Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location in Beijing. The breakfast buffet was filled with a variety of delicious options. The biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in !

In-house wifi did not work, however this was the case in all hotels we stayed in both Beijing and Shanghai, so perhaps not a hotel issue more network.

Relaxed and friendly staff in a luxury setting. Great gym, sauna and pool. Guests were welcomed to takeaway boxes and coffees after or instead of breakfast. The concierge was patient and helpful.

The meet and greet service was expensive.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The lighting and air conditioning was convenient and quiet. The pillows were great. The restaurant had many choices and great desserts. The service at the hotel desk was excellent!

The bed was a bit too firm for me.

We were able to get a free room upgrade, which was unexpected! The room was very spacious and beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Location was great, with rentable bikes right outside of the main entrance. I appreciated the toiletries and brand choice as it felt like a luxurious, but not pretentious experience. The staff were also very kind. In addition, Felix from the front desk was soooooo amazing! She was so helpful when I asked her for assistance with ordering a luggage to be sent to my next destination in another city since I needed a Chinese number. She was so polite and even connected with me to provide updates along the way.

Personal nicht Service orientiert. Personal trug im Frühstücksraum verschmutzte Kleidung, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt resp. gereinigt. Wasserschaden in unserem Zimmer. Wurde vom Techniker behoben. Aber unsere Kulturbeutel samt Inhalt waren total durchnässt, was aber niemanden interessierte. Insgesamt eher 4 als 5 Sterne Hotel.

Ottimo Hotel! personale molto gentile, stanze comode e molto belle e posizione ottima. Ci hanno dato un upgrade per una stanza piu grande e più bella.

Upgraded to a massive suite. Stunning room with all mod cons. Paid for residence club - worth every penny. We must have spent every evening at Happy Hour 5.30-7.30pm. That alone is worth upgrading for.

The location, breakfast, and spa area were excellent. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The mattress could have been a bit softer but that is a minor issue. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Beijing.

Es un hotel fantástico si viajas a Pekin. Las habitaciones son inmensas, se realiza limpieza cada día y te dejan muchas botellas de agua para que nunca falte. Leí que las camas eran incómodas pero nada más lejos de la realidad, simplemente un colchón un poco más duro. Recomiendo encarecidamente coger una habitación con beneficios premium puesto que incluye snacks, café y té todo el día en el reservado del rooftop y, además, la happy hour de 17h 19h en la prácticamente puedes cenar también. El desayuno es muy amplio y variado con opciones chinas y occidentales. El hotel está situado cerca del templo del cielo y se puede ir andando a casi todos los lugares más turísticos. Además, se puede coger fácilmente un taxi desde recepción. Alrededor del hotel hay un centro comercial con muchas opciones para comer si no se quiere ir lejos.

La piscina del spa es más un centro de natación para ninos que un lugar de relax.

Интернет на большой скорости. Резюме: есть деньги - не жалейте и не экономьте. Больше времени и денег потратите, чтобы доехать до самых известных достопримечательностей. А тут все рядом и до всего пешком дойдете. Хоть днем, хоть поздним вечером.

The bedroom with 2 single beds were very spacious and comfortable. Loved this hotel and stayed an extra night. Appreciated the coffee at the front of hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cuisine. Also dined at the buffet a few nights, which had loads of vegetables for us. The staff were also very helpful. Huge Thanks

The laundry prices were pricy, but we managed and washed our clothes in the room.

The location was perfect for visiting the Temple of Heaven and the hutongs, and there are also many shopping malls nearby. The room was huge and we really appreciated that it was tidied up in the afternoon in case we were still in the room in the morning

The mattress was on the firmer side. Personally, I prefer a softer bed, but this is purely a matter of individual taste.

Hotel di buon livello in posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Le camere sono grandi e funzionali. Molto bella la piscina, grande e pulita, con annesso idromassaggio.

La colazione è ricca e varia. Nelle ore di punta la sala può risultare un po' affollata e può succedere di attendere qualche minuto prima di riuscire ad avere un tavolo pulito.

I loved that customer service was exceptional from every single person but special mention goes to Fischer. He went above and beyond. My friend’s phone was stolen and he helped track down the person who stole it and my friend got her phone back.

Good location and friendly staff. We have been upgraded to a bigger room and we enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast is great and also the buffet dinner we had was very good. Reasonable prices and a good variety of food. Check in / check out have been very smooth. Pick up from the airport worked well and communication with the hotel worked well too. A very pleasant stay . We would definitely go back and strongly recommend it.

Maybe the airport pick up price . Too expensive considering the taxi general prices. I know that we booked a minivan but also the normal car they offered was very very expensive. And the bottle of water I had to buy at the restaurant since it was too late when we came back from our tour. 70 Yuan for a bottle of Evian. Ok it is Evian .Still it is really overpriced in our opinion.

This hotel is conveniently located near many historical places and is very walkable. It’s well-maintained and quite luxurious. The staff is well-trained and can easily communicate in basic English or through translation apps. We’ve never had any issues with them; they’re very helpful and always pleasant. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with many amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return when I visit Beijing again. .

