Kubu Di-Kayla's

Propre et bon pour une nuit en transit, nous avions un bateau pour nusa le lendemain et ça a été parfait. On a fait un check in à 20h, un homme est arrivé et il était fort sympathique.

Salle de bain un peu rustique mais est ce que c’est vraiment grave quand on y passe une nuit? Pas réellement :)

위치가 너무 좋아요. 더군다나 이가격에 깨끗하고 벌레 없음, 발코니, 샤워기에 필터가 있어서 놀랐습니다, 진짜 너무 친절하세요. 요청사항이 있었는데 사장님께 추가로 문의해주셔서 더 편안히 묵을 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 또 여기서 묵으려구요.

처음 들어갔을 때 침구 위(이불 아래)에 좀 신경쓰이는 먼지가 있었달까… 그래도 담날 청소요청했을 때 깨끗이 치워져있었어요.

Excellent Accommodation, great value for money. Exceptional hosts! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. The shower was amazing!

very great hosts. i requested a table and chair for my work and they are happy to provide. its near the mall and beach so everything was easily accessible. there's even a warung outside if you dont plan to go far to eat

We have everything around us within 5 minutes walking distance at the most even a chemist next door

I always stay here for a night or 2 . Great hotel, excellent staff. Always clean and quiet. Perfect for Sanur, near to Icon Mall if that's your thing.

There was a strong perfume scent combined inside that I didn’t like. The property is dated but for what we paid, I can’t ask for more.

Emplacement génial ! À 2 pas du nightmarket, de l'ICON et accessibilité à pieds pour la plage et sa promenade. Personnel très agréable. Service de linge très abordable et fait dans les temps !

Our room was clean with a large bed and central location. Quiet patio overlooking a beautiful little Koi pond.

공항도착후 1박하기 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 당연 물은 주지만, 편의점에서 사먹었습니다.

화장실이 조금 아쉽긴했지만 그래도, 금액에 비해 나쁘지 않았네요.

Fantastic location close to Sindhu market

No change of bedding even though I stayed 9 nights. Bathroom cleaned only twice and kitchen needs a deep clean.

Great Location, walking distance to to the beach and restaurants, great staff, secure, clean, strong wifi - will book again next trip

Great value. Very close to many restaurants. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. The small pool is nice and it was very quiet during our stay.

Удобные кровати и подушки! Номера просторные, кондиционер не дует на спальное место и тихий. Все номера с балконом или террасой. Вода горячая есть, напор хороший. В номере холодильник, чайник, кружки, чай. Воду меняли, а так же стоит кулер. Есть общая мини кухня. Персонал отзывчивый, решали все вопросы. Остановились на 6 ночей, но продлили еще на 8. Очень удобное расположение. До пляжа через icon 15 минут. Есть при отеле прачечная - цена по килограммам. Стирают хорошо

Слышен шум с дороги очень сильно днем( но ночью там никто не ездит, так что спать очень комфортно. Нет высокого стола для работы за ноутбуком. WiFi слабенький (30-40 мб). В других отелях видела 150мб. Тумбочка прикроватная только ОДНА, хотя кровать оочень широкая

スタッフが親切で廊下にミネラルウォーターを自由に入れる事ができるのは地味に良かった。

ゲストハウス入口は常に渋滞エリアなのでグラブタクシーからキャンセルされる。駐車場もないので基本歩き移動かグラブバイクになった。

Cleanliness in the room and quite new building, location is close to icon mall

Internet was often off, likewise the TV, no car park (only for two wheels but didnt say so in the website). During my stay they were doing renovation on the upstairs and it was so loud and they did not inform me in advance that they move my room to tje ground level.

Perfectly situated in Sanur, this location is exceptionally convenient. You'll find yourself within a short walk of the beach and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, including highlights like the Sindhu Night Market and Icon Bali. The room was spacious for a solo traveler—easily large enough for a couple. It came furnished with a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a well-functioning AC. A major plus was the ample hot water, so you won't have to worry about rushing your shower. With daily cleaning and complimentary bottled water, all the amenities are in place to guarantee a comfortable long stay, even though mine was only two nights. Finally, the staff was exceptional. I arrived early, left my luggage with them, and went for a walk. When I returned for check-in, my bags were already waiting for me in the room—a thoughtful touch.

The balcony view was poor, as it was blocked by the adjacent building.

Very comfortable huge bed, good wifi, shower was nice and room was big. Balcony was nice too.

Spacious room and appreciated having a fridge and kettle.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The rooms were very plain. Some art or plants would have been nice.

For the price I paid, I feel that it was worth the stay. Anyone who would like to stay here needs to remember that it’s a homestay without a pool. Reflected on the price. We didn’t mind at all as we were aware of it before we booked. The owner and his staff were some of the best Balinese people we have ever met. Stayed in two rooms, one of which had twin beds. Mattresses were medium firm. Rooms were large, clean and had all basic amenities and toiletries needed. ACs cold, telly with all the streaming apps available. I think there were 8 rooms (4 ups 4 downs). It’s by one of Sanur’s busy road. We barely heard its traffic. Located near Bali newest shopping centre. Sanur beach is ‘sunrise’ beach. Lovely beach for younger children as there are no strong waves. I prefer this type of beach. So relaxing. Local foods , oriental and western foods were all available as well as Night market less than 5 minutes walking distance. Laundry services with reasonable price compared to other parts of Bali (Canggu especially) available. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this homestay. Reasonably priced and most importantly, clean. Will return when we’re in Sanur.

It wasn’t Kubu’s fault, but when we were there (mid August) there was pedestrian’s repair/road works. So it wasn’t luggage friendly. We planned our picked up and dropped off transportation, so it would be easier for us and the driver.

You have no view out of the window and a fake bamboo screen which hinders your view from the balcony. But then we knew what we were getting into- the photographs don’t lie. We were far back from the street so the traffic didn’t really bother us but if you end up near the street it might get noisy.

This place is good value :)

Alles. Unterkunft ist nicht gut. Optisch auf den ersten Blick ok. Es fällt dann aber gleich auf, dass die Tassen nicht gespült, der Kühlschrank schmutzig, Schubladen dreckig, Schranktür kaputt, Bad schimmelig, Toilette nicht sauber, Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, Handtücher gebraucht und Bettwäsche anscheinend nur extrem mit Duftspray eingesprüht, statt gewaschen wurde. Konnte nachts wegen dem Gestank der Bettwäsche kaum schlafen! Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Für drei Nächte bezahlt, nur eine geblieben. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich, desinteressiert und kurz angebunden. Der Strand ist nicht einladend. Überfüllt und nicht sauber. Nie wieder.

다음날 아침 일찍 빠당바이 가기전 잠만 자기 위해 예악했습니다. 위치도 좋고 방도 깨끗했어요. 가격대비 괜잖아요.

위치가 너무 좋았어요 아이콘발리 5분컷이네요 시설은 딱 가격만큼이고 화장실등 노후의 흔적이 있으나 청결하게 관리되어 있었고 벌레 한 마리 못봤습니다~ 샤워필터 2박 사용했는데 깨끗했습니다

수건은 큰거 2개 제공되고 작은 수건은 없었습니다 수건은 따로 요청해야하는지 다음날 수건교체 없어서 그냥 사용했어요
