Ubicación excelente, personal amable, instalaciones impecables, decoración y habitación de primer nivel. Una experiencia hermosa, tenían reposeras y toallas en la playa (si querías sombrilla era aparte 27 usd). Pileta, desayuno. Muy conformes, volvería.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel design and outstanding staff. Sophia at the reception desk was super polite, friendly and helpful. Jimmy, the bellman, was also very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment during my stay. The selection was very limited, with only 4–5 types of sandwiches and one breakfast plate to choose from. There were no fresh vegetables, fruits or juice. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much more diverse and satisfying breakfast selection. Also, only one dental kit was provided and the toothpaste was too small for entire 4-night stay

From the guy in the front desk, to Jimmy, who help us with the luggage we start a nice one night stay postcruise. The buildings and the bedroom are more beautiful in person, if that possible. Use the pool and the welcome drink, both very refreshing. Very centric to walk to the beach, botanical garden and restaurants.

Can't think of anything I did not like.

Gorgeous building and decor, loved the rooftop pool and location to get to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Also there was complimentary access to a chair at the beachfront and a bicycle too!

We did have to move room first because there was a leak and water on the floor in one of the rooms but the staff was so helpful and made it super easy!!

I booked with booking .com that offered taxi service but hotel did not know about it...so if that could be clarified that would be great. But we are defiantly staying there again. A girls party was in the next room and very load and the hotel moved us within in minutes.

Lo único bueno la ubiación.

Las habitaciones eran diminutas. Para abrir uno la maleta el otro tenía que tumbarse en la cama además de que no habian armarios. El desayuno te lo subían de un local de al lado. El café en vaso de papel y la comida era super justa y muy limitada.

Atenção dos Funcionários. Busca por manter a satisfação do usuário. Preocupação com o bem estar do usuário.

Localização muito boa

Tivemos um problema com o esquecimento de uma bolsa de viagem no hotel e que identificamos logo o ocorrido. Foi solicitado ao hotel para que guardasse a mesma que voltaríamos à Miami para recolher a bolsa (o Hotel confirmou que guardaria e nos entregaria no dia combinado). Chegando no dia combinado, a bolsa não estava lá e como tínhamos que apanhar o voo de volta para nosso país, não foi possível esperar até o dia seguinte. Disseram que nos enviariam por correio...o que não aconteceu e nem sequer aos emails respondem. Já tem quase um mês e nada de respostas! DESONESTOS!

L’hôtel à beaucoup charmé nous avons passé un agréable séjour ici. Le personnel est très agréable. Le bar le et le petit déjeuner sont top.

La piscine est un peu petite mais la plage est juste à côté. Les chambres ne sont pas spacieuses mais c’est ce qui fait tout le charme.

O quarto estava extremamente barulhento, o ar condicionado é velho e faz muito barulho, além disso parecia ter uma casa de máquinas no andar de cima ligando o tempo todo. O quarto é muito empoeirado também, eu voltei com uma crise alérgica forte. Infelizmente não dá mais para ir a esse hotel, a primeira vez que fui estava bom, mas dessa vez foi péssima.

Amazing location, very cool Spanish decor. Beautiful rooftop and amenities. Delicious breakfast, drinks, and beach chair and umbrella access. Will definitely come back here if I’m back in Miami Beach, and recommend for couples and all.

AC was a little loud and leaked, but the staff was so kind and fixed leak asap.

The closeness of everything it’s all in walking distance!

It is close to the beach and some good restaurants; people there are friendly and helpful; have lots of facilities, such as fitness room, cafe, rooftop bar, and etc.

The room is a little bit small.

- Chambre beaucoup trop petite - J ai reservé un lit king size et j ai eu un lit queen size - Notre chambre était très mal insonorisée, nous entendions tout ce qu il se passait dans les couloirs et les chambres avoisinantes.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma siamo stati bene e la struttura ci è piaciuta. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa e tutto lo staff è estremamente disponibile e cordiale La colazione era molto buona, viene provvista dal locale accanto all'hotel con servizio in terrazza. Posizione ottima per girare a piedi South Beach e per andare a correre/camminare a Lummus Park la mattina presto. La spiaggia è giusto a 10 minuti a piedi dove l'hotel fornisce lettini e asciugamani, l'ombrellone è a pagamento. L'hotel si trova in Espanola Way e ha diverse strutture l'una accanto all'altra, noi soggiornavamo in quella adiacente alla struttura principale che è anche più lontana dai rumori della via. Siamo stati bene e ci tornerei.

