Le petit déjeuner était correct mais servi trop tard pour partir en excursion et sans solution ( pas de panier à emporter) L’endroit est beau et paisible et bien placé à coté de la nouvelle ville

Le côté végétal de l'hôtel est magnifique, tout est aménagé dans un immense jardin vert, la piscine est très très belles, les matériaux sont bien choisi, la chambre familiale était top, bien que les lits un poil trop durs et l'immense baignoire (presque pisicine) complétement inutile prenant trop de place et même dangereux si on tombe dedans. Le déjeuner aurait pu être plus intéressant bien qu'il reste correct.

Le cadre est très sympa. L’hôtel se situe dans un quartier très vivant avec plein de boutiques (parfait pour les adeptes du shopping) qui contraste totalement avec le centre historique de Chiang Mai.

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme mais malheureusement manque d’entretien. La qualité de l’eau de la piscine laisse à désirer. une intervention d’un technicien a d’ailleurs dû être nécessaire. Peut-être n’avons nous eu pas de chance. Bien noter que l’hôtel n’a pas d’ascenseur. Nous avons donc dû monter nos grosses valises (nous avons trois jeunes ados) au dernier étage sans aide car malheureusement il n’y avait que la réceptionniste à l’accueil. L’hôtel se situe sur le couloir aérien, cependant le bruit des avions ne nous a pas dérangé en ce sens qu’il n’y a pas de trafic nocturne. Le petit déjeuner reste convenable et classique pour le prix

Pool area was lovely, room was a good size. Bath was enormous! Had a lovely massage at the hotel spa.

De familie kamer is normaal een suite waarbij de liggende bank omgetoverd is naar een dun bed. Alleen dit matras is super dun en hard; niet aan te raden als familiekamer als je grotere kinderen hebt. Daarom zijn we gegaan naar twee losse kamers die nog beschikbaar waren met extra kosten.

De rustige omgeving, ruime kamer, fijn zwembad. Op vrijdagavond een nachtmarkt met locale food, gelegenheid om ergens te zitten en drankje bij kraampje te kopen. 9 minuten van het vliegveld; logisch, je hoort soms en vliegtuig maar dat is niet elk uur en in de nacht niet gehoord. Eén super hot oil massage gehad van een uur, een aanrader.

In 2012 zijn we ook geweest; er zijn elementen zoals de douchekop en badkraan lekte. Na aangeven van badkraan werd deze meteen gemaakt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Anlage mit ihren vielen Pflanzen ist total süß und der schön angelegte Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Prachtig resort! Heerlijk tussen te vogel en kikker geluiden. Een prachtig zwembad. Vriendelijke personeel. Mooie kamer. Alles compleet. Een klein paradijsje.

Die Typische Lanna-Bauweise des Hotels, der schöne große Pool, das Frühstück, die Lage. Sehr schön im Stadtteil Nimman gelegen. Ideal um die westlich gelegenen Ziele Chiang Mais zu erkunden. Und der Flugzeuglärm ist bei weitem nicht so schlimm wie es in vielen Bewertungen geschildert wird.

Wij vonden het een super fijn, rustgevend hotel! We wilde iets langer blijven en hebben weer bij hetzelfde hotel geboekt!

Er zijn wel veel muggen en wij hadden zelf niet veel last van de vliegtuigen

The size of the room. The garden and the area arround.

The staff was rude. At check-out (which occurred one day earlier than initially planned, meaning we paid for a night we did not stay), they brought the bed sheets to the reception area in front of other guests to show that they had been slightly stained with menstrual blood by my partner. They then claimed that we had to pay for cleaning the sheets. This is the first time this has ever happened to us anywhere in the world, and we find it completely unacceptable. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. We do not recommend this establishment. Additionally the breakfast was industrial.

Le seul souci : il se trouve dans la trajectoire de décollage des avions, donc c'est bruyant. Mais cela n'a pas été gênant, nous sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Noisy with planes constantly flying over , there was also rats in the bushes on front near smoke area. Not a smart tv so couldn’t connect to internet to watch a film etc. boyfriend reports breakfast wasn’t the best either .

