일단 이멘시에이션 ㅍ ㅏ크? 근처라서 위치 좋고요. 전에도 이 근처 묵어본 적 있는데 근방에선 컨디션 제일 좋은 호텔 같아요.

다만 조식 종류가 좀 아쉬웠고, 조식 혹은 레스토랑 이용할 때 직원들이 집중하지 않는 것 같아서 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

The breakfast was on point. Delicious, tasty food. Loved the variety of choices.

Needs an additional washer and dryer.

Outside the gates desire some looking into with all those folks hanging around . Safety can be a concern if one needs to walk outside the campus

All the staff is so nice and sweet and very professional. The food was amazing the chef and the server are amazing and housekeeping are really sweet they made me felt really welcome. I was really sad to leave to go back home but I highly recommend staying here

Someone thought it would be a good idea to be hammering something extremely LOUD until 10pm. Sounded like someone was knocking on the door for 12 + hours in a row.. the place had so many problems this review would be too long

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the view overlooking the city, and easy access to Emancipation Park. We highly recommend this hotel!

The stay was great

The checking in and out process was quick and simple.

The room was spacious, with a nice set-up and clean. The rest of the installations are clean but basic for the price range.

The overall service and attention from the staff were not what one would expect for that price and being a Marriott hotel. The breakfast, although included in the rate (despite an attempt to charge for it in the restaurant and also in the hotel bill), was of low quality—both in terms of the products offered and their presentation. While it is a self-service setup and staff only serve coffee, they bring the bill shortly after guests sit down, explicitly pointing out the tipping for the minimal service provided. The front desk staff also lacked motivation and, in some cases, were noticeably rude and unhelpful.

The location was excellent. Front desk check in was awesome too. The bar didn’t have any rum at all for drinks. I found that odd seeing that there’s so much rum in Jamaica. I tried ordering chicken tenders for my daughter off the menu and they didn’t have any. This was around 5pm and not late. The room was clean The women’s restroom by the pool/patio was infested with mosquitos. They were everywhere.

Comfortabel room

Uninspiring soulless typical Amarican style hotel, the hotel did little to create a good vibe. My room was next to the elevators. That gave some noise. Bathroom needed some small repairs.

is right across the street from Emancipation Park witch is a nice place to exercise or relax.

Our go to when we are in Kingston. Absolutely love being so close to Emancipation park to get our jog on in the mornings.

Location was central. Very disappointed with the room very old nothing modern. Over price i think.

When I got there , I was told by the front desk that no reservation was there for me. Not before 10.30 pm that I could find another hotel. I am so dissapointed. Hope my card was deducted for a service I haven't use.

I had a great time it was very quiet and relaxing. Food was great. Some of the staff are friendly but needed to work on there customer service experiences.

Very clean comfortable hotel

I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel. There is a quiet and efficient vibe amongst the staff. The gym and pool were well appointed. The lobby offered ample seating with outdoor green areas for breaks and chats. The beds were comfortable, and clean.

I stayed at the hotel for a special event. Upon arriving, there was a wait time to clear the room. This is not all-inclusive, so be aware you will have to pay for food in the hotel. Honestly, just get food locally; it’s cheaper and better. The hotel food was decent but not worth the price. The room are nice and clean. Overall the hotel is safe and comfortable especially for solo or business travelers .

The accomodations were good. Exactly what you would expect from a courtyard by marriot, but nothing more. The room was clean and confortable. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Specially Rochelle. That said. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and sometimes even serving cold food. The pool bar was closed all of our stay and the pool itself was booked and off limits to guests due to a "private event" for two days, communicated by a paper under our door on the same Day of the event. Good for business travellers, not for vacations. Kingston has NOTHING to see or do, but thats not the hotel fault. We would give it a 3.5 but the staff was VERY friendly so we raise it to 4

The staff and services are amazing, location convenient for trip purposes. The restaurant and its menu selection are an all-time favorite. First choice for my dining options.

This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it. Emancipation Park was nice but only worth about 15 minutes of your time. Local Kingston culture is what you will find surrounding this area. The hotel is safe and has convenient parking with a 24/7 watchman.

Perfect spot opposite emancipate park where you can walk jog safely. Staff and management was very helpful and super friendly,engaging with you all the time. Perfect business spot, with spacious clean rooms. Bar/ breakfast staff was exceptional and we shared lotsa friendly cats and laughs
