Super vriendelijk personeel. De accomodatie heeft een leuke sfeer. Mooie kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt en erg schoon! Airco werkt goed, lekkere douche. Ook zeker van belang: brede, comfortabele bedden. Elke ochtend een lekker ontbijt en in de middag zelfs nog wat gratis drankjes met wat snackjes. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum, je kan gratis fietsen lenen en zelf hebben wij veel gebruik gemaakt van Grab. Was echt heerlijk vertoeven hier!! Dikke aanrader als je het ons vraagt.

We hadden 2 nachtjes bijgeboekt en kregen toen de kamer naast/tegenover een family room aan het zwembad. Dit was enorm gehorig met geschreeuw en een constant slaande deur. Hier kan het hotel absoluut niks aan doen, dit lag aan het lawaai. We hebben toen gevraagd of er nog een andere kamer beschikbaar was en dit was geen enkel probleem. Eigenlijk dus geen minpunt!! Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en wil alles voor je doen. Daarna hadden we weer een super kamer!!

Appena fuori dalle Mura della città vecchia, ma in piena vera Thailandia. Stanza molto carina, in stile. Buona la pulizia e carina la piscina anche se piuttosto piccola. A disposizione bibite e snack nel pomeriggio. Ho molto gradito la colazione con frutta fresca, pane e marmellata, alcuni dolci e waffle da farsi da solo ma soprattutto molto buoni i piatti a base di uova da ordinare a la carta ma inclusi! Io tornerei domani!

Oda geniş ferah ve temizdi. Her gün yatak çarşaflarını bile değiştiriyorlardı ben çevreye duyarlılık adına 2 günde bir değiştirmeleri için rica ettim hatta. Konumu old town dedikleri yere yürüme mesafesindeydi ve get your guide turlarında hep araçla otelden alıma uygun olan merkezi bir konumda. Kahvaltıyı sipariş ediyorsunuz size özel sıcak servis ediliyor, ben kahvaltıyı yeterli buldum. Hatta 1 gece önce sabah erken tura katılacağım için kahvaltımı paket istedim. Sandviç, muz, mandalina, meyve suyu ve sudan oluşan güzel bir paketti. Havuza hiç girmedim küçüktü ama eğlenen çocuklar vardı. Hiç sivrisinek yoktu buna da çok sevindim.

L’établissement est très propre, le petit déjeuner est vraiment de qualité. Quand à l’hôtel, il est vraiment joli et proche du centre ville, je recommande!

Everything was great

Staff are lovely and accomodating, the bed is really comfortable and the pool is the perfect temperature. Breakfast was a great spread. We have stayed here twice now, some amazing local food nearby and easy to get to everything from here.

We hebben hier een week verbleven en hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Het is een fijne relaxte plek. De locatie ligt net iets buiten het centrum van Chiang mai, maar alles is prima te voet te bereiken. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je je echt welkom voelt! Ook het ontbijt was goed geregeld: je kom iedere ochtend uit meerdere opties kiezen! Daarnaast hebben ze vier fietsen tot beschikking!

Het enige kleine minpuntje voor ons was de airco. Deze zat op onze kamer direct naast het bed. Er zijn ook niet zoveel ligbedden naast het zwembad! Maar daar verzinnen ze vast op!

The staff was available 24 hours per day and they were very helpful all the time! Also the free beer and snacks in the afternoon are a nice plus.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Sehr nah zur Altstadt, aber trotzdem schön ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen.

Het bed lag top, niet te hard. Schone kamers vriendelijk personeel helemaal de dame bij het ontbijt.

Enige minpunt was dat de ligbedden bij het zwembad wat hard zijn.

De locatie is top! Mooi centraal voor diverse activiteiten en binnen de ring om opgehaald te worden.

Non siamo riusciti a riposare bene perché la nostra camera era accanto alla stanza degli inservienti, purtroppo gia dalle 6 del mattino si sentiva un gran rumore...fortunatamente vengono lasciati i tappi x le orecchie sul comodino per il canto del gallo che si trova accanto all hotel, il gallo è quello che fa meno casino sinceramente...

Ubicación del hotel cerca del centro . Se puede ir caminando . Los desayunos son geniales , te dan una carta para hacértelo recién hecho. Estaba muy rico !! Buena limpieza y cuidan cada detalle de la habitación. El trato del personal muy amables y educados , siempre ayudarte a todo.

En general, me gustó todo. Como única sugerencia, teniendo en cuenta que las excursiones empiezan a las 7 de la mañana y el desayuno también, normalmente no da tiempo a desayunar con tranquilidad. Eso sí, muy amablemente te preparan una caja de desayuno para llevar. Quizás, si el desayuno comenzara media hora antes, sería más cómodo para quienes tienen excursiones a primera hora.

חדר המשפחה די צפוף למשפחה... בבריכה הייתה מנורה משוחררת שפצעה את הבן שלי, הודענו לצוות אבל הם לא התרגשו במיוחד. ארוחת הבוקר די בסיסית, היו חסרים לנו ירקות/סלט, אבל הצוות מקסים ושמח לעזור ואפילו הביאו ירקות נוספים.

Goede locatie om de oude stad van Chiang Mai te bezoeken, prima en lekker ontbijt, mooie en nette kamers met zalige bedden.

