Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands

Overall very good experience. I recently switched from Marriott to Hyatt and have not been disappointed. I should have switched years ago.

Era la primera vez que iba a Houston y fue una muy buena desicion llegar a un hotel como este y conocer The Woodlands. La primera noche en un lugar nuevo debe ser para tener un grato recuerdo.

For a stay in the Woodlands I highly recommend this facility, Staff is personable and attentive. Common areas are clean and appealing. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I did not use the exercise facility but it was well equipped

Everything would’ve been great if parking on their parking lot was included in the price, but it wasn’t. If you don’t mind being nickel and dimed, this is your place.

Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to everything. Easy access and a smooth check-in process. The staff was friendly, and there were plenty of on-site parking spaces available at all hours!

The staff- while charging me for parking they charged my card a second time for the room and placed a 10 day hold in the return even though I was only staying one night

Great stay at HYATT Place ~ The Woodlands. Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice spacious room with king bed, Sleeper sofa and walk-in shower. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I have stayed at this location 3 times over the past 2 months for work. Overall the hotel is clean, well taken care of and the staff is great. The last time I stayed on 7-27-26, the check in-clerk let me know I would have to pay $15 if I have a vehicle to park overnight. This was not for a valet fee or in a parking garage, this was self parking around the hotel. I had previously stayed 2 weeks earlier and did not have to pay. To me, this is just a greedy hotel owner trying to nickel and dime guest. The staff let me know they have informed the owner that all guest are not happy about this fee. I will be staying elsewhere when I come for business in the area.

​Overall, a wonderful, clean, and comfortable stay! I typically don’t request daily room cleaning, but attending a conference meant wearing makeup every day. I was so appreciative that the housekeeping team replenished makeup removal wipes each night. That thoughtful little detail was a huge hit for me! Great touch. Would definitely stay again.

The location was phenomenal. Easy access to everything.

The room was minimally cleaned. Turned down beds, vacuumed floors, but walls, mirrors, and any hard surface was obviously untouched. Water stains in the corner of the room and bathroom as well. The AC also did not work as well as expected. It was a long, hot night for us.

Hidden gem. Nothing fancy - just an average room with a motel 6 type of breakfast. Clean. Low noise. Very convenient to I-45.

Did not meet the star level in my opinion. Bed was not comfortable, water pressure low and things need to be updates. Was only there for one night and probably could of had some things fixed but didnt have the time. Didn't feel it was worth the price of rhe room.

They allowed me to check in very early, which I greatly appreciated since a major storm was approaching. Otherwise, I would have had to wait for several hours after a long trip. Special thanks to Ray at check-in for making that possible.

Very nice clean place to stay. Got a good night rest and woke up refreshed and had a great breakfast. Good variety of breakfast omelet, sausage,biscuits, gravy.Great way to start your day.

The location and the property is nice. The breakfast was good. Other services like gym and swimming pool is great.

The cushions in the room were horrible. The room was specific for the handicapped. I don't know why it was assigned to me. The shower was not convenient at all. The water flows all over the bathroom and spreads outside the bathroom as well. Please provide water inside the room.

We stayed here the night of a big concert at the Cynthia woods Mitchell pavilion. Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, & excellent service. It’s a great choice for a hotel.

Wonderful hotel with plenty of amenities, most friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices and located in a great area, also 5 minutes away from the Cynthia Woods Pavillion if you are going for a concert!

The Hyatt Place was a great, convenient affordable options near The Woodlands. It was very convenient to shopping, the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, and restaurants. We had a rental car which made things easy.

I had to attend a conference in The Woodlands and we stayed at this location for a couple of nights. Staff was super friendly, the hotel was very clean. Also, free breakfast and there was quite a selection. Great location as well. I give it a great review!

I actually really liked the property. There was much not to like.

We visited The Woodlands for a quick overnight trip. We wanted to explore the Waterway and have a nice dinner to celebrate my birthday. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was lovely and clean. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Will definitely stay here again.

All staff professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Suggesting places to visit. Property location was excellent to all events.

It was very clean and the lobby was very spacious with plenty of comfortable chairs. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing an incredibly accommodating to my circumstances we had a medical emergency and they worked with me to stay every day as needed and I never had to change room and the breakfast was wonderful and they have on site laundry

The location is excellent and peaceful. The rooms were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. The staff demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and a helpful attitude.
