Breakfast is fresh and widely spread. Room is beautifully designed with heritage feel. Pool with small waterfall is amazing Must visit. Staff is polite and helpful in every way.

Espectacular

L’agencement et la décoration des bâtiments et des jardins, les terrasses et la piscine. Les tentes sont charmantes et les suites au-dessus de la piscine sont merveilleuses.

La salle de restaurant dans laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi n’a aucun charme et contraste avec le reste de l’hôtel.

Our stay at Ajit Bhawan was truly amazing. It is an outstanding hotel that reminds visitors of the glorious and luxurious times of olden times. Highly recommended

I like this property for it’s old world charm, it’s quiet beautiful gardens and it’s Raj heritage. So nice to come home to after a day out and about in Jodhpur. Alfresco dining available,and in house nice wine and attentive service. A unique swimming pool for those hot days.( with lifeguard ). Very well kept property. Not to mention the good breakfast.

I thought the food was not quite as good as what I expected of a hotel of this standard. Dinner menu. Although the breakfast was very good.

Food was good without being sensational

A lovely stay in a beautiful heritage setting. The rooms are arranged around peaceful garden areas, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a wide variety of options and great choices to suit different tastes. The hotel also offers a spa, which looked very inviting, although we didn’t have the opportunity to try it during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience with charming surroundings.

Originally we we in a rWe were initially given a room close to the restaurant which was quite noisy, but the staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly moved us to a larger, much quieter room, which we greatly appreciated. We emailed the hotel 2–3 weeks prior to arrival to mention the celebration and even raised it again at check-in. Despite receiving an email from the hotel at the time of booking asking if we were celebrating anything, there was no acknowledgment at all — not even a verbal response. The attitude at reception was poor, and the situation worsened when the reception manager phoned our room shortly after check-in, demanding immediate payment. We politely asked if we could settle the bill at check-out, as we planned to dine and drink at the hotel. This request was refused, and payment was demanded straight away, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Dining service was also disappointing. We were kept waiting for a table at dinner for two despite several tables being visibly available. After asking multiple waiters for a menu, we were eventually handed a card with a QR code rather than a proper menu. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor service means we will not be recommending this hotel to friends or family.

The new year gala dinner is ok but didn’t stay clearly how it arranged . Like the gym 24/7 The chef and waiters are all friendly .

It said there will be late check out when booked and the hotel didn’t offer late check out. There is no hot water on my last night of stay. The tour shared in the msg wasn’t included a guide and need to pay extra . The guide took you to their friends shop and you felt pressured not buying things .

We loved the atmosphere and comfort at Ajit Bhawan. The hotel is beautiful everywhere, from the lobby to the pool. Our room was spacious, the private courtyard was very handy, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The only downside for us was the evening live music on the lawn near the restaurant. It wasn’t our style, and hearing drums and music for hours wasn’t what we were looking for. We also didn’t love the dinner, but that’s a matter of personal taste.

We stayed in the tents which were fantastic.

A beautiful historical property and grounds. Excellent restaurant and very comfortable, luxurious rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. Stunning pool and seating areas .

Early bar closing times and availability of advertised drinks . ( This has been a coming theme across all the hotels we’ve stayed at though). Noise from the railway in the dead of night.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, truly amazing level of customer service.

All great, but top tier cost wise .worth it, but not a bargain

breakfast was very good spread and a perfect mix of local and global cuisine , the room was very aesthetically done with all amenities and comfort . The staff also arranged for a surprise birthday cake for my son 's bday and he will never forget teh experience of cutting his bday cake with a royal sword :-) The hotel interirors were very well done and a lot of greenery as well. we could hear birds chirping all along . it was a very good stay and i would highly recommend .

Room was perfect, we had outside space in a nice courtyard. Short walk to swim pool, restaurant and outside eating area.

The entrance reception area and the garden restaurant are beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the evening dance/ music

The reception staff when arriving / departing was unfriendly which is a pity as it affects the overall rating

It was all god and gave a luxury night tent camping vibes and swimming pool was good and the breakfast was so delicious.