In de fitness staan 2 toestellen en wat gewichten. De loopband is stuk en zakt in in het midden van de band, waardoor je niet comfortabel loopt. Het hotel lijkt er niet echt op voorbereid te zijn dat er veel volk is (weinig tafeltjes bij ontbijt, slechts 1 iemand die bediening, aanvullen, opruimen moet doen), slechts 6 ligbedden aan het zwembad... Dit terwijl er toch verschillende families in het hotel logeerden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 en het hotel biedt gratis fietsen aan, maar ze hebben er maar 4. Helaas!

The cleaning could have been better, specially in the swimming pool and in the bathroom in which you also didn’t have enough privacy, the water pressure was not enough… we could never fully fill the bathtub with that.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel à l’écoute. L’emplacement est bien, à quelques minutes à pieds des remparts.

Really great place to stay! I was here for 9 nights and the staff were really helpful with all my questions. Even gave me extra Pjs that fit without having to be asked.

Sometimes the cutlery in the room was just put back in its place instead of being replaced despite it have visible stains from being used (ie spoons and cups) but not a massive issue as they cleaned everything else really well.

I just loved my stay. Spacious room, spotless and daily housekeeping. Everyone is just very helpful and warm.

Das war mit Abstand das beste Hotel, in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die gesamte Anlage war einfach traumhaft. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war perfekt.

What I liked most about THEE was the overall experience. The concept of the hotel was thoughtful and inviting, the facilities were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. Together, these elements made it a place I truly enjoyed staying at

The only aspect I did not like was the extension process. I requested to extend my stay well in advance, and the staff agreed, asking me to complete the reservation online. However, after I did so, I was informed that I would have to move to a different room. Since I had arranged the extension ahead of time, I had expected to remain in the same room. While the move was manageable, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided with better coordination

Overall, we had a mixed experience. The highlights were definitely the breakfast and lounge service. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. While the buffet is fairly small, the included à la carte breakfast menu is excellent, and the complimentary afternoon snacks, Singha beer, soft drinks, and icy poles were a fantastic bonus. We also appreciated the spacious room, comfortable bed, complimentary linen pyjamas, warm pool, free bicycles, and the hotel’s location in the heart of the Old Town amongst the locals. It was also a lovely touch that part of the room rate goes towards supporting a blind elephant that the hotel sponsors.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. Check-in was inconsistent depending on who was working, and our room had several maintenance issues including mosquitoes, a squeaky bed, leaking tap and pipes, a shower head that needed descaling, and holes in the shower fly screen. The hairdryer failed after one use but was replaced quickly. An iron was available, although there was no ironing board. We were also concerned after other guests tried to enter our room on several occasions. Being in a local neighbourhood also meant dealing with noise from cats, roosters, and a rubbish collection point across the road throughout the night, although the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The Chromecast system feels outdated, and the “gym” is really just a treadmill and a few weights—we ended up using Pump Fitness nearby instead. Would we stay here again? Probably not. We absolutely would stay in this area of the Old Town again because the location is fantastic, but the combination of the inconsistent check-in experience, maintenance problems, noise, and security concerns means we’d choose a different hotel next time. If these issues were addressed, this could easily become one of the best places to stay in the area.

The suites are very comfortable. The location within the city is excellent, also if you are travelling by foot. The staff is very attentive. Especially Fa made our stay a precious memory for our kids.

Everything was as you would expect, clean comfortable room, excellent A/C. Breakfast was ok, not a huge lot of options but enough to satisfy most people. Location from my perspective was great. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

My only issue was with the shower. Hot water was a bit hit and miss. Governed I think by how many others in the hotel were using the hot water at the same time. Not a deal breaker and more than happy to stay here again.

This was a gem of a place. Comfortable bed, super clean. great Value. The overwhelming factor making this place special is the staff especially the kitchen staff who go the extra mile to make each guest feel special and welcome. An amazing place. If ever I were to return to Chiang Mai I would stay nowhere else.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’hotel è bellissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio: la piscina e il giardino creano un’atmosfera molto rilassante. La reception è splendida, elegante e sempre profumata al gelsomino, con un autentico stile thailandese che abbiamo adorato. Anche i servizi sono top! Palestra, biciclette gratis e persino una fascia oraria con soft drink inclusi, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, probabilmente uno dei più confortevoli che abbiamo trovato durante il nostro viaggio. La posizione è buona e comoda per visitare la zona.

L’accueil était super!! Nous avons été super bien accueillis et conseillés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous sommes tout près de la vieille ville et de toute l’animation. 10/15 «mn à pied c’est parfait. À côté du seven eleven.. L’attention pour nous proposer des petits déjeuners à emporter lors de nos sorties adaptés car moi je suis un peu compliqué..

La piscine n’est pas exposé plein soleil, mais elle est agréable quand même.

Staff friendliness and responsiveness, the design of the hotel, rooms etc., very comfy beds, convenience of being close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood, the nice touches in the room and the customer experience - i.e. white noise devices, the tea table set and tatami, option for ice bath etc.

The breakfast was OK but quite simple. The rooms have AC but the bathrooms have netted windows that can't be closed. We were there during the highest levels of air pollution in Chiang Mai and it was sometimes felt in the rooms.

Clean room, nice staff that speaks English, good location (2 minutes from old town) that is quite but close by the tourist attractions. We got a free upgrade because the room was available which is was really great! 10/10 good value for money.

The room was a bit warm and took some time to cool down when you turn on the aircon. Maybe it's because of the high ceiling (which makes the room look very nice though).

Located just outside the SE corner of the old city. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Afternoon complementary drinks and snacks was an unexpected bonus.

The property was very clean and pretty. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see local everyday life happening but still a few minutes walk from the center of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very very lovely and attentive, thank you for the amazing stay.
