Courtyard by Marriott Houston North/Shenandoah

Clean and new designed room. Spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Staff behaviour was discriminatory. Both Bistro staff and front desk behaved well with others while being rude to me. Similar to other reviews, the room was sold "breakfast included. When you reach there, they say "You have to pay". When I showed them the booking confirmation they provide me with "Food Coupons"

They were great! I checked out and was about 15 minutes down road when realized I left my jewelry. Called they had a key waiting for me at desk. No problem and everything was right where I left.

the property was close to the venue we had our event at. it was conveniently right off of I45.

the room was a bit warm and it took a while for the ac to cool it down.

Expedia said free breakfast which wasn't true. In fact, there isn't a buffet to purchase just a small Starbucks with a VERY limit menu that closes at 9:30am on the weekend! I ended paying $9 for a watered-down parfait from the "Grab and Go" and an Iced Tea for $5. No tea bags in the room, soooo there's that. Staff was great, but for a Marriot I expect slightly more and probably won't be staying again.

Our room was comfortable and the staff was great. I appreciate having a mini fridge and microwave. This is a good place to stay if you’re attending a show at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

Our AC Was Broken. Took 2 Hours To Change Rooms.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was amazing! I wasn’t there when the restaurant was open, I came in late in the evening and left super early the next day. Staff were simply the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful!

Good experience overall

Older but well maintained property. Shower looked impressive but had no hot water even though it worked in the sink. Saw a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom on the first day.

This would be 5 Star all the way if our room wasn’t skipped for bed making and towels it was our second stay. I had surgery after the first nite and so towels were not hung for re-use thus we had to go get more at desk. Lobby staff were very cordial and helpful and hotel had eating utensils when our delivered food from local reataraunt did not provide. This was our second stay here and we will stay again if needed for this area because everything else was a five!

Excellent Sales Manager and Staff went beyond made us feel confidence, comfortable and trust that we were in good hands. Thank you so much again for our exceptional and a positive experience.

Horrible! Go to any other hotel! Stains and odors that make you wonder what in the world they originated from. Stained sheets when we arrived and housekeeping being unable to change them because they “didn’t have any” to replace them with. Huge spiders crawling in from gaps in the wall. A huge layer of thick dust on the wall that’s continuously blowing in your face. Like nonstop. The tub not draining and no one fixing it the entire stay. Book ANYWHERE AND ELSE but here!

The rooms were nice and roomy and the showers were big. I liked that you entered the shower away from the head and there were shelves at the end of the shower to put your things! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had discovered that we had been double billed on one of the three rooms we booked, but they fixed the problem immediately when it was discovered.

My daughter found a little mold in the shower in her room, but our other two bathrooms were very clean.

Was not the room I reserved. I arrived at three and my king room wasn't ready so I left my luggage and returned at 11 PM and they gave me a double queen room. Additionally, there was a loud clanging sound occurring, and I tried to call the front desk a couple of times and it rang and rang with no answer.

Only negative I can say isn’t any one persons fault, but the internet was down upon arrival causing a long check in line and some guests couldn’t check in at all. Other than that, stay was great

I liked the furniture and very spaced out for open walking room, great sized bathroom and the front desk clerks were very helpful and polite. Loved, loved, loved the location

I did not like the coffee, not that many channels available on the TV and that on our last morning got woken up being asked if we were leaving today when I planned on sleeping in until check out which I was aware of.

Beds were to high- felt fear getting on and off- will not be back