Il menù della colazione inclusa è molto ristretto e le opzioni che ci sono con l'andare dei giorni sono un po' pesanti, soprattutto per chi come noi italiani, ha delle abitudini alimentarsi diverse dagli statunitensi. Sarebbe ottimo se riuscissero a includere delle proposte più light. Le camere, benché curate nell'arredamento, sono piccole. Noi soggiornavamo nella king size, che avendo un letto di importanti dimensioni prendeva quasi tutto lo spazio. Il tappeto in stanza era abbastanza sporco, soprattutto sotto al letto e il bed runner era macchiato.

Awesome location, great amenities, love love loved the fact that we had complimentary towels and chairs at the beach, and very clean room and nice daily maintenance which is the most important.

The room was a bit tight and there was a few minor issues that made it a bit uncomfortable - the bathroom door would not stay closed, it kept sliding opened unless you got it to stabilize a certain way. Also there were no window openings to ventilate the room or bathroom so it quickly got musty. The room door had a big gap at the bottom so you could hear everything in the hallway and vice versa. Lastly, the air conditioner was great but had a constant motor noise that was a bit annoying especially at night. Another note - we could not redeem our last voucher for breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. It would have been nice to be able to redeem it the previous day with a smoothie or another latte at Sunshine coffee for its value.

La ubicación es un tremendo punto a favor, está justo en medio de todo y al lado de Española Way, así que se puede caminar a cualquier lado sin problema. El hotel en sí es muy bonito, tiene un diseño atractivo, y algo que le da un encanto especial es que está distribuido en varios edificios, se siente distinto a los hoteles tradicionales de una sola torre. El personal de recepción en general muy atento, destaco a Luis que nos ayudó en varias oportunidades durante la estadía.

Un detalle que sí nos molestó bastante fue la forma en que hacían la cama: en las noches al abrirla nos dábamos cuenta que la sábana de abajo quedaba completamente arrugada, como repollo, daba la sensación de que la mucama solo estiraba la cama sin realmente acomodarla bien. También, a nivel de detalles menores, el horario del trago de cortesía es muy acotado (de 17 a 18), así que en nuestro caso lo perdimos porque justo a esa hora no estábamos en el hotel. La habitación se siente bastante pequeña para dos personas con maletas, cuesta moverse con comodidad, y el baño tiene puerta corrediza en vez de una puerta normal, lo que le quita bastante privacidad. Por último, la terraza donde se sirve el desayuno es tremendamente calurosa, le vendría muy bien más ventiladores para los meses de verano.

Beautiful hotel interior, instagram ready. Clean, chic, very friendly and helpful staff! The roof top with little pool and day beds. Our room was quiet with a small window to the quiet part of the backyard. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach with reserved beach chairs, towels etc.

Its in the tourist epicenter of South Beach. Kinda curse and blessing at the same time. Dare to walk a bit away from it if you like it quiet. And the unexpected deposit of $100 per day gave it a little bit a sour taste. Also theres no complimentary drinking water, but plenty of late shops around.

A szoba tisztasága. Fürdő ajtaját nem lehet becsukni. Ajtók ragadtak. Reggelinél nem volt gyümölcs. A reggeli egy meleg tetőterasz volt.

L’emplacement au cœur du cartier espagnol avec une super ambiance et à proximité d’océan drive. La deco est très sympa le personnel super.

Rooms next to the street are like a party. The street next to the hotel is super nice, but if you’d like an early or calming sleep, don’t get the room with the street view.

La ubicación del hotel increíble, quedaba a pocos minutos de todas las partes emblemáticas de Miami Beach. El Hotel tiene una alianza con una compañía en la playa, pero solo te prestan 2 sillas, ya si quieres una sombrilla cuesta $25, asi que ten en cuenta eso.

Nos hospedaron en el piso 2 y lastimosamente habia algo que hacia vibrar todo el piso y al momento de dormir era muy incomodo porque se sentía la vibración y un ruido, esto lo reportamos pero sin embargo no obtuvimos respuesta y tuvimos que dormir con esa vibración.

Gorgeous spaces and incredible staff.

Our room looked out onto another interior wall, but I actually liked it because it reduced any noise from the street. But someone else might not care for the lack of view.

De ligging is perfect en de service is erg goed. Accommodatie is ook super met een mooie gym.

