La ubicación y el desayuno.

Todas las habitaciones tienen la ducha adentro de la habitación. Es una mampara de vidrio con un sticker difuminado en la zona de las partes privadas pero tu compañero de habitación te ve los pies y la cabeza mientras te duchas. Lo único privado es el inodoro que es un cubículo muy pequeño y separado.

Creo que es un hotel que está un poco anticuado. El colchón de mi habitación se hundía. No fue nada cómodo

La ubicación fue lo mejor y el recepcionista Apolo muy amable al recibirnos pero las camareras de la cafetería Salt regular, una de ellas le costaba trabajar y tratar bien a los clientes. Que poca empatia!!

Cordialidad del personal, comodidad y tamaño de la habitación, limpieza general, solárium, servicio de playa (incluye toallas y reposeras en el resort fee), ubicación excelente, cama y almohadas cómodas, habitación silenciosa, incluye secador de pelo y plancha en cada habitación, hay servicio de agua y hielo disponible las 24hs que funciona perfecto, la habitación cuenta con cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía que se renuevan cada día, el aire acondicionado de la pieza funcionó perfectamente, la relación precio calidad es acorde. Lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería a ir

- el personal de front desk no es ni muy amable ni muy dispuesto a ayudar: un ejemplo: hoy ultimo día he utilizado la ducha de la piscina al aire libre, mientras estaba una tormenta y lloviendo, antes de salir hacia al aeropuerto. He pedido un secador de pelo y el recepcionista me ha dicho que lo tenían secadores, que estaban todos ocupados. Al decirle sobre la mala valoración que iba a poner al hotel, enseguida me ha conseguido uno. Es muy amable Sergio, el chico de concierge. Las habitaciones no tienen ninguna conexión USB para poder cargar. El aire acondicionado es muy sonoro, y sobretodo por la noche. Es la cuarta vez que visito el hotel y no creo que vuelva si no es renovado.

Staff were rude, wouldn’t let me extend the stay with them. Told me to go away and do it online. Cleaners were not aware I had added additional nights, so asked me to leave at 11am as I would have checked out, had I not stayed additional nights. Property was left in immaculate condition, however they didn’t refund the $100 holding deposit, and I don’t get a response when I request it via email and no one answers the phone

Attente de 45mn au Check in!! Lit de mauvaise qualité. Petit déjeuner limité (servi au restaurant) sur carte avec 1 seule boisson et une seule option de plat… Pas de salle/salon pour attendre le vol avant de partir. Un mini hall d’accueil. Pas de douche avant de prendre son vol.. 50 dollars pour avoir la chambre 3h de plus jusque 14h!! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Très déçu au vu du tarif.

-Personal: War mehr mit Pizza essen beschäftigt als mit den Gästen.Fragen blieben unbeantwortet oder wurden sachlich falsch beantwortet (z.B. zum zugehörigen Strand) -Frühstück: Katastrophe!!! Man bekommt gleich beim einchecken gesagt das man zw 8 und 10:30 etwas bekommt - "danach bekommen sie nichts mehr!". Die Voucher für die Teilnahme am Frühstück mußte man JEDEN Morgen vorher an der Rezeption abholen - also ging einer immer 15 Minuten vorher los - diese Zeit brauchte man bis der Voucher ausgefüllt war. Man konnte aus 4 Gerichten 1 wählen (selbst meine Frau stand hungrig wieder auf (obwohl sie ehr isst wie ein Spatz!)) und 1 Getränk. Der lauwarme Kaffee wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt - diesen hätte man gegen Bezahlung ordern müssen. Dies fiel uns angesichts der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis schwer!!! Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Das schlechteste Hotelerlebnis der letzten 10 Jahre!

Poor communication from staff while awaiting for my room, I was not informed I had access to free beach towel and chair. After spending $50 on beach towel and chair, and finally being checked in to my room was I informed of it. I was only staying one night, but I arrived early. Then asked if I could be accommodated to a late checkout. I was not accommodated but charged $50 for a late check out and offered a free complimentary breakfast on my stay.

My friend and I had a great stay here and absolutely loved our time in Miami. The hotel is very appealing when you first walk in, and the front desk team — particularly the night audit — was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for an entry-category room: comfortable, clean, and everything we needed for our stay. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s just one street from the beach, with stores nearby for necessities, and there are plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. We also loved that the hotel provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas — such a great perk and something we definitely took advantage of. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although there was some inconsistency with the service and what was included in our breakfast rate. It wasn't clearly explained on arrival, so on our first day we assumed that a juice, tea, and breakfast item were included. On the second day, however, we were told that only one beverage was included. The first morning also involved quite a bit of waiting for basic requests, including milk for tea. That said, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We loved the hotel, the location, and the overall experience, and we would happily stay here again when we're back in Miami.

La chambre était correcte et l'hôtel se situe bien pour visiter Miami Beach. Y'a une belle piscine au roof top. Pleins des boutiques et des restos autour.