A home from home experience in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Manicured lawns and immaculate well kept gardens.

Ingresso maestoso in un palazzo reale, siamo stati ricevuti da uno staff accogliente e ricco di attenzioni nei nostri confronti ( attesa del checkin in un meraviglioso salotto con drink di benvenuto). Molto belli i giardini interni e super la piscina, grande, pulita e scenografica. Colazione molto abbondante con ogni tipo di cibo pronto o cucinato al momento. La camera pulita con letto grande e comodo, il bagno con una bella doccia grandissima e molto pulita.

Purtroppo non c'era acqua calda per farsi la doccia e nel letto un piumone eccessivamente pesante per la stagione

Behaviour of dinning people was excellent

Reception need to upgrade as there was a communication gap between reception and room cleaner. Reception took time before they attended us. That's all

We have stayed here 4-5 times and this place always made us fall in love with it's beauty again and again. Staff is very polite cheerful and helpful. We checked out early in morning and they packed a very nice breakfast for us. ❤️.

Nice gardens. Room was nice but quite dark. None of the windows could really be opened. Spa is very basic. One room! I think more 4star than 5. Staff were great.

Breakfast was phenomenal with wide variety and choices

Considering we were three to a room, the room could have been a bit bigger. One roll-away additional bed was added and that made the room small.

this is a palace with part of the property inhabited by a royal family memeber. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and the lobby and common areas are amazing/sumptious. The food was great; the gym very good and the only drawback was the freezing pool! But it was january! Great hotel

Lovely hotel, the tent room was beautiful and the grounds all immaculate. Fantastic breakfast and staff.

The room was quite noisy as near the train station (and we were in a tent!) and the indoor restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere at dinner time.

Booked for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The gala dinner, though expensive was excellent, music, dance, food, drink and service was exceptional. We stayed in two of the luxury "Tents", which had all the amenities of a normal room and felt special. Close to shops and some restaurants, walking distance. Impeccable hotel, beautiful. Salon near by, really good gym. Winter so pool was out, but too cold in the evening.

We had a very nice stay in Jodhpur and Ajit Bhawan was exquisite. The stay the food and most importantly the service. Everyone took great care of us. In particular special mention must go to Byom Singh Ji who took extra good care of us and created an excellent dining experience. Would come back again.

Ambiance of the courtyard and lawns was amazing. The sit-outs were nice. Room was comfortable. Food was good. Reception staff was very courteous.

Our rooms 37 and 39 were located such that it was extremely noisy from the staff as well as other guests walking by till late at night. So try to avoid them. Most restaurant staff members were little intrusive and hovered around a lot for gratuity.

Good experience living in a heritage property. Clean room, unfortunately, the mattress was sagging and not very comfortable to sleep in. Filed a complaint with the manager who acknowledged it.

Shower did not work for hot water despite calls to front desk, technician visit and running it for 30 mins. Front desk essentially gave me an excuse saying they do switch it for early morning (was showering at 6.30am).

The ambience and how they made it and maintaining it. The small place but looks very big and managed very well . The evening live event was great and food is good .

The property is definitely old and could use a facelift. The service was flawless. The property itself along with room service lacked.

This is a heritage property located in the centre of jodhpur. Great location, charming courtyards, a fabulous pool, and good food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Chef went out of his way to offer us personalised attention after a minor faux pas at lunch on Day 1.

Information about the property is not very easy to find or not shared freely by the team - this can be a very good conversation starter and I am sure multiple stories can be found but remain hidden.

Everything was superb.

Really loved this hotel- Our Rajasthani-themed room had a tree growing through it! The bed/pillows/linen were sublime. The pool area is so beautiful, it is hard to drag yourself away from it. The service is impeccable - Just right. The staff seem to enjoy their work and are warm with each other, a very good sign.

Very nice indeed - had a great time , enjoyed the nightly traditional dancing and singing performance. There were a couple of minor things needed sorting in the rooms but these were dealt with swiftly , thank you!