It's surprising how you can't hear any of the noise from Espanola st, yet the noise from the halls and room above was obnoxious. We had to wear earplugs at night to sleep, and even still could woke up to loud noises. The noise from the AC unit was also shrill; almost like knives being sharpened; not super loud but a very unpleasant noise.

It was expensive for cheap amenities and everything was an extra cost which was ridiculous

The property was gorgeous. Also in a fabulous location! The room was a tad small but thankfully we were barely in the room so it didn’t matter. The bed was comfy and clean. The property employees were very nice and helpful during our stay. Very accommodating and providing more amenities than I expected when booking. I felt very special during our stay and will recommend Esmé to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Miami!!

non ho dato il voto massimo all'hotel perché le camere sono veramente piccolissime. noi eravamo in 3 (un adulto e due ragazzi) in una camera con due letti alla francese. tornavamo in camera solo per dormire e andava benissimo, perché se apri le valigie che puoi mettere solo per terra, per andare in bagno devi scavalcare le valigie.

House keeping a bit noisy , including early morning. The first night we only checked in at 3 am, and got woken up at 8 am by house kerping.

El desayuno esta muy bien en opciones y variedad. Bebidas bien. La ubicación en la terraza esta comoda. El Esme muy bien ubicado en la Ciudad. Creo que los muchachos de el front desck (Sofia nos atendio y explico todo en forma sencilla) y apoyo para llevar a cuartos (Luis, muy atentos).

En realidad no tuvimos ninguna dificultad

El hotel está ubicado en la zona céntrica de Miami South Beach, a solo dos cuadras de la playa. Está rodeado de bares, restaurantes y negocios. El hotel es muy bonito, con pocos cuartos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias.

El edificio no cuenta con ascensor en todos los espacios. Mi habitación está en segundo piso y tenía dos valijas de 23 kilos. Poco cómodo para subir con equipaje.

Very nice stylish hotel, great location, great food, great vibes, has a coffee in the main entrance. I think it's a very good choice in the SoBe area. The hotel includes beach chairs and towels, that's nice.

My room was in a separate building one block away from the lobby, at the end of Española Way. It wasn't in the main building, and that's omitted information, so if you wanted to use the facilities like gym, pool, bar, you had to get out of your room and cross the street to another building. The pool is very small and the depth is for kids.

Excellent location on pedestrian, characterful street Close to beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Charming building with lovely decor, cosy friendly environment. Free cocktail every night in bar downstairs. Friendly and helpful management and staff..Beautiful shower room, 2 balconies.

Building work going on downstairs and refurbishment of one of the bars so could not use it. Being asked to pay 25 dollars for a sun parasol at beach. No free water in mini bar, charge was 11 dollars ! Breakfast was abit limited with no fresh fruit or juice.

The room & bathroom were clean & well set out. The location is also great as it's in a central district with lots happening.

The hotel is set out over different buildings in different streets, my room was really quite far from reception. The phone in my room didn't work. There are absolutely no lights in the room apart from two side lamps. Overall, I really wasn't impressed.

The location is absolutely great. Perfect in vibrating Espanola Way and 5 minutes walking from Ocean Drive. Our room was in a silent corner so we heard no noise from the street. Location is really boutique hotel style, pretty nice. Bed extremely comfortable, room very clean. Friendly staff.

A/c not working properly. Carpet in the room could be avoided. Room was pretty small / old with little storage space. Price is quite high versus quality of the experience. Services are outsourced (beach towels, bikes etc.) and not readily available

We booked 2 king rooms. One room was a queen. Check-in was 4pm and we didn’t get our room until 8pm. The first room they gave us was occupied by someone else, the second room was under maintenance and the third room was a queen. The receptionist said the manager would call me the next day. But no one called. This is a lovely hotel in a good location. But our experience was not good

Chambre trip petite et petit dejeuner a revoir meilleurs quand il était a l annexe dexter (buffet)

Klein maar fijn, schattig ingericht. Heel klein wel maar voor 1 of 2 nachten is het prima, ligging in een gezellige straat en op redelijke loopafstand van de ocean drive en het strand.

Heel erg klein, op een kamer met twee tweepersoons bedden wanneer je, je koffers opent op de vloer is er amper nog loopafstand. Prima voor twee volwassenen maar met kinderen zou ik er minder snel naartoe gaan.

Limited breakfast options, if you want to have other things you have to pay. If you want to have an umbrella on the beach you have to pay 27 dollars.