Beautiful comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Luxurious. Very helpful with early check in after an unexpectedly nasty overnight flight, which was a great relief. Staff booked Tiananmen Square tickets for us which were impossible without written mandarin skills. They noticed it was my birthday and sent up a gorgeous cake which was very touching especially as our first day in Beijing was a terrible shock re:how to get anything done! Great spoken English and advice of some reception staff which was very much appreciated.

Ended up being very expensive as when booking on booking.com more people are expected to share beds than we’d find reasonable or comfortable ie 3 in a king bed so we had to pay even more for extra beds which are only the size of a small child rather than a 12 year old who’s size of an adult woman. Lunch was extremely expensive as you’re offered the room service menu in the restaurant which doesn’t seem reasonable.

Excellent hotel! We loved our room, the breakfast, and all the facilities. We were also very grateful for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff were wonderful, everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

这是一家非常有温度的酒店，孩子想要有泳池可以游泳，我们临时定了这家酒店。我们入住时间比较晚，前台为了照顾我们带孩子，特意给我们进行了升级，当我们打开房间时，非常惊讶，孩子也非常开心。第二天，孩子在泳池玩得也非常开心。听说酒店的早餐也非常不错，种类也非常多，可惜我们这次没有定含早的，下次一定要体验一下。

Top Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert, sehr sauber, luxuriöse Ausstattung, sehr grosse Zimmer (wir hatten residence club Zimmer). Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum. Wenn man nach einem Zimmer zum Innenhof verlangt ist es extrem ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

飯店地理位置很好，附近很多景點和商店，吃的選擇很方便，但是很容易塞車，早上要去機場的朋友要抓多一點時間出發。

整個服務離五星飯店還差很遠，飯店裡的mini吧只有兩個非常廉價（很不合格）的茶包，整個櫃子空空如也，冰箱裡只有瓶裝水，和booking上的訊息差很多，馬桶很陽春，是很普通的那種，沖水很不順，冷氣忽冷忽熱，洗澡的通水很容易不通，很容易滲水到外面，毛巾也是需要汰換了，顏色不對。

The rooms were quiet,spacious and nice. I liked the self serve pastries and breakfast as well. The doorman was as very friendly. Make sure to contact the concierge desk for any reservations questions as they reserved a car to the Great Wall for me. Lots of good treadmills either good views.

The breakfast counter needs to say “good morning “ and the front desk need to be a little warmer. The swimming pool is cold and is only for lap swimming and the “hot tub “ is filled with kids and not hot. Also was tried to made to wear a swim cap even though I was just getting in and not getting my head wet. Not for people who are from other countries. The location is a bit far from some of the main sites as well.

The well priced Club Floor was excellent. The lounge/lovely roof garden were peaceful with a view down the main street ending at The Temple of Heaven: spectacular when lit up on Fri & Sat summer nights. Enjoyed a great selection of canapes & afternoon tea every day. A lovely chef came to cook noodles each night, with varying selections to accompany them. Heaps of other canapes and alcoholic drinks etc. Staff and concierge were welcoming at main reception and staff on the club floor were very nice & spoke a reasonable amount of English. Room was spacious with separate sitting & dressing areas & a huge window for light and an open view. Bed super comfortable. Great WiFi. Plenty of coffee pods, water, toiletries changed daily. The Ciqikou subway was an easy 10 min walk away through a little park and quiet suburban streets. Downstairs breakfast choices were so extensive for every taste. Couldn't rate this hotel highly enough. We think it flies under the radar of the big names but is DEFINITELY worth a stay if in Beijing. We stayed 6 nights so feel qualified to rate it in this way.

We liked everything. Hard to leave after our 6 night stay. There's plenty of shops and eating places around, but if you're looking to stay near the big name malls, banks etc..then probably a closer hotel would be better. It's in a very nice part of Beijing.

The room was exquisite and comfortable (upgraded to help us celebrate our anniversary). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant served very tasty dinner choices at reasonable prices and breakfast was tremendous. Although we were there for only one night, the location was excellent as a launching pad for many Beijing activities.

Had a wonderful stay at New World Beijing Hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient for exploring Beijing. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and kindness made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the great experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

One thing that really touched me was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I had booked a Twin Room, but when they realized I was traveling alone, they thoughtfully changed my room to a King Room without any extra charge. It wasn't something I requested, which made the gesture even more meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. I am truly grateful and thankful for such warm hospitality.

Service was a bit sloppy but acceptable when I stayed there. However, after I have checked out and it turned out to be difficult to get in touch with tem. I asked them to send my hotel bill to my email 3 times and got no answer at all. Had to call them long distance from Norway to get hold of the manger in order to get the bill

Lovely big bedroom and sitting area. Many people have said the bed was hard but we found it very comfortable. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. The breakfast was great, lots of choice with quality dishes.

Although there was a kitchen with appliances in the room it wasn't equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery or glasses.