I didn’t realize it was directly under a flight path, so it definitely was noisy at times with planes. My only other negative comment about my stay. My room smelled bad. The odor was coming from the bathroom and it was definitely a sewage smell. I’m guessing there is an issue with plumbing or drainage.

Leider genau in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, daher war es recht laut, wenn Flugzeuge gestartet sind. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart (teilweise Futton)

An enchanting little oasis in the heart of Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Gorgeous gardens and pool area. Relaxing atmosphere. Lots of great cafes, restaurants, shops to explore nearby and an amazing Friday night street market. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Near airport so quite noisy when planes go overhead but didn’t disturb us at night. Breakfast could have been better.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Resort selbst ist super schön und ruhig. Unser Zimmer war riesig und sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war okay.

Im Bad roch es konstant nach Kanalisation. Die Fenster im Bad (es gab Schiebefenster in Richtung Zimmer) waren nicht richtig dicht, weshalb der Geruch auch ins Zimmer drang. Das Resort liegt außerdem nah am Flughafen und die Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über den Zimmern, was schon extrem laut ist. Ab und zu hat es mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen und ich war ganz verwirrt. Das Personal hat mir außerdem 200 Baht berechnet, weil auf zwei Handtüchern abwaschbare Make-up-Flecken waren. Das hat mich schon sehr überrascht, da mir so etwas noch nie passiert ist.

La struttura è semplicemente magnifica, immersa nel verde e molto rilassante. Ogni volta che rientravo in struttura non potevo che rimanere a bocca aperta. Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione è internazionale con tanta scelta di cibi.

1. 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 짐이 무겁다면 계단을 오르기 매우 힘듭니다. 4성급 호텔이지만 캐리어 이동시 도와주는 직원이 단 한명도 없습니다. 2. 개구리(맹꽁이) 소음 1층 내부 조경이 모두 울창한 숲처럼 되어있는 고풍스런 스타일이라 낮에는 괜찮아보이지만 밤에는 개구리 소리에 잠을 이루기 힘듭니다. 개구리가 개골개골 우는 한국 시골 정취가 아닙니다,, 꽉 꽉 거리는 맹꽁이 소리에요 3. 비행기 이착륙 소음 장난 아닙니다,,,, 고막 터집니다 4. 룸 컨디션 최악입니다. 아주 오래된 태국의 모텔인것 같아요 카드키가 아닙니다. 열쇠를 가지고 문을 열고 닫아야 하며, 온수 및 배수가 형편 없습니다. 어메니티가 존재하지 않고, 샴푸 및 바디워시 향이 거의,,,, 무인텔에서 사용할법한 대용량,,그지같은 것들입니다,, 5. 조식 ㅋㅋ 진짜 조식 ㅋㅋ….. 그냥 돈을 더 들이시고 다른 호텔을 찾아보세요 차라리 정말 웃돈 주시더라도 유님만 호텔을 가시는것을 추천드립니다

Die Lage ist zentral in einem abseits gelegenen Stadtteil Doi Sutep. Touristisch ist wohl der Stadtkern interessant ( 4-6km). Die Lagebewertung richtet sich nach dem Reisenden und seinen Interessen. Es ist nah in die Berge, die aber für Ältere nicht gut zu bereisen sind. Klettern, Waldwanderung, Rafting.. alles nur für Jüngere!!! Ausflüge sind kostspielig und nicht wirklich erfüllend. Der Stadtteil selbst bietet nichts, Geschäfte nicht wirklich anziehend, viele Restaurants. Sehr schlechte Verhältnisse für Fußgänger, die ständig wegen nicht begehbarer Bürgersteige rauf und runter müssen. Hürdenlauf! Körperlich sehr anstrengend und gefährlich. Thailand hat 18000 Verkehrstote in einem Jahr!

Das Hotel liegt in der unmittelbaren Startschneise der Flugzeuge, die vom 4km entfernten Flughafen kommen. Die vorgeschriebenen 300m Mindeshöhenabstand konnten gewiß bei schweren Maschinen nicht eingehalten werden. Diese donnerten täglich zigfach direkt über das Hotel, von morgens bis 24 Uhr. Keine Erwähnung in der Werbung! Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne, die völlig unangemessen sind. Weder Lage noch Ausstattung rechtfertigen das. Keine Kofferablage, kein Tisch zum Kaffeetrinken, kein Safe, bereits, getragene Hausschuhe. Zu loben ist das Frühstück, das gut war und Abwechslung bot.

