Breakfast was wonderful atmosphere was peaceful

Breakfast was excellent, location superb. The staff at the hotel is exceptional. I always feel right at home - I have stayed here often, and it is a consistently great experience.

The short visit

Suite was large n comfortable. Hot water shower heated up instantly, so refreshing not to feel cold water at first. Complimentary Breakfast buffet filling along with a paid Ala Carte menu as u see fit. Lots of choices. Front desk, restaurant staff n housekeeping were exceptional.

Grumpy bell hop who assisted me to my room. Sad. Felt sorry for him n still gave a tip. I told the front desk staff when I was leaving n they apologized. I hope he will do better on my next visit.

Hotel location is excellent. Hotel very comfortable, and climate control very good indeed. Staff very nice. Good Gym. I had a spacious room and lounge. Desk and chair for working is about the best I have experienced. Great value for money

The staff, for the most part, is always professional and warm, especially the front desk.

Some of the staff in restaurants not so warm. But its from tiredness.

Room was spacious and elegant! Felt comforting and relaxing!

Excellent, friendly staff who were hard working and accommodating. Very professional reception. Rooms were cleaned very well each day. Pool service was excellent. Property not too busy to enjoy yourself.

I thought everything was excellent and I can’t recall any part of my visit as being anything other than very good and this includes booking transport through the hotel. The only thing I would like to have seen are more Jamaican options for breakfast. You can have this, but it on a whole different paid menu. My relatives at a different hotel had great Jamaican breakfast as standard each day, which to some extent one of things that you go on holiday for.

It was a very pleasant experience...will book again for my January trip

The location and safety was on point.

The cold rooms and bed sheets that felt damp due to the cheap fabric conditioner that they use.

The staff and facilities are great, we did not have breakfast because of an early flight the next morning but we ate dinner at the restaurant the evening before as well as a drink at the bar before dinner, everything was excellent from the food to the service. The room was clean, neat and very spacious.

I would like a slightly bigger container of shampoo and body wash in the shower, it was a very small bottle that you needed to squeeze while standing in the shower, other hotels have these slightly bigger bottles which are fitted onto the wall and these are just refilled as and when needed.

I think the breakfast could have more options if Jamaican menu. This was only available through additional purchase. The breakfast options were more continental with very little Jamaican food choices.

All was excellent. Friendly, helpful staffs, great food, clean room/ bathroom. Well secured. We felt safe.

The plumbing. Just a little smell in the bathroom now and then. Done get me wrong, the bathroom was very clean. The smell is returning up from the drain.

I didn’t like the fact that Mr. Tumbo Haynes a representative over night find it hard to answer my question on the time the breakfast hours.

Outdated Bathroom a bit gross

The staff from the reception was awesome. Chantal and Jordan thumbs up. The restaurant Amoya excellent service. The bell boy everyone was great housekeeping was good. The one problem was the toilet and the AC. But to me these are fixable. The service was above and beyond. Keep up the great work guys!

Rooms were lovely! The pool facilities were great. Breakfasts were divine.

Maybe more towels. However as soon as I requested I got them.

Drilling noises in the afternoon for 3 days of the 5 days I stayed. I aaw Maintenance once. Asked for additional towels still not received any. Was told that the kitchen would not do additional scramble eggs for breakfast 40nminutes before breakfast time terminated. They did not cater for increased consumption due to a large group staying in the hotel

The location was right next to Emancipation park. However, local shopping, such as a grocery shop, was a distance away

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast. The staff was friendly helpful and courteous. We had breakfast on site every day. The restaurant is worth another visit because the menu is very interesting and everything we had was perfect. The rum and raisin cheesecake was the highlight.

The breakfast was less than i expected with limited choice. Location was very good and within easy reach of Devon House, Emancipation Park etc.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not as good or as varied as I was expecting. I hope it will be better soon

The breakfast was excellent, there was so much variety and it was good quality food. The view from our balcony was amazing, especially at night.

Good breakfast and convenient location.

The first thing you notice as you enter the hotel is the freshly fragranced lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, from security to the restaurant and pool bar staff. The food was genuinely excellent, especially the fish escovitch, which was one of the best meals I had during my trip. Drinks and room service were also very good. The room was comfortable, clean, and serviced daily, and the hotel had a pleasant overall atmosphere and scent. The location also worked very well for Carnival weekend.

The hotel is clearly older and some areas would benefit from upgrades and better maintenance, particularly the lifts and certain bathroom fixtures. The check-in process could also have been smoother.

The property had a great location and the staff made the experience even better.

I would just suggest a deeper clean/maintenance of the swimming pool to make the experience even better.
