täglicher Zimmerservice. Super ruhige Lage (direkt am Strand) und doch nur wenige Schritte zur lebhaften Hauptstrasse.

Het is een prima locatie vlakbij het strand, rustig en vlakbij drukke straat met restaurantjes. Het strand is heerlijk.

Całość to kilka domków i 2 budynki z pokojami. Mieliśmy 2 pokoje i oba były na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Łazienka jak i cała reszta bardzo czysta. Hotel położony przy plaży, dodatkowo jest bardzo fajny basen. W zasadzie to za cenę jaką zapłaciliśmy, to jedna z najlepszych opcji.

Unser Bungalow hatte eine großzügige Veranda, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee genossen. Kaffe wird im Zimmer kostenlos angeboten und auch täglich aufgefüllt. Zum wunderschönen Lamai Beach sind es nur ca. 100 Meter. Das Zimmer war groß genug und es gab alles, wie TV, Kaffee und Tee, einen Kühlschrank, sowie genügend Steckdosen zum Laden von Handy und Co. Bars und Retaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Auch ein Markt mit allem, was man an Essen und Trinken brauch ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Strand bekommt man auf Wunsch Cocktails, Bier, sowie Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kühlte auch bei höchster Stufe und erst nach längerer Wartezeit das Zimmer nur gerade so auf erträglichere Temperaturen herunter. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich nach Verlassen des Zimmers die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen, da man hierfür den Anhänger des Zimmerschlüssels in eine Vorrichtung im Zimmer stecken muss. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätten eine Renovierung nötig.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Direkt am schönen Strand, fussläufig alles erreichbar. Night Market um die Ecke. Es lohnt sich dennoch auch mal paar Meter weiter zu gehen und die Straßen zu erkunden. Bungalow zweckmäßig eingerichtet, perfekte Größe. Allerdings auch nicht mega preiswert. Tägliche Reinigung ist okay, die Thai üblichen „Mängel“ wie lockere Armaturen sollten bei dem Preis allerdings behoben werden.

Manque de luminosité extérieure, lumière artificielle blanche assez désagréable, Airco bruyant, décoration vieillissante à rafraîchir, taches sur les draps et les essuies.

Jest to hotel budżetowy jako taki trzeba go oceniać. Dużym plusem jest bardzo fajny basen, oraz bezpośrednia bliskość do plaży. Dużym plusem jest bardzo wysoka czystość. W bezpośredniej bliskości są liczne restauracje i sklepy i McDonald's. Za cenę jaką my za niego zapłaciliśmy to bardzo polecam.

The room was very bare and no art on the walls so it didn't very very inviting. They were also renovating which I understand, needs to be done.

Einiges: Aktuell wird ein Teil der Anlage renoviert und es sind an vielen Stellen die Gänge zugestellt. Es ist tagsüber laut. Das Hotel wirkt sehr ungemütlich und die sanitären Anlagen veraltet. Ein unserer Zimmer war an der Baddecke verschimmelt. Bookoing.com hat nach zwei Tagen immer noch nicht auf die Reklamation reagiert.

Rent og pænt. Da man ankom forsøgte manden i receptionen at vise mig mulighederne i forskellige værelser som kunne ligge ved siden af hinanden da vi var en familie på fire til to værelser . Vi fik to værelser med en fælles opholdsstue .

Ingenting . Lidt ærgerligt at der ikke er strandstole til hotellet . Men intet problem da de ved to strand steder ved siden af havde ligge stole såfremt man køber lidt at drikke .

The rooms are very dated, and the bathroom needs upgrading. There was mould on the ceiling tiles. There wasn’t much comfort on the bed.

Naprosto super místo. Bungalovy čisté, každý den úklid, když člověk chtěl a jen pár kroků od úžasné pláže. U ubytování skvělá kavárna na snídaně. Kousek do centra Lamai s množstvím barů a restaurací a jen asi 5-10 minut chůze od skvělého nichtmarketu.

Jen poslední dva dny se ráno od cca 8:00 začali ozývat dělníci, co rekonstruovali apartmány vedle, ale nebylo to tak rušivé, že by to zkazilo celkový pozitivní dojem z tohoto skvělého místa.

Very cozy bungalows next to the beach. The bungalows are surrounded by a neat and nice garden. Wonderful pool. A few steps from the main shopping street and taverns of Lamai beach. The bungalows are cleaned every day, everything is perfectly clean. If I go to Lamai beach again, I would stay there again.

The air conditioning wasn’t the best and took a while to cool the room. It turned off when you went out obviously to save energy but that would not deter me from staying again

We loved this room ! The location was perfect with the beach literally outside our door. Loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. We would happily stay here again.
