Spa-nya. Saya kira pas pertama kali datang lobby hotel tersebut pada umumnya di atas atau paling depan. Ternyata kayak kena prank. Tapi prank yang menyenangkan 😍 Dapat discount spa kalau menginap di sana. Kebetulan lelah hayati, Bang. Masuk ke Lobby hotel, ketemu dengan bapak yang baik hati Pak Agus Merta, Suksma Pak 🙏. Saking baik staffnya minta towel 2, dikasih 4 masih wangi laundry. Alhamdulillah. Cari makanan gampang di sana. Pengen stay lama di sana tapi belum libur panjang. So sad. Pokoknya all the best buat semuanya, banyak rezekinya selalu. Terima kasih sudah diupgrade kamar saya, Pak🙏🙏🙏 Terima kasih juga buat Mbok yang massage saya, garamnya beneran menenangkan. Sehat-sehat dan banyak rezeki selalu. ❤️

Kamar mandinya kotor sekali, air di wastafel kurang lancar, malah muncrat ke luar batu tampungan air. Enggak ada tempat sabunnya dan enggak ada air buat membersihkan hajat kecil/besar di sebelah WC.

great location and amazing value if all your after is a place to sleep. pool is good too.

bathroom could do with a deep clean

到着直後にこのホテルのスタッフに有り金全てを盗まれた為、このホテルの良い所を見ようがありませんでした。最悪のホテルです。

ここのスタッフ、オーナーは最悪。入室した直後私が居ない間にスタッフが部屋に入り旅費を全額盗みました。オーナーはスタッフを擁護し残りのレンタル期間のキャンセルにも応じませんでした。私は旅行を続けることができずその日のうちに帰国を余儀なくされました。バリ島滞在が１日で終了させられました。 The staff and owner here are the worst. Immediately after I checked in, while I was out, a staff member entered my room and stole all of my travel money. The owner defended the staff and refused to allow me to cancel the remaining rental period. I was unable to continue my trip and was forced to return home that same day. My stay in Bali was cut short after just one day.

The location is great. Short break from the beach. There is also a open food court behing the hotel which is easy to access from the rear entrance. The pool was decent and operating late in the evening.

The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was herrendous. I only stayed for one night as I had to take a ferry to Lombok which was close by. The only way I can describe the bathroom is that it felt like The Gulag.

Ubytovali nás do plesnivej a smradlavej izby s odôvodnením, že inú volnú nemajú. No ked na tretí deň nám tam tieklo do postele a na zemi bola voda,lebo v noci pršalo, nám izbu vymenili. Aj naďalej tam bolo vlhko, smrad.....ale aspon nám netieklo na hlavu. Celý hotel v katastrofálnom stave, všetko polámané, zničené...vyzera akoby tam od novoty nebolo nič robené....a to bolo minimálne pred 50 rokmi.

Neboli ochotní riešiť veci, vyzeralo , že na nič nemajú financie. Všetko neskutočne špinavé a zničené.

Everything. The staff was disinterested in everything; from guests, to upkeep. There are two big fish tanks with nearly black water in the reception, which isnt lit either. Other guests in the room opposite mine were loud till late, and then again at 5am. The more upscale rooms to which I upgraded are dirty with black tarnish on the floor and a mouldy fridge, nasty stained curtains.... Dont even get me started about their most basic room, it was jail cel. There is no kettle for a morning tea/coffee in either rooms. For the rate, it should be a hostel and target the younger crowds. After a deep clean and renovation, of course.

The shower and basin drains was blocked and even though they tried to fix it, it didn't help. The tv doesn't function, to see the news.

The location is good as it's only a short walk to the beach front and the centre of Sanur. The hotel itself was quiet with no noise from the other guests and although it's on the main road, I couldn't hear the traffic. It was also very cheap but the poor rating will explain why that is the case!

The bathroom was awful. Mouldy, a deep smell of damp, the wooden mirror frame was totally rotten and there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the morning I was leaving. The bedroom was Ok and the bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room definitely need at least a lick of paint.

The first room 2A the drain was blocked and the bed(BASE) vertical noisy, they moved us to 3C the mattress was really bad, the springs was collapsed on the owner side, the curtains was VERY dirty and the cupboard in side was full of fine shavings.

Reasonable for the low price. Nice pool area, old property with more modern rooms

Smell of mold in the room

Merci au staff d'avoir accepté de me donner une chambre à l'étage pour la seconde nuit car au rez-de-chaussée trop bruyant.Seul regret,pas de petit déjeuner.

How you can turn the bathroom light switch you can turn the lights on by pushing the bottom of the plate not safe my 6 year old grandson and daughter and wife and me could of got electricaucted not safe at all

Room smelt of moth balls, aircon just circulated the smell. No hot water, bed was uncomfortable linen, towels and pillows have past use by date. Pool was dirty.

We had to leave and find another place. Our room here smelt like cigarettes and was dirty, plus the door to the room was very broken. They moved us to another room and the cigarette smell was even worse, there was no way i could have put my head on a pillow in that room. The stairwell to get to the rooms had wet muddy floors, my daughter fell over it was so slippery. I don't leave bad reviews and I feel I am not super fussy, we like cheap and easy, but this place was really bad unfortunately.

Bathroom, all the pipes were leaking, and the shower holder was broken.

Staff was very friendly,polite ☺️, price was very good , everytime I back to Bali always stay at Abian Srama for long term, because very good location,5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minutes to traditional market Sindhu Market, room clean everyday.

the beds were fairly comfortable, it was a comfortable walking distance to the shopping centre and was near a busy road so plenty too see nearby. The tv had streaming platforms which made the stay so much better. Very good price but you pay for what you get.

The floor of our room was filthy, we never walk with shoes but had to for our room. Beside my bed was a burnt cigarette among the rest of the dirt and the bathroom was questionable they had to come and fix our toilet mid stay. The internet was also very slow.

The beach was close.

The room and the bathroom smelled bad—I couldn't wait to leave.

During my two days of stay here, I gained the following insights: 2. The air conditioner is not cooling (assistance will be provided to change the room) 3. The mobile phone network in the room is extremely poor and the wifi is extremely poor. 4. The hot water in the new room is too hot and there is no cold water. Hope it can be improved
