Nassau Suite South Beach, an All-Suite Hotel

Great location and well organised hotel. Would stay again

Pool could have been better

Posizione, pulizia, cortesia dello staff, rooftop con piscina e colazione bio e con opzioni senza glutine come pane, torte e pancake

Perfect location, amazing staff, and very clean facilities

Low water pressure, water not very hot, and room smaller than expected.

Super hotel.Bardzo miły personel.Pomocny.Otwarty. Sniadanie w restauracji obok.Rowniez bardzo mily personel. Sniadanie z karty i przy dłuższym pobycie coraz trudniejszy wybór (monotonnosc), zawsze te same zestawy do wyboru. Hotel bardzo polecam. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja.

Excellent experience overall! Fantastic location on Collins Avenue, close to all the main attractions. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room with two beds was spacious, though the window couldn't open and faced the neighboring building. Enjoyed the great breakfast at the attached restaurant and spent some nice, relaxing time by the pool. Highly recommended!

The window was fixed and faced the adjacent building.

Todo

We had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated, modern, warm, and spotlessly clean. The pool area and all the common spaces were also fantastic. Every member of staff, both at reception and throughout the hotel, was extremely friendly and always willing to help. We especially appreciated their flexibility on our last day: since our flight departed very late at night, they allowed us to continue using the hotel facilities after check-out until it was time for us to leave. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing not to like

Spacious room

Low water pressure

Central place. Exceptional crew. To Mention Eduardo and Kevin

The staff were amazing, especially Mercedes and Eduardo on reception. Were very helpful during out stay, and also helped organise transport for my son. They were by far the most helpful staff I have ever come accross during a hotel stay.

Great location, few mins walking to the ocean.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where complimentary towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for guests. The hotel is just off Ocean Drive, making it the perfect base to enjoy all the atmosphere while still being far enough away to relax. It was an ideal location during the July 4th 250th anniversary celebrations. Downtown Miami is easily reached by Uber, where we watched the World Cup matches at the fan park. The reception staff were excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mercedes, who was incredibly friendly and helpful and even managed to arrange an earlier check-in for us. I'd also like to thank Duty Manager Eduardo, who very kindly dropped off my son when we needed assistance. That was greatly appreciated and a great example of outstanding customer service. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was at the restaurant next door, with a menu of 8 different options. It was very nice. The hotel itself was nice and modern and the staff was very friendly.

Parking was possible for self parking at the municipal parking spot one block away for $20 a day. Or valet service was possible for $35 a day.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were super attentive and professional but friendly. The pool is small but lovely. The location is perfect, close to Ocean Drive and Espanola Way. The rooms were spotless and the beds very really comfortable.

Nothing!

Location, roof top bar, suites where fantastic

Nothing, everything was fantastic

keine Aussicht was schade ist Miami (niedriges Gebäude).

This was our family’s first trip to Miami Beach so didn’t know much. After doing some research and reading reviews, chose the Nassau Suite Miami Beach. From location, check-in, room, rooftop pool, amenities, and staff, it did not disappoint. We had an early morning flight so didn’t know if we could get early check in to take advantage of the beach, but Mercedes at the front desk was terrific and helped us out! Within an hour we were on the beach. The hotel also provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels which made life so much easier. The location is ideal, in the heart of south beach and one block from Ocean drive. There’s a Walgreens on the corner of block and self garage parking one block away. The highlight of hotel was rooftop lounge and pool area. Seemed like a mini oasis. Very friendly and courteous staff and also very quiet hotel. Can’t go wrong and highly recommend!

Room was great - spacious and well-furnished. Loved the connection to Blue Lavender Cafe.

las instalaciones y la ubicacion

Everything was great, the valet parking was so efficient and everyone that worked there were so lovely and helpful. the room was always cleaned to expectations, overall an amazing stay would definitely stay here again

Everything

There was an air b and b next door and one night the guests were on the balcony. They stayed until 5am the next day shouting and swearing. I could hear everything but not the hotels fault.

Comodidad , aseo , atención desde la recepción

Konumunu.

Üst odamızda sürekli ses vardı. Resepsiyona 2 kez söyledik ancak ses kesilmedi.
