El desayuno y el servicio de desayuno han sido buenos. Las instalaciones agradables y bonitos espacios.

El baño ha estado tapado y leyendo después reseñas coinciden en que no se ha resuelto ese problema desde mucho antes, cuando llegamos ya había basura en el piso. Las paredes y techos parecen de cartón, se puede escuchar el relajo que tienen huéspedes de habitaciones contiguas, además de que no se respetan horarios de descanso. 2:30am-3am se unieron ladridos al ruido ya de los huéspedes y no pararon hasta las 4:30-5am. Pésimo. Para lo que cuesta hospedarse, deberían tener mejores materiales de construcción.

La ubicación es perfecta porque está céntrico pero tranquilo. Las camas son cómodas, la habitación está bien decorada y, sobre todo, el desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Me dejé documentación en la habitación y amablemente me escribieron informándome.

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables, pero el chico que estuvo la primera noche no se portó bien: yo iba a pagar en el alojamiento (cuando llegase por la noche) la habitación que reservé para mi amiga porque era un regalo y así quedó por escrito mediante WhatsApp. Antes de que yo llegara, el chico le dice a mi amiga que tiene que pagar o no podrá ingresar a la habitación y a mí me dice que, si no llegamos antes de las 23:00 no podré hacer uso de mi habitación (que sí estaba pagada). Obviamente las chicas al día siguiente me dijeron que había sido un malentendido y que me ofrecían un postre para compensármelo. A la hora de salir, me cobraron dos cafés y dos jugos que también nos habíamos tomado en el desayuno, cosa que me pareció ridícula, sabiendo la tremenda metedura de pata que se cometió.

Great location. Staff was very nice, we had a misunderstanding but it was taken care of, great breakfast , nice property and close to so many things.

El lugar era precioso y muy bien ubicado. El desayuno super bueno y había bastante variedad. Todos muy amables.

El patio es precioso y agradecer la amabilidad y el buen servicio del personal del restaurante durante los desayunos. El desayuno es fenomenal! Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje el día que salimos, cosa que hemos agradecido mucho.

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones no se corresponden con el precio, son bastantes simples y sobrias. Definitivamente no se equiparan al precio por noche. El primer día estuvimos casi una hora esperando para acceder al cuarto ya que la hora del check-in era a las 15:00. Entendemos que la política del hotel sea así pero si el cuarto esta preparado no tiene mucho sentido estar esperando hasta el ultimo minuto… en general en resto de hospedajes nunca nos ha pasado esto.

El área de closet y lavabo, extraordinariamente pequeños, no me agradó el personal que atiende en los desayunos, aunque los alimentos eran buenos, no regresaría, no lo recomiendo

El hotel está muy lindo, el patio y el restaurante muy bonitos.

El hotel es muy bonito, funcional y con una excelente ubicación para visitar los sitios de interés del centro histórico de la ciudad.

El tema del estacionamiento, porque se entiende que está sujeto a disponibilidad y durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle, no le pasó nada pero si es un poco incómodo el hecho de que te digan que si hay un lugar disponible y luego ya no.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y nos sigue encantando. La amabilidad del personal, los desayunos es toda una experiencia, las habitaciones cómodas y súper limpias, en general da una sensación de paz el lugar

I enjoyed the food, it really changed our perspective of food and invited us to eat more healthy, the chef is amazing. The entire staff from reception to the kitchen they always greeted you with a smile.

The bed couching could be more comfortable, I did ask for extra pillow because I enjoy having more then two pillows, but staff said we couldn’t get more. I was hopping for more accommodations.

We loved the breakfast! Their staff were really kind. While not overtly elaborate, the rooms are comfy and functional, well maintained and well equipped with all the essentials—the amenities added to a very pleasant stay. The location is a strong point: it is within walking distance from the main spots in the city centre, yet far enough away to remain quiet and peaceful. There are also several nice places for coffee or drinks in the surrounding areas.

The hotel has an agreement with a nearby independent car park, which is very convenient in terms of distance, but it is not covered, so cars can become quite hot during the warmer months.

