It was clean..... and quiet at night...close to the beach and resteraunts...very enjoyable stay...

Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación y que la directora del hotel el ultimo día, nos ofreció de manera gratuita la habitación de cortesía para ducharnos y cambiarnos, después de haber hecho el checkout.

La limpieza mal, el apartamento muy caluroso (menos mal que la habitación si tenía un ventilador en el techo) muy poco iluminado por la noche, el acceso al apartamento con escaleras cuando íbamos con carrito de bebe.

We stayed in a studio and it was very very warm. No window in the bathroom and it got very uncomfortable in there after a shower. More ventilation would be great.

Apartment could do with a bit of tlc. The shower was not really working and we information reception but it wasn’t really fixed.

Only thing that was good it was location.

WE WERE ALMOST ROBBED. The day we arrived, the fan didn't work and as it was too hot we needed fresh air during the night so we left door open, believing that we are safe as we are staying in hotel property where only guests have an access. But we were wrong. During the night my friend ( female) was sleeping and some random guy entered in the apartment trying to rob her and also being very rude and pushy with her. Luckely nothing happend, but after that horrible and stresful event she didn't feel safe to sleep anymore here and also me neither. Very important thing you should know that the door of the hotel property were OPEN during the whole night without having anybody on the reception or even some night guard. Definetly noy safe place for staying.

No air conditioning

This complex made it abundantly clear they did not want children there. All floats, pool toys, rubber rings, etc were completely banned from the pool. My son has autism and has zero awareness of danger and cannot swim but loves the water. He is kept safe in water by use of a child’s rubber rings. It does not encroach on anyone else’s space and it vital for him. I was told on our 6th day, despite using it on all previous days, that it was banned. This was shouted loudly at me and my son across the pool by the pool guard. He then came over and I explained the situation with my son and that it was a health and safety issue etc. he said it still wasn’t allowed and said he checked with the manager. The manager they came out and said the same thing. I told her that this was discrimination towards a child with a disability she said it wasn’t and he could only use a pool noodle. I explained he couldn’t use this as he couldn’t hold on to it. I asked her to check European discrimination legislation and she said no and then asked for my room number. My son became extremely distressed, resulting in a meltdown which was very traumatic. I had to carry him back to our apartment. My mum went to reception and spoke to the manager who apologised for the distress caused and noted that she was following instructions from the owners.

La habitación era una sauna, no hay aire, y no se podia dejar abierto porque estás literalmente en la calle. Las toallas olían mal. Y la cocina y utensilios lamentables, el baño pasable, aunque se agradecería, al menos jabón de manos o gel de ducha

Not clean - I had to remop/reclean the bathroom most days, bed was uncomfortable, no lock on the front gate at night etc so didn’t feel very secure, no AC

Il n y a aucune climatisation dans les chambres. C est une ventilation plafond qui ne sert a rien.. seulement 6 places de parking devant l hotel.. tres compliqué de se garer car les places devant l hotel sont tjd occupé. Nous nous sommed fzit voler de l argent dans l hotel et l aimabilté du barmen est inexistante.

The staff were polite and the location was very good.

For almost 900€, we had no aircon, no hairdryer, no washing machine, no working TV, no microwave, our floors were very dirty and not cleaned throughout, we were not provided any soaps, and the bedsheets weren’t changed even once during the stay.

Pool was lovely and overall resort was very good.

It would have been perfect if there was air conditioning in the rooms. There is a fan but it is very basically and doesn’t have too much affect, I imagine mid summer the rooms could become unbearable with the heat.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. She explained everything to us and gave us maps and Trip information.

How clean and tidy it was, the staff was lovely and it was in a great location.

It’s in a great area and very close to the main strip. The staff were friendly mostly. The breakfast at the pool was nice.

I found a lot of cockroaches in my apartment. I was eventually given a spray and told your in Lanzarote what so I expect I was there for 9 nights and bed sheets not changed

The location was fantastic…so central but quiet at the same time It’s literally 2 buildings up the hill from long beach club I was delighted to be allowed check in on arrival at 11am …bonus points there I was around the back in the bungalow type rooms, so so quite and peaceful

The floors were not swept or mopped before or during my stay, there was hairs in my shower tray, but the sheets towels and everything was clean. (I didn’t bother to mention as I was happy to check in early so I just cleaned it myself) There’s no public toilet except the pool bar toilets which didn’t lock A toilet in reception for you day your leaving I thought would be mandatory.

Found the beds a little hard ,

The only thing that didn’t like was the pillows was so hard and not comfortable. Then on the 3rd day the pool was dirty and not cleaned the next day

Location was perfect as we completed ironman Lanzarote last weekend. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the size of the bedroom lounge and balcony was perfect.

The only little tiny issue we had was noisy people coming back to their apartment after partying all night. Had we been there for different reasons, Maybe we would’ve been coming back at the same time making lots of noise so you can’t have it all.

Close to beach, restaurants and plenty of shops in the vicinity. Whilst complex was very central, there was no problem sleeping at night and complex was quiet and secure.

Only thing that was missing was a mirror in the bedroom.

The guy who ran the pool bar was fantastic..great worker , v nice to the guests . Makes really nice poolside food all while having a smile on his face .

The staff were lovely, pleasant and any I came in contact with had a smile. Check in was very quick. We were pleasantly surprised our rooms was ready even though we arrived at 11.30 am. The beds were very comfy. Apt is very spacious. Even with it's close proximity to the strip it is so quiet. The pool is lovely and the pool bar serves some lovely food. The strip is about 2 min walk from Apts. Hyperdeno is just close by to pick up essentials for Apts. Great restaurants just down on the strip. Imy first time to stay here, but i will definitely be returning.

We got a lovely high level apartment with balcony and a great sea view as requested, many thanks to Conny for that. The beds are extremely comfortable, apartment was very clean and good ventilation at all times. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly. Good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk from apartment. Restaurants and Shops within a 5 minute walk .We definitely will book an apartment at this complex again. Many thanks to everyone for all their help.

Great location , 2 minutes to seafront, supermarket.lovely layout,pool,grounds. Good size apartment, great beds, balcony. All staff were very friendly, helpful and happy. The pool was clean and accessible via a slope. Plenty of room and sunbeds. Amazing staff that made it a lovely place to stay.

Very unusual for us to mention anything negative but its to help , they may seem small but for us did impact our stay 1)..no soap provided, this should be standard . 2) Unfortunately the towels were old ,a bit smelly,and impossible to get dry with.Staff did their utmost to resolve by more towels but only 1 was useable., the owners really need to replace all towels. We had thought perhaps its because we booked through booking.com ? You dont expect to have to bring your own towels ! As we have stayed in resort before without issues, we were expecting the same standard.The shower was a walk in but it flooded the floor . The hot water and flow were frustratingly intermittent.
