Unfortunately, we were given a room with a connecting door. Not soundproof at all. We were distracted by coughing and other bodily noise through the door.

Like the breakfast - staff was knowledgeable about ingredients (we have allergies in our family). We used the lounge and the gym.

A typical Hampton Inn. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a lot of choices. There is a Boston Pizza restaurant in the parking lot.

The desk staff were like cardboard cutouts with zero personality: no greetings, unsmiling and minimally helpful.

Breakfast was not kept supplied until 10. It was cleaned up a bit before hand and the garbages were over flowing. It’s also not nice to eat with wooden utensils and cardboard bowls. Real plates and cutely should be provided and garbages maintained.

There was a lot of not maintained items: the elevator had water and wasn’t properly cleaned up. Left sticky residue on the floor once mopped, a major crack in my sink was noticed (should be replaced), garbage maintenance on the facility was not kept up. The breakfast was not kept full until 10. And eating with not proper silverware and bow and plates wasn’t nice.

Breakfast was a great spread! Pool was small for size of place. Echoed terribly in pool area, so was very LOUD in there! Pool was then broke down for 2nd night there so didn’t get our relax swim in before heading out.

Booked last minute at an unbeatable price, and it turned out to be a great choice for our Newfoundland road trip.The location worked really well, especially with the easy access to the highway. It was convenient for driving around the island, including the Irish Loop, Cape St. Mary’s and Bonavista. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking was never an issue. There is a shopping area and supermarkets nearby, which was also very convenient during a road trip.Breakfast was good for this type of hotel; pretty much what I would expect from a Hampton. One thing to be aware of is that if you want the bed linen changed more frequently, you need to request it at the front desk.The hotel is around 15 minutes from downtown by car. The airport location is convenient as well. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel in a very practical location for a Newfoundland road trip.

Next to the airport which is where we needed to be early in the morning. Staff was friendly, especially the shuttle bus guy:) Room was clean as was the hotel. We missed breakfast as it was too early and we had to leave but we each received a breakfast to go bag which was better than nothing.

The price for this hotel was very over priced. We paid over $300 for a room that we stayed in for less than 12 hours and also booked months in advance. We have paid less than that for a hotel in Banff! All others by the airport were the same so we had no choice. Im sure we will stay again when we come home to visit, tho hoping the price will come down some.

The original room we were booked in found bugs , hair and urine stains on the bedding . We requested a room change and though it was granted the thought of what we seen on the first room didn’t sit well with us at all . We were compensated with a 15% off our stay but had we had another option on the city we would have requested a refund and went somewhere else

It was beautiful. Great area, very clean, heated pool for the kids, breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

As we had a very early flight out the next morning, we were able to request a brown bag breakfast to take with us. The shuttle leaves every half hour so that was very convenient and it only took minutes to reach the airport. The beds were comfortable and the room equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. There was a Boston Pizza in the corner of the parking lot that was convenient for lunch and dinner.

The control panel for the air conditioner/heater went out but they quickly sent a maintenance man to fix the problem.

Price was high, by using a credit card this time instead of debit card, I was overcharged for my pets big time. Way over the estimate and last stay. Which the staff said they couldn’t find my last invoice to compare.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a last minute flight change and they quickly provided us with a bagged breakfast to go. This was so kind and a wonderful option for guests.

We needed access to a computer due to unexpected travel issues and unfortunately the business centre was closed due to technical issues. This was disappointing during a stressful situation.

Room was beautiful, beds were comfy and clean. Rooms were kept with lots of towels. TV had my name on screen. When ac needed fixing and I needed crib they fixed right away. Staff were very friendly.

Prices of suite store was a bit much for certain items. Only places to fill up water bottles were main lobby and gym. Cups for juice/milk- for breakfast were very tiny they were like cups for kids. They didnt specify earliest or latest checkout could be.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the airport and 12 min drive to downtown St. John's. Good parking and great breakfast spread. Very comfortable bed, great clean bathroom and shower. Excellent bedding. Great quality TV with Netflix.

Der Standort ist nahe zum Flughafen gelegen und praktisch für die entsprechenden Verbindungen bei Ankunft oder Abflug. Die Zimmergrösse war überdurchschnittlich gross, was sehr komfortabel ist. Es war alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet gefiel z. B. mit Porridge und einer guten sonstigen Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: im Bad roch es nach Zigarettenrauch - vermutlich via Lüftung.

I was not given what I booked months in advance, and was shafted to another motel downtown, when I specifically wanted to be near the airport after 33 hours straight of travel, and arriving at 1 am. When shafted to the new motel, no provision was made for the breakfast that should have been included in the rate paid.

The breakfast was good. I like how they had a variety of options.

The ad said Hampton Inn airport. That would be true if you consider a 15 minute ride at the airport! The rooms were overpriced (350 per room per night) but I thought they charged a premium for location. That wasn’t true but they did provide a shuttle . The check in procedure was a gong show! I had booked three rooms for our family and listed them as occupants. They wanted to register each of them separately and then pay. I told them that I was paying and used my credit card - declined because the name on the room was different from the card! I pointed out that we had travelled all over Europe and this was the first time I had an issue. They tried to explain that the problem was that I had booked through a ‘third party’ (booking.com?). I again told them that I use booking.com everywhere without issues. By that time I was irate. By the way I knew my credit card had a positive balance in anticipation of these travel costs. Finally they managed to make my reservation work. People and my family were standing behind me wondering what was going on and certainly thinking, oh , oh his credit card doesn’t work. Bloody embarrassing.

The pool was so warm and the bed was very comfy.

There was a light shining below my window, on the first floor, so the top of the window above the curtains was lit up. I need pitch black to sleep so when I woke up in the middle of the night it was difficult to get back to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. The hotel was super clean, bright and the rooms were comfortable and large. The location was perfect, it was close to the highway, close to my medical appointment and great for shopping. The hotel has become the only place I will stay when traveling to St. John's. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
