Clean for the most part was perfect space for the amount of people and sizes we had. It was a little walk to the beach but it was mostly good weather. We loved the amount of outdoor space to sit and chat.

The door handles jammed a bit especially bathroom. The kitchen chairs needed some help, but the staff was very helpful.

It was advertised as a suite. Nothing like a suite. Rooms small. Double beds. No end tables, yellow towels, mold in bathroom. No way can you compare this with a 5 star hotel, motel. Not worth it. Adding pictures

La chambre était sale ( plancher , mur de salle de bain et la vaisselle). L'extérieur du bâtiment n'est pas entretenu (toiles d'araignée et feuilles par terre) La vitre du réfrigérateur a perdu son gaz isolant et fait de la condensation qui coule sur le plancher.

It was clean. Had a nice patio area in front of our area. It was close to stores and food.

Located short distance from the beach which was great. The accessibility of the Suites is wonderful and having access to the Beach wheelchair was awesome.

The room we were given was very tired looking and not as clean as what it should have been especially being promoted as an accessible experience. A high percent of this group have medical issues which require cleaner standards.

Being as beach motel there was no place to hang wet towels, bathing suits.Good for the money

La localisation est parfaite, on va à la plage à pied, on économise donc environ 40 $ par jour pour le stationnement. La kitchenette a été appréciée même si elle était très limitée et qu'il fallait être débrouillard, elle nous a permis d'économiser sur les resto.

Le nettoyage de l'appartement avait été bâclé, en particulier la salle de bain dans laquelle il y avait beaucoup de poussière, des cheveux, et de la moisissure. Il y avait aussi de la moisissure dans le salon, sur le rideau au-dessus de l'AC. La literie et les serviettes étaient toutes tachées : pour entretenir la blancheur de la literie en hôtellerie ça prend des spécialistes, soit une blanchisserie. Les taches étaient de couleur et de tailles très variées, et sur absolument toutes les serviettes et la literie. Comme nous sommes arrivés très tard après 9h de route, nous avons fait le ménage nous-mêmes (la réception était fermée) et avons toléré la saleté ambiante.

Gute Lage. Gute Größe nicht weit zum Strand. Check in unkompliziert.

2min zu Fuß am Traumstrand, Schlafzimmer OK, viele Handtücher und Kissen, Bad gut

Kein Wasserkocher, nur 1 Topf ( so kann man nicht leben als Familie), Kühlschranktür kaputt und somit immer auf (sehr laut und Essen im Kühlschrank immer feucht), Sofa im WZ nicht zum Schlafen möglich wegen Kühlschrank. Küchenausstattung insgesamt mangelhaft

Friendly staff, clean facility and great location!

Very close to the beach, parking included. The 3 bedroom house was very spacious. We had an issue with the code to our door and the host was fairly quick to respond and resolve the issue

We also had a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was a bit on the smaller side.

Zu unserer Überraschung war das Appartment behindertengerecht ausgestattet, was wir nicht brauchten, aber gerne mitteilen. Alles war ebenerdig sehr gut zugänglich und praktisch eingerichtet. Parken vor dem Eingang des Appartments war möglich, die Verwaltung direkt um die Ecke immer gern für uns da!

there is no place to wash your feet from the beach, so lots of sand goes inside the rooms

L’emplacement de l’hébergement est parfait: très près de la plage. Les aires communes (tables extérieures près des BBQ) sont bien entretenues. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la chambre et c’était propre.

Il y avait plusieurs toiles d’araignées près du haut des portes extérieures. Quelques araignées se sont faufilées à l’intérieur de la chambre au cours de notre séjour.

Le logement n’était pas très propre, les planchers étaient sales et certains instruments de vaisselle aussi. Mais c’était acceptable tout de même et je n’ai pas regretté d’avoir choisi cet endroit

The room wasn't clean, staff wasn't helping. We had a problem with a shower head, wasn't fixed. Fire pit wasn't working, so no way to do smores.

La chambre est confortable et bien équipée. Excellent lit. La plage est à seulement quelques pas. L'endroit est calme, la clientèle est de commerce agréable.

Le personnel est peu visible et difficile à rejoindre en dehors des heures normales. Le personnel n'est pas très proactif lorsque mis face à un problème (nous avons eu quelques enjeux avec la climatisation et en deux jours, aucune solution concrète ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons dû tenter de réparer le problème nous-même).