Me gusto mucho la tranquilidad que hay en el hotel, los desayunos son deliciosos, el staff siempre pendiente en lo que puedan ayudarte. Fernanda nos hizo la estadía muy cómoda y llena de recomendaciones todos los días.

El hotel es hermoso, amplio, muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y la atención es muy buena. El desayuno es muy rico, aunque deberían incluir opciones de café con leche que actualmente cobran aparte.

El baño de la habitación es muy pequeño e incómodo, se inunda cada vez que se toma un baño y las cortinas de la ducha en lo personal me parecen un poco antihigiénicas. El baño no condice con el precio de este hotel. La habitación si bien es amplia, es oscura y con mala ventilación. Cuenta con aire acondicionado pero deberían considerar incluir ventiladores de techo para mejorar la circulación de aire. El desayuno incluye opciones de infusión como té o café negro, pero si se desea pedir alguna otra variante como café con leche o fly white o cappuccino esta debe comprarse aparte lo que me parece una política desacertada.

La amabilidad de las personas. Fernanda en recepción tiene un excelente actitud de servicio y amabilidad. Pedro y Alexis muy bien en el restaurante. El desayuno extraordinario. Todo muy limpio. Las señoras del aseo son muy amables. La arquitectura y el mantenimiento del edificio extraordinario.

Para nosotros el are de oportunidad son las almohadas están duras, angostas y altas.

Bathroom was old and a bit small in size

Beautiful building with lovely terrace, plenty of space to relax. Spacious and comfortable room and great location close to historic centre. 24 hour reception and we were allowed to leave our bags on first and last day. AMAZING breakfast and all the staff in the restaurant were so helpful when we needed to leave early for a tour. Also very nice coffee shop attached.

Bathroom could be updated and it might be nice if breakfast started a little earlier

The building and especially the interior courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast - both food and service - was wonderful. The front desk staff helped me in organizing both my laundry service and a taxi to a nearby village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located.

It was unusual in my experience both working in and staying in mid-range hotels in Mexico that there was a limit to the amount of drinking water provided to guests (one small bottle per day). Unless I'm sleeping in a hammock on the beach, amenities such as drinking water and toilet paper are best included in the room price. I requested a check out time 45 minutes past the official check-out time that was denied. While neither of these complaints is major, these types of details can make a guest feel accommodated -- and for a hotel at this price level, these types of accommodations should be included.

The location. The breakfast was pretty good.

The property was missing amenities in the room and in common areas. The street noise was loud during fb the night. During my brief two night stay the neighbors dogs were continuously barking in the middle of the night. Apparently, the staff is aware but cannot do anything to stop the noise. I was woken up at 3am the first night and 5am the second night. The entire property was.

It is a wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly stuff. Very well located for sightseeing.

The mattress was a bit too hard for me. I have specific back problems.

The location was very convenient relevant to the historical city center sites. The daily breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel breakfast options we've ever had. Nathan and Brisa did a great job taking care of us every morning at breakfast and we really enjoyed chatting with them. The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very responsive to whatsapp messages. We also appreciate the guide they shared with us

La experiencia fue excelente, el lugar y la decoración elegida al detalle, el patio lleno de plantas es muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico y la atención de los meseros extraordinaria, la habitación muy limpia y agradable, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la atención del personal fue correcta. Lo recomendaremos sin duda.

Únicamente, nos hubiera gustado haber tenido la opción de tomar algo al llegar al hotel por la tarde, ya que llegábamos cansados y con ganas de hacer una pausa pero el bar cerraba pronto.

Old house with a courtyard, renovated and converted into a boutique hotel. Very well maintained and is a great choice of an authentic accommodation. Allows easy access to all points of interest and tour meeting locations. Breakfast is delicious and staff are welcoming and kind.

Breakfast starts at 8AM, and all day trips start at 8, so I missed breakfast everyday except the last day. It will be great if they started breakfast at 7AM Outside 8-11AM there is no coffee/tea available (not a big deal but something to consider)

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at . Beautiful inside room was excellent. Not a big hotel but quiet and perfectly decorated. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was better than anything I’ve seen. The food was fresh And cooked to order.

