The best bed I ever slept in and the pillows were exceptional.

Great location, had to be at the airport at 4:30, the shuttle was outside waiting, I had to leave before breakfast hour, but the continental breakfast was absolutely perfect, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, and fresh coffee.

It was a little expensive for a place to lay one’s head, but sometimes you have to pay for Location & Convenience

The location is good. We were leaving at 4:00am and the kitchen was opened for a continental breakfast.

Very clean hotel and great staff overall. Our room was large and comfortable. Hotel is right next to the airport. Breakfast was included.

The toom had a very bad odour that triggered my daaughters asthma. We later fiund out that it was a per friendly floor. This was not disclosed to us. The room smelled like urine. It was fross and not worrh the money.

The smell in the toom wad very bad. It should have been disclosed that this was a pet friendly floor. We were not advised of those and itbtriggered my daughter asthma . This is not okay.

Cost! I just got the final bill, my mistake I assumed it was $286

Breakfast was really good!

Not up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Problems started with check in, we arrived close to 5 pm and were told our room had not been inspected yet. We were asked to wait in the breakfast area. About 30 mins later I went back to the front desk and were given the keys and told that they had forgot we were waiting. We got to the room and found it to be clean and comfortable. However he next few days we found housekeeping to be inconsistent with various items left out such as tissue. One day the dirty towels were simply hung back up on the rack. Another day the bathroom floor was sticky. The shower was great though. But breakfast was hit and miss, often no room to sit and out of cinnamon buns and sausages often. Fruit was lacking. Floor in the breakfast area was sticky and the booth chairs were badly stained. Also, the bed was very soft - ok if you like it that way but terrible for a back sleeper.

Okay. Later the egg dish was a bit rubbery. On the early day, very nice.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Difficult to see reflection. Had to use mirror in entry way to deal with hair.

We spent my nephew’s birthday here. The 2 Queen Suite was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Our room came with free breakfast. The maple-shaped pancakes were a hit for the kids. For the adults, we loved the variety — not that plenty but, a good mix of bread and jam, fruits, cereals, yogurt, egg, beans, sausages and hash browns or taters. They offer free-flowing tea and coffee anytime of the day. The breakfast area transforms into a common area to bond with friends or do work. The heated pool area provides a relaxing vibe especially during winter. There is coin-operated laundry. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are available for purchase at the front desk.

Chose it when fog closed the airport and flight was cancelled. Glad to be able to secure room for very earlier start the following morning. Pleased that the free shuttle between hotel and the airport operated at 5am.

Room was bland and television stations uninspiring.

The breakfast bar was amazing

The room was relatively new and the mattress was comfortable and firm. There was ample room in the bath area. I also liked the hanging clothes area. I liked the convenience to the airport and the availability of car shares in the area. The towels were clean and there were plenty for one person. I felt secure and safe. The little refrigerator in the room was a nice thing to have.

The shower had mildew in the tile grout that was obvious. A little chlorine would fix that in a minute. The first day I went to breakfast there were absolutely no forks available at 7:15am.

The breakfast fare was a little lacking. The chafing pans didn't keep the food warm enough.

Staff went over and beyond to reunite me with a book I’d left behind by oversight. It was ‘shuttled’ to me 4 days later when I was flying out from St John’s Airport. Much appreciated.

Limited options for eating out in the vicinity.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet room for 3 people. Airport shuttle was excellent.

Bathroom spout/tap was too short for the vanity basin with lots of water pooling on the vanity.

People down smoking all hours of the night right outside your room if you’re in the front of the building you can hear every word they are saying, we were woken quite often on the Sunday night with people 12 and 1am outside

It was very clean breakfast was good. Purpose of stay was a treat for my 6 and 4 year old grandchildren. They loved the pool and the suite.

Arrived at the airport at1:45 a.m. Was told there would be a shuttle available if you called the hotel. Called, but qas sent to voicemail. Had to find a cab which was $20 for the 1 minute ride to the hotel. Asked at reception about the shuttle and rhey discovered that their phone system was unplugged. He seemed disinterested in our situation.

The staff felt really rude and dismissive of me. It felt like they didn't respect me because I naturally look younger and am Asian. They often didn't take my requests right away or left me for last. Also they were just not friendly towards me in general.
