Great location, kind staff, cozy family room, stylish design, good breakfast

The room’s furniture are a bit rusty, and the water stream is not strong

Rooms are good, overall facilities are really commendable. Lobby is nice, offers unlimited water & coffee in a cozy setup. Front desk staff are helpful. Location is very nice, very close to restaurants and a 7-11 is also nearby in 3-4 mins walking distance.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en este hotel, nos proporcionaron 2 habitaciones conectadas super amplias y muy limpias, con aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario. El desayuno esta muy bien y tienen café, te y chocolate durante todo el día. fueron muy amables y destacar que tuvimos un problema con un transporte y nos ayudaron muchísimo. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

屋内设备的更新度有待提高，房间卫生都很不错，但是显然设备老旧，桌边墙面浴室龙头都有磨损，吹风机也是有故障的

มีเสียงรบกวนบ้าง เก็บเสียงไม่ดีมาก ที่จอดรถน้อยไปนิด ประตูห้องน้ำปิดยากไปหน่อย

- ทำเลดี มีร้านอาหารรอบๆ เดินสะดวก - มีที่จอดรถให้หน้าโรงแรม ถ้าไม่พอยังจอดที่หน้าอพาร์ตเม้นท์เยื้องๆไปได้อีก 5 คัน - ฝักบัวน้ำแรง ร้อนดี - อาหารเช้าธรรมดา มีไม่เยอะแต่ก็เพียงพอ

- ในห้องเขียนว่าสระว่ายน้าใช้ได้ถึง 2 ทุ่ม แต่มีแขกชาวจีนมาว่ายน้ำตอน 3 ทุ่ม ทำเสียงดัง เมื่อโทรไปถาม เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าใช้สระได้ถึง 4 ทุ่ม????

The location was perfect on the southern end of the Niemann area of Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility communicated clearly in advance and they were ready for my arrival when I got there as a result.

It is at the boutique level of places, but there were several things that were not ready and had to be prepared once I arrived. For example, the in room safe had no batteries because they felt people did not use the safes.

de kussens waren super slecht, echt hard! Ik kon niet slapen, elke ochtend stijve nek en rug gekregen ervan! We moesten ook 3 keer veranderen van kamer. De eerste kamer lekte van het plafond tot de muur en vieze geur in de kamer ook. Niet goed verlucht!

ที่พักอยู่ในย่านใจกลางเมือง มีร้านอาหาร สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในตอนกลางคืน เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อน เดินเที่ยวชิวๆในเมือง ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ที่เที่ยวกลางคืน ร้านนวด คาเฟ่ ดีทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย เข้าไปดูแต่ไม่ได้ทาน เพราะจะออกไปทานร้านอาหารข้างนอก เลยไม่ได้ชิมรสชาติ

จะได้ยินเสียงเครื่องบินเป็นช่วงๆ แต่ก็ยังนอนได้ โดยรวม รับได้

The rooms were very nice… the bed was super comfortable, the staff was nice. The location was awesome, you can walk everywhere

Breakfast was very lousy… I didn’t use the pool

น้ำในห้องน้ำไม่ไหลทางโรงแรมไม่มีซ่อมให้ แต่บอกให้ไปอาบน้ำที่ห้องอื่น

The beds were super comfortable!! I’ve noticed in Asia the bed are usually too firm for me, but at Norn it was excellent! Free coffee and water all day!! Rooms are modern. Great location! Good price! Internet was good!

Breakfast was not good for my taste. A bit noise if you’re staying by the pool. But the upstairs rooms were bigger and better. Shower was a bit hard to get it hot water.

Cet hôtel est super, les chambres sont propres avec des lits confortables et tout le nécessaire, le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuné est bien. Des bouteilles d’eau gratuite sont à disposition dans l’hôtel ce qui est vraiment pratique et il y a également des boissons chaudes comme du café, matcha, thaï the… à disposition gratuitement. L’hôtel est bien placé à 15 min de l’aéroport et de la vieille ville. La piscine est bien et le cadre est vraiment beau. Il y a également des machines à laver et sèche linge à disposition devant l’hôtel (payant) Globalement cet hôtel a été à hauteur de nos attentes 😁

Les seuls points négatifs sont la mauvaise isolation des fenêtres ce qui fait que nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dehors notamment dans la piscine depuis les chambres. La piscine est froide mais cela peux être bien pour se rafraîchir.

toilet had water stains, wallpaper/laminate was peeling off at the bottom but it doesn't really affect much. still not the best thing to see walking in.

The hot water in the shower was weak and took a while to warm up and didn’t last long, but there is a note to let you know

Shower pressure was terrible, could only have cold with pressure or hot and no pressure. sometimes had a sewerage smell

โลเคชั่นดีมาก เดินทางง่าย ไปสนามบินแค่ 10-15 นาที ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนุ่มมาก สิ่งอำนวยคงามสะดวกครบครัน อีกอย่าง แชมพูและเจลอาบน้ำหอมมาก หอมแบบหอม แต่ถามพี่พนักงานเขาสั่งมาเป็นของโรงแรมโดยเฉพาะ หาซื้อไม่ได้ มีเครื่องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญหน้าที่พักเลย สะดวกมากๆ

น้ำที่สายฉีดแรงไปนิดนึง แต่เราก็เลยปรับตรงวาล์วปล่อยน้ำด้านล่างแทน

Clean and spacious rooms. Aircon worked well. Good location.

Staff at reception are not really helpful. Breakfast options are limited. Virtually no parking for guests. TV doesn't have Netflix

房間空間充足寬敞，房內還備有空氣清淨機，浴室更有電風扇，風量夠大可以有效快速減少潮濕問題，非常推薦。

La verdad es que no había nada que me haya disgustado

位置很好，附近很多按摩店和好吃餐廳。早餐樣式不多但好吃。有24小時咖啡機和泡茶機。有自助洗衣機。

房間清潔待加強，角落有垃圾灰塵。二樓以上入房間有一個門檻，常常被絆倒。

V pokojích je sice varná konvice, ale chybí hrneček a lžička. Kávu či čaj si musíte jít do malého hrnečku udělat v recepci.

精緻漂亮早餐好吃

熱水真的不行

订了3人房，竟然是2个房间，中间有门可开，完全可以住4个人，有点惊喜。早餐阿姨做的汤好美味，住了2天，是不同的汤，很喜欢！

房间设施有点简单，特别是卫生间，看着有点旧，浴室只有半扇玻璃门，洗澡水容易溅出来。

The shower had no pressure at all (couldn't wash hair), rooms cleaned very late in day, nowhere to sit comfortably in room, awkward step up to beds