We booked the house, suite #13 for two midweek nights, Tuesday and Wednesday in July. Very quiet, #13 is a bit separate from the other motel rooms, easy 10 minute walking distance to Wasaga Beach through #18 Ave access, which was also quiet; very few families there. The weather was perfect and the water was warm. The house was clean and spacious. All rooms in the house that are rented were on the upper floor of the house with an entry walkup inside the front door of several steps. The house has a full kitchen, attractive, modern furnishings, the beds were very comfortable, pillows and linens were provided and were lovely. No disturbances from others renting the other motel rooms. The bathroom was large and in good working order. The location had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The agent in the office, Carrie, was very helpful and offered us a parking spot right in front of the house.

We noticed the bed frames are squeaky. The bed in the front bedroom especially, squeaks every time you turn over.

Am avut o cazare foarte bună! Am apreciat foarte tare liniștea, nu am fost deranjați de absolut nimic. Cazarea este situată la 2 minute de plajă.

We love the location, just steps away from beach, we stroll at the beach watching the sunset. The unit has a kitchen with all you need for a long term stay. Beds are comfortable 😀👍

Management was helpful, location was great, one if rare places open in May, 2 bedrooms in the apartment

Room was not clean but management quickly reacted. Room is quite old and quite pricey for that time of the year (no tourist) but affordable for the area.

The last time we stayed there, the room was not in an acceptable condition. There was hair and dust throughout the room, which made us uncomfortable enough to cancel our stay. However, I would like to acknowledge that the staff were very kind, professional, and understanding. They cooperated with us regarding the refund process, and I truly appreciate their assistance and support.

Nous avions une suite. L’équipement dans la cuisine pour préparer les repas n’était pas adéquat. La propreté de la chambre n’était pas adéquate. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était acceptable.

De accomodatie was erg simpel. We hadden een upgrate betaald voor een betere kamer maar dat bleek onzin te zijn omdat alle kamers hetzelfde zijn volgens de eigenaar. Keukenfaciliteit heel basic. Heel simpel motel.

The room is very cozy and clean. The location is near the beach and there are lots of restaurant options.

Small bedrooms. No TV’s in the other rooms only one tv in the sitting area which is also the pull out couch. Bathroom sink area tight.

Loved the apartment style room, very good use of the space and was very inviting.

Specifically for room 8, there needs to be a curtain that covers the big window on the door directly across from the sofa bed. It can be difficult to sleep with the light outside shining right in. But that's just some minor feedback.

Not clean...Bathroom was dirty old and tub was chipped ALL over...floors looked like they had salt stains from winter... Beds were clean and confy

I asked a question about plugging in my diesel truck and they NEVER replied... The Bathroom sink was leaking a LOT as the water was coming through the sink when in use because it was old and unkept

A very comfy place, we felt like home. Well furnished, you have all that you need to enjoy yourself, and for basic cooking. We will definitely come back!

Quiet heating and option to put a noisy one for short time to dry shoes and sweaters. Quiet refrigerator.

It was 5 of us so me and my husband were sleeping in the living room. The curtains were not able to prevent light from the street come inside of the room so our first night was bad, but when we got safty pins and put additional protection from the light it became OK

The room looked renovated and new. There was one queen bed even though they said all beds are double. It was pleasant surprise but I asked that specifically and they didn’t know.

Der Code für den Zugang eines der beiden gebuchten Zimmer wurde via Booking.com gesendet und hat funktioniert

Zwei Zimmer waren gebucht und zwei Zimmer wurden bezahlt. Vor Ort gab es aber nur ein Zimmer. 3 verschiedene Nummern waren angegeben für den Notfall. Die Hauptverantwortliche Person war laut automatischer Mailantwort zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts verreist. Unter den anderen Notfallnummern, die auf einem Handout im Zimmer lagen, war niemand erreichbar. Weder telefonisch, noch per SMS noch über WhatsApp. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als zu dritt ein Zimmer zu teilen. Wie gesagt, zwei Zimmer waren gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Vor Ort war nur ein Zimmer zugänglich - ohne Begründung. Ich habe mehrfach versucht über alle mir vorliegenden Kontakte jemanden zu erreichen. Durch die beiden Häkchen bei WhatsApp und den Autoresponder der Mailadresse ist ersichtlich, dass meine schriftlichen Nachrichten angekommen sind. Bis zum heutigen Tag (12 Tage später) habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Es wäre das Mindeste, die Kosten für das Zimmer, welches nicht zugänglich war, rückerstattet zu bekommen.
