The hotel was dated but clean.

Location was great. A walk away from emancipation Park, with Devon house and Bob marley museum about 24 minutes walk away. Food shops close by and a few bars as well.

Nothing we didn't like. The hotel is an older boutique hotel and it was being upgraded which is good. We still enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was tired-looking and in need of refurbishment. The room itself needs an air freshener to hide a damp smells.

I found the hotel pleasant; the staff were courteous, polite, and friendly; the hotel was very clean. This is a relatively safe hotel, which is good if you are travelling alone.

This is my second time visiting this hotel. My review this time around is mixed. The food was awful - I think you need a good chef who can actually cook. In light of this, I think you need to stock up and expand the variety of your snacks. I found the tv package used to be quite poor, with not enough variety. SAFETY ISSUES I slipped in your bath tub and hurt my foot, I would suggest you start using anti slip rubber stickers in your bath tubs, to prevent an accident happening and a potential civil law suit. I would also recommend the hotel have a FIRST AID KIT on site in case anyone, staff or client cuts or injures themselves. This is very basic simple requirement that the Hotel should have.

Breakfast was good - offering a slightly different menu each day location was great being walking distance from places of interest and transportation

On check in, we were advised that the gym was being refurbished and were not compensated or offered any alternative. We had chosen this hotel because it had a gym. The air conditioning was temperamental, the facilities team tried to mend a broken flap but this was only a slight improvement TV was bad quality with low resolution in both rooms We raised a security issue that was not followed up

Staff, front desk, restaurant, gardener n housekeeping, all did there jobs well.

Gate security needs to learn how to problem solve. Some persons/taxis stop in front of the lobby door to load their vehicles. There is a sign but it seems to get missed by guests. Maybe when he sees a car coming from the parking lot he can get out of his little guard shack n stop the cars before they stop in front of the door. Or let guests know when they are coming or going, not to park in front of the lobby door. Even though signs are there, they may be ignored because persons are both excited to arrive n depart. Or when cars come through the gate get out and direct the vehicles. Hope these suggestions help. Thanks.

Personnel sympathique malgré les problèmes logistiques.

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas durant deux jours, la piscine était fermée (je signale que j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine) et ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée à côté de l'ascenseur alors que j'avais demandé à être en étage élevé. Il a fallu attendre quarante minutes pour avoir une omelette au petit-déjeuner.

El servicio en el restaurante, al desayuno te dan un vaso de jugo super pequeño al pedir un poco más te cobran, el último día en la cena no tenía disponible gran parte de los platos.

The hospitality was top notch. From the time of pur check in to our check put, we felt taken care of and welcomed. The food was amazing (dinner and complimentary breakfast). My American wife loved the French toast and bacon. We love how it's in a cozy corner outside of the busy town. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Pas d'eau chaude. Jamais. L'eau est à peine tiède, même pas, à toute heure de la journée. Cela est vérifié dans plusieurs chambres Matelas queen size n'est pas assez long, mes pieds dépassent un peu alors que je ne mesure qu'1'80''. Le petit déjeuner inclu pour 10 dollars est vraiment misérable, ne vous attendez pas à grand chose, même un verre de jus supplémentaire est payant alors que celui qui est gratuit est servi dans un vert de 25 cl...!

I liked how central it was. It was comfortable and the staff was very responsive sobe and helpful to me and my family.

The big size room

The breakfast portion is extremely small, and guests are not allowed to take a second serving. The staff behavior was also rude and unhelpful during the stay. At around 1:30 PM, after already taking full payment, the hotel denied check-in stating that the room was not vacant. Eventually, they provided the room only at 3:00 PM, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Another disappointing issue was that complimentary water bottles were provided only once during check-in and were not replenished daily. Overall, the service standards and hospitality were poor and did not meet expectations.

Great value for money hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent choice of breakfast with complimentary hot and cold beverages. The room was well equipped with basic facilities and clean.

Les chambres sont basiques en terme de décoration.

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée et durant deux jours. J'ai eu des difficultés pour payer par carte bleue. La piscine était en traitement et donc inutilisable alors que j'avais réservé cet hôtel à cause de la piscine. J'ai attendu 40 minutes pour avoir une omelette au petit-déjeuner. On m'a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée alors que j'avais demandé une chambre en étage élevé au moment de ma réservation.

At the restaurant there is an old lady who was very racist towards us also served us stale fries when we ordered fish and chips.. All others were super nice so I let it go and would also return.. Especially Ms.Danniel at the front desk who was very friendly and my daughter adores her.

The hotel is a nice small hotel with good service and even it is clise by the emancipation park it is off the big roads and therefore quietly

The hotel needs to improve on their facilities in all aspects. That's all I have to say.

The bed was comfy. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and safe parking.

I like everything about this property. I’m a multiple repeat guest and I stay here everytime I’m doing business in the corporate area. It’s safe and convenient and great location to access everything.

Did not have anything that i really did not like. If I were to knit pick, the bed in my room was a bit small and I wish that there was the provision for room service (food delivery).However rooms are not far from restaurant so dining or collecting food was not a hassle.