Nothing comes to mond

We hebben 4 nachten in XTILU verbleven. Het was een ideale uitvalsbasis om Oaxaca en de omgeving te ontdekken. Het ligt net buiten het échte centrum waardoor het er iets rustiger is, maar alles is perfect te voet te bereiken. De kamer is ruim en proper. Het ontbijt was gewoon fenomenaal!

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was sublime. Top marks for that The rooms were very nice albeit a few things would make them better.

It would be a big improvement if there were ways for guest to be able to hang their wet clothes in the bathroom area and dry them. Travellers don’t have the luxury of using washing machines, but can wash their clothes in the sink and then hang them in the bathroom. The rooms don’t have that available.

The courtyards filled with greenery were really lovely, the quiet area was much appreciated, and the breakfast offered a nice variation.

While the breakfast selection was good, the portions were too small for two adults. For the “choice of pork” dish in the room, I would also have expected more flexibility from the staff, for example being able to swap a coffee for another drink, or skip one item and choose two of another.

1) Breakfast - the breakfast was exceptional and better than in many European 5 star hotels we have stayed at. 2) Location - Hotel is a short walk to the centre of Oaxaca City and nearby many restaurants and bars 3) Quiet - The hotel was peaceful and the rooms very quiet at night 4) Cleanliness - everything was very clean and well maintained. All furniture was new and modern.

1) Private bathroom - Our bathroom (Room 110) could do with a makeover. At the very least the shower head and controls should be replaced as they are old and faulty.

Los desayunos muy ricos, de muy buena calidad y excelente sabor. El hotel en perfectas condiciones y con una ubicación muy cómoda para ir caminando a todos lados pues queda cerca de todo. El personal muy atento y servicial.

El cuarto en el que inicialmente dormimos, tenía un baño muy pequeño. La cama era matrimonial y me tocó una cama que se sentía vencida de un lado. Debo comentar que después de comunicar esto al personal a cargo, me hicieron el cambio de habitación de forma muy amable y sin ningún problema. El nuevo cuarto tenía dos camas matrimoniales.

The place to be a Oaxaca! Jardin bucolique et très jolie terrasse. Pas bruyant et à proximité du centre. Lit super confortable et petit déjeuner excellent!

La primera noche, no hubo agua caliente y el personal no pudo resolver hasta el día siguiente.

La tranquilidad del lugar, las plantas y los espacios en los patios y pasillos . El personal es amable y muy servicial. La ubicacion esta excelente porque se encuentra cerca del centro.

La regadera: tarda mucho tiempo en salir agua caliente, tiene unas cortinas de plastico que dejan que se moje todo el piso dentro del baño. Los horarios del desayuno son limitados, no pude tomar desayuno tres días porque mis actividades eran temprano y le hace falta una cafetera en la habitación.

We loved everything about this hotel, an oasis in the middle of the city. We were pleasantly surprised by it. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE and the staff are lovely. I would recommend to anybody. Its also walking distance to everything

El desayuno es espectacular y las habitaciones lindas, igual que el patio.

Para un viaje de trabajo, no lo recomiendo mucho, porque en las habitaciones no hay una mesa para trabajar y el internet no es suficientemente bueno para algunas llamadas (MS Teams me fallaba). A parte el desayuno tarda a veces 45 min en que entregan y eso para reuniones de trabajo no es muy favorable. Además empieza recién a las 8am y para nosotros era tarde para llegar a nuestras reuniones. De repente se escucha a la gente que llega muy noche, porque es un patio donde todos pasan y también en la mañana puede que se escuchen algunos ruidos del desayuno.

The roof top was great to relax and have a drink. The breakfast area well set up, the breakfast very good. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, also with tips for local restaurants and destinations. Location is excellent.

Everything was perfect. We could even change our room to upgrade to two beds, when one came availablel There are also extra rooms if you want to have a space to play cards or read.

La ubicación es fantástica. La habitación es correcta. Y el desayuno es correcto

Se debe realizar una modernización de las habitaciones sobretodo de los baños. Y deberían incrementar un poco el desayuno que pese a estar muy bueno es un poco escueto