Si vous avez une visite tôt le matin donc oublier votre petit déjeuner car service seulement à partir de 8 hrs et en plus c'est sur la carte qui prend un tout petit moment pour vous servir.

Climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit et empêche de dormir. Pas de douche pour les départs tardifs j’avoue que cela ne m’est jamais arrivé à l’étranger. Lorsque que les vols sont le soirs il est toujours possible de prendre une douche dans une pièce de courtoisie. Pas dans cet hôtel ! Aucune ombre à la piscine (3 parasols). Chambre qui ne se ferme pas, nous avons dû demander à la maintenance de venir. Ils ont fait une réparation de fortune mais la porte ne fermé toujours pas bien, très limite pour cette catégorie d’hôtel et pour un Iberostar. Je ne recommande pas du tout

We had a fantastic stay at this IHG Iberostar hotel. After returning from our cruise, we decided to spend one night here before driving back to Tampa. We arrived early, around 9:30 a.m., and Talia at the front desk immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. As expected, our room wasn’t ready yet, but she assured us we would be a priority—and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Edwardo, the bellman, took our luggage and securely stored it while we valeted our car. We had planned ahead, packed our swimsuits in a separate bag, and spent the morning relaxing by the pool. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks from the first-floor bar while we waited. By 11:30 a.m., our room was ready. When we arrived, Edwardo was already waiting outside with our luggage as I opened the door. That’s outstanding service. The room was bright and spacious, featuring two floor-to-ceiling windows, a large spotless bathroom, and a stylish blend of retro and modern design. The next morning, we had breakfast at Salt Café, where the service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. From the warm welcome to the efficient service and beautiful accommodations, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be incredibly convenient. It’s located right across the street from the Loews, and I honestly think I made it to the conference center faster than the guests staying at the Loews itself! The access to the Loews beach is also a fantastic perk. Above all, I want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, everyone from housekeeping to front desk (Abdullah) was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore during my stay in Miami Beach. From the moment I arrived, Apollo at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcome. He was friendly, professional, and provided a smooth check-in experience with a warm smile and excellent hospitality. I would also like to recognize Sergio, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and kindly assisted with our luggage to the room. His friendly attitude, positive energy, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for a great stay. As an added touch, we were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift waiting in our room, including a bottle of wine and other goodies. It was such a nice surprise and made us feel truly valued as guests. Both Apollo and Sergio represent outstanding customer service and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at home. We look forward to returning to Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore in the future!

Die Lage war sensationell. Fahrräder konnte man direkt gegenüber ausleihen, die Lincoln Street war direkt neben an und auch der Espanola Way. Supermarkt Apotheke neben an und nur wenige Meter zum Strand.

You needed a key card to access the hotel after a certain hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. It smelled amazing everyday you walk through the lobby and hallways. Great location to everything you need.

There was a microwave in the room. But they brought it once you requested it. Mini fridge didn't stay cold enough. The toilet is separate from the shower and it is see-through. Not a lot of privacy if you're going with someone.

Charging 350 a day for parking is crazy. Charging $40 a mins before 4pm when the rooms were ready is crazy as well. Travel all day and be tired and want to charge to check-in a few mins.

The location itself was nice, not far from the beach, nice restaurant downstairs. Room was comfortable and the pool was ok, I just feel like it should be bigger.

The staff was not friendly, particularly the front desk and concierge. The friendliest workers were the ladies cleaning the rooms and that's strange, you'd think they were the most mean. The staff at the front desk just stared at me and my partner as we came and left, made us feel like they didn't want us there. Not sure if it was because we were black men and they felt uncomfortable but it definitely made us feel unwanted. I probably make more than most of them, so if they felt threatened then they need a cultural training as we all are part of the black and brown community most importantly the minority. I came to celebrate my birthday, it was my 1st time in Miami, hotel workers should all be friendly and inviting and unfortunately I didn't get that feeling here.

Will NEVER stay at this hotel again. So many issues - Room did not have Smart TV’s (no streaming- charged $12 a day to use YouTube) and TV had light “bleach like” spots in it. Tried to check out after a day (booked for 6 days) and had to have PROOF of a medical emergency and hospital stay to shorten stay!!!! Was basically forced to stay. Then paid additional $300 for breakfast at Salt cafe, but did not mention that the menu for that is limited to basic 4/ 5 options and not the full breakfast menu. Refrigerator in room did not work. Manager was rarely onsite. Housekeeping would come in at 9 am to clean rooms- Wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul.

Great location, family friendly, close to stores, pharmacy, food chains, accessible to bus stations, a walking distance to the beach and very quiet area.

Staff were accommodating, however some needs to be hospitable equally to all the guests.

Breakfast included was not good enough. I expected more variety together. I’d rather prefer yogurt and toasts, and something sweet. More than just one thing. Or coffee and juice. Not just one. Either way it was delicious. In addition I didn’t like to have an open shower just on the swimming pool area. With no shampoo nor body soap. Whenever you stay during day using the hotel facilities, beach or swimming pool you expect to get a shower before leaving. Not good to be located on that place.

