They were very strict about the check-in and check-out timings. Even though we requested just a 30-minute extension, they did not accommodate our request.

Man kann bei Anreise kein Frühstück für den kommenden Tag anmelden, wenn du aber auf Booking kurzfristig ein Zimmer mit Frühstück buchst, geht es. Können eher schlecht englisch.

沒有電梯，加上是雨天，磁磚樓梯，要小心謹慎。隔音不是太好，隔壁有live band的酒吧聲，一直到12點。有早睡習慣的人需要考慮一下。

We really liked the location too lots of great underrated places to eat nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

It was extremely noisy and was difficult to sleep. We didn’t know about songkran until after we booked and this is unfortunately in the area of a lot of the action. Also the bed was uncomfortable.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mein Zimmer mit Balkon war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und ich habe mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr zuvor kommend und hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Es war alles sehr sauber, abgesehen von den Duschvorhängen im Badezimmer.
Das Badezimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschvorhänge sollten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Abgesehen davon war alles sehr sauber.

Con l’hotel abbiamo organizzato il transfer per aereoporto e due gite: santuario etico degli elefanti e il tempio Wat Doi Suthep. A colazione è possibile scegliere un piatto alla carta con bevanda e succo. Portano poi sempre un dolce locale e frutta fresca. Struttura pulita e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio! Ci hanno fornito anche una culla per il nostro bimbo di un anno

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025It feels like you’re in the comfort of your own home. WE LOVED IT - spacious, cosy and the balcony area is so so beautiful. The attention to detail of the property and the location is great.
There is a nearby cafe/bar at the end of the street that was playing music too loud - not the hotel’s fault but would be great if local authorities could control the noise level especially after certain late hours in the night. You could hear until 3-4 block away.

We stayed in the family room which was so comfortable and massive - it felt like we had an entire apartment. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. This hotel ranks in my top 3 from all the international travel I’ve done with my family (15+ countries).

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Fantastic location, great boutique design, the smaller standard rooms were fantastic. Would highly recommend. Tried to extend but they were fully booked. There was a small communal seating area near the reception that was lively with tea/coffee fruit and was a helpful space to chill outside the room.
Didn’t bother me greatly but you can hear music from the bars on Saturday night, every other night no problem.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2025great breakfast , all was fresh and good quality - need to order a night before at the reception. close to all restaurants , 7 eleven a 8 minutes walk to the mall 2 minutes walk to 7 eleven and the laundry do it yourself service . the staff was kind and helpful , we had a family rooms one next to the other , in our room a king size bed and extra bed for the little one , the other room a queen size bed for the 2 young (9,12).

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025At Nimman is perfectly located to explore both Nimman and the old town of Chiang Mai. The staff were always really friendly and happy to give tips and answer our questions. We had the hotel breakfast one morning, which was bountiful! The rooms were spacious and airy, we appreciated sitting on the balcony in the morning.
The rooms could do with a bit of a decoration refresh. They look a little tired and outdated in parts.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2025We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable with tons of shopping and dining options! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you everyone!

Reviewed Dec 7, 2024The breakfast is awesome, like omg super good but they serve a LOT of food and there's no way you can eat all of it. Also, they have tea, fruits, biscuits, coffee and fresh water 24 hours for you to take, that's nice. The service is nice as well.
The room is beautiful but not very functional, it doesn't have a proper closet, they provide some hangers and there is a small rack to hang your clothes, but it's quite short. We missed the nice flowers after the third day, they just stopped putting them in the room. Also the windows and curtains are quite old and they don't seal good enough for noises from the outside.

It could be noisy from the bars nearby in the evening. The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. I can’t easily adjust the shower position.