Le personnel très sympathique et serviable, le petit déjeuner été top 10/10 ! La piscine très jolie un peu froide, le décors extérieur comme intérieur typique thaï, le petit jardin magnifique avec le sons des grenouilles le soir et la journée des oiseaux c’était le dépaysement total, ont entend les avions atterrir ou décoller quelques fois mais c’est pas spécialement dérangeant. Ça reste un hôtel en pleine ville mais avec un calme absolu ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cette hôtel ! Petit note : Il y’a un monsieur au bout de la rue qui fait des rôti banane délicieuse !

Location is RIGHT UNDER the airport flight path. Planes flying regularly between 7am and 1am at night. Impossible to sleep between those times. There is also a fair bit of noise from frogs at night, which I personally didn't mind, but other travelers complained to me about. I had to cut my stay short for emergency reasons. Enquiring about a cancellation or refund policy with the staff was not a good experience. I was advised to contact booking.com, which I did, who then contacted the venue, who then advised booking.com that they could not help me. Why not advise me of that directly? When I sent a follow-up message to the venue, they were unhelpful. The impression I got was disingenuous and bureaucratic.

Très belle architecture traditionnelle dans un quartier moderne et résidentiel. Belle végétation autour de la piscine et accueil chaleureux de l'ensemble du personnel.

Plusieurs points d'amélioration: la température de la piscine, trop froide (toujours à l'ombre), la qualité du petit déjeuner (notamment les jus de fruits) et l'insonorisation des chambres: les cloisons sont tellement minces qu'on entend les voisins parler entre eux! Sans oublier de signaler que l'hôtel est situé dans l'axe de décollage de l'aéroport (avions de 7h jusqu'à presque 2h du matin): nous avions toutefois identifié ce problème lors de notre réservation et cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés.

Small quiet place. Location

Room was very very big, bed was very comfortable and staff was super friendly. Location is incredible, very easy to walk around the very viby Nimman area. On Friday's there's an amazing night market next to it.

Breakfast was below average to be honest and rooms was not very soundproofed but not to the point of preventing sleep or anything more of like an awareness of it.

Le personnel peu agréable Le petit déjeuner moyen , jus de fruits chimiques, pas de choux de yaourts, café cafetière mauvais … L’insonorisation totale des chambres , on entend tout et jusque tard Le passage des avions juste au dessus de l’hôtel de 6h du matin à 1h30 du matin Donc des nuits très compliquées, impossible de se reposer dans ces conditions J’ai fait plusieurs réclamations à Booking qui n’a proposé aucune solution correcte , je suis pourtant client Genius niveau 3 . Le service client de booking est très incompétent et désormais je vais éviter mes réservations sur leur site

I liked the room designs, and the staff were really responsive and helpful.

I thought the breakfast could have been better. Its quite an expensive place to stay and I think the breakfast should reflect the quality of the resort. We had cold eggs for breakfast. Having an ironing board and iron available for guests to use would also make sense.

Convenient location. Area quiet at night. Breakfast was adequate. Pool area. Nice plants and vegetation throughout.

Lack of hot water. Bed was too firm. Eggs weren't kept hot. Coffee was not good. Used a coffee pot to serve tea and you could taste it. Flush chain in toilet broke and they didn't take care of it until we reported it a second time. Be selective with which restaurants you dine at in the area.

Clean and room is big

The water system very poor , I took about an hour to clean my hair from the shower,. The water is running too slow . And the pool is too cold.

L'hôtel est situé sur la trajectoire de décollage de l'aéroport. Donc c'est très bruyant (il n'y a pas de double vitrage). Le lit était extrêmement inconfortable (impression de dormir à même le sol tellement il est dur). Le petit déjeuner offrait peu de choix et il n'était vraiment pas terrible (le café "recuit" était tout simplement imbuvable). La piscine est à l'ombre toute la journée et l'eau était à 18 degré maximum.