I recently stayed at Iberostar and was disappointed with my experience. The rooms do not deserve a four-star rating; they are more akin to three stars, especially considering the high price of nearly CHF 300 per night. I encountered continuous noise, even with the air conditioning off, and despite complaining, all rooms seemed to have the same issue. The staff member ( a man) at the reception was unprofessional, suggesting I buy earplugs instead of addressing my concerns. The cleanliness was also lacking, as traces of excrement remained in my toilet for two days, and there was no toilet brush available. Additionally, the bedding quality was poor, and the elevator was extremely slow. After raising my complaints, I received a refund for the taxes, thanks to my travel agency. However, after 14 nights, I cannot recommend this hotel!

Check your bill, they charged higher room rate than what was announced in booking. Not talking about the tax. I am still waiting booking.com to reimburse me, the facility said that happens. Extra headache to deal with after the vacation.

Ubicación Excelente cerca de Ocean Drive, Playa, restaurantes y tiendas. A la vuelta en Lincoln Rd junto a un Ross, Seven 7, Five Below, Walgreens, CVS. Igual a la vuelta parada de Bus 36 Downtown Doral que te lleva a Miami Design District y Downtown. Cuarto limpio, Instalaciones impecables, Excelente Regadera... Agua Caliente y Mucha presión. Nos recibieron con frutos secos y botella de vino tinto de cortesía. Cama cómoda solo un detalle incómodo... Las almohadas demasiado Altas para nuestro gusto. El desayuno No puedo opinar ya que todos los días nos salimos a distintas opciones muy recomendables.... Esas son otra historia :) En recepción de cortesía todo el dia hay agua infusión de citricos que me encantó 💕 Gracias por todas sus atenciones.

Si necesitas calentar leche para bebes: la única opción es pedir que traigan un microondas y volver a llamar para que lo retiren. Agua de la pileta FRÍA. No nos gusto para nada. No vuelvo.

I am sharing this experience so others can avoid the same mistake I made. I booked this hotel through the IHG app, misled by how the property is presented. I was under the impression that this was a true IHG property that would uphold the high standards and elite recognition I have come to expect as a frequent traveler. Unfortunately, this "partnership" is a service failure. While the hotel's location is fantastic, the low review scores are accurate for a reason: * Property Condition: My room had active leaks on the floor. This was clearly a long-standing issue, as the wooden veneer was visibly swollen from water damage. * Staff Attitude: The staff was generally rude and dismissive throughout my stay. * Hostile Checkout: The "cherry on top" was the front desk agent’s behavior when I decided to check out a day early. I was aggressively interrogated and asked to provide "proof" or documentation for why I was leaving. In all my years of travel, I have NEVER been treated with such hostility for a voluntary checkout. I gave both the hotel and IHG the opportunity to "make it right" before posting this. Unfortunately, they refused to take accountability. IHG simply blamed the property for being a "partner hotel," claiming they have no control over the refund or the service standards. If you are a loyal IHG member, stay at a Kimpton or an InterContinental instead. This property does not respect elite members and hide behind "partner" technicalities to justify poor facilities and aggressive service.

L' emplacement est bien, à proximité d'un parking public et des rues fréquentées telles que Lincoln et océan. A quelques pas de la plage. Les chambres sont propres.distributeur d'eau fraîche et glaçons dans l'hotel.

Les prix sont surfaits pour la qualité du service proposé. La chambre ne dispose pas de salle de bain mais d'une douche avec évier à côté du lit. La chambre face à la mer avec balcon est très bruyante à cause des groupes de ventilation sur les toits; de plus le frigo de la chambre faisait également du bruit. L'organisation du petit déjeuner et le personnel du restaurant nous ont beaucoup déçus...pas de buffet mais uniquement 4 choix à la carte (on fait vite le tour), le personnel n'est pas très souriant ni même flexible ; le garçon s'est trompé sur notre commande et voulait nous faire payer son choix. Nous avons demandé de préparer un déjeuner avant l' heure de service pour notre départ, le personnel a refusé sans même essayer de comprendre ou de proposer une solution. Ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommande aux français et aux belges car avec les prix pratiqués, le service devrait être au-dessus.

Me gustó la ubicación ya que hay cerca supermercados, farmacia , tiendas de ropa y en especial la playa, la limpieza de las habitaciones fueron impecables , la comodidad de la cama y como plus el agua free.

Most of the personnel were very nice and welcoming. The cleaning personnel were very polite and efficient. Out of the personnel, I have to single out Apollo at reception, who proved to be a true professional.

The hotel app as it was at times it was not easy to order room service and I had to go to the bar to order it.

Pouca insonirazação nos quartos, ouvimos tudo o que se passa no exterior. Almofadas pouco confortáveis. Tínhamos pago pequeno almoço. E não gostei do fato de se pedir café já não tenho direito ao sumo de laranja.
