Emplacement (bungalow) à 20 m de la plage et très calme malgré proximité de la ville. Très joli cadre, logement et jardin, j'ai beaucoup aimé. Pas besoin de voiture ou scooter, il y'a tout à proximité. Personnel très agréable. Je retournerai sans hésiter.

Pression d'eau faible , certainement dû à la restriction d'eau sur l'île car nous avons eu pareil dans le logement suivant.

Le personnel étais aimable, les chambres étais bien et confortable et le cadre était sympa !

Nous avons pris cette hôtel car il y avait une piscine mais quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était verte et fermé et quand nous avons demandé un geste le manager nous a dit que si on voulait ce baigner on pouvais même si la piscine étais verte et sale. Donc un peu dessus à ce niveau si nous avions su nous aurions pris un hôtel moins cher sans piscine.

- Super Lage direkt am Strand und belebter Straße, aber trotzdem ruhig. Unzählige Cafés, Restaurants, Massage Salons und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. - Sehr sauberes Zimmer - Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, damit wir mit Kleinkind nicht so viele Treppen hochlaufen müssen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam und nett.

- Der Pool war sehr dreckig. - Babybett trotzdem vorab bestätigter Anfrage nicht vorhanden (für uns Voraussetzung für die Buchung). Auf Nachfrage zunächst komplett verneint, dann hat man sich bereit erklärt sich am kommenden Tag um ein Babybett zu kümmern. Nur nach sehr viel Diskussion war es möglich noch am Ankunftstag ein Babybett zu bekommen. - Im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass den Gästen sowohl Handtücher für den Strand als auch Kinderspielzeug für den Pool zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Beides wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. - Da beim Check-in niemand um die Zahlung für das Zimmer bat, gingen wir davon aus, dass wir beim Check-out zahlen müssen. Am dritten Tag hatten wir eine Mahnung im Zimmer liegen wegen Zahlungsverzug ohne dass uns ein einziges Mal jemand darauf angesprochen hätte.

Towels especially beach towels had seen better days and sunbeds need replacing. However great value for money paid...you get what you pay for

Very clean beach bungalows less than a minute’s walk from the beach. We liked the fact that the beach bungalows were semi-detached with no one above us. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed. The grounds and rooms were kept immaculately clean by polite, hard-working staff.

ВСЁ!!!!! Расположение ТОР! Магазины, аптеки, стирка, лавки, массажи, всё рядом. У нас был апгрейд до бунгало, самый первый слева. Идти до моря примерно секунд 40) всё чистое, бассейн есть - не любим, все в пальмах, цветах, птички, кошки, лягушки. Пляжные полотенца меняй хоть в день по 10 раз. Уборка каждый день. Каждый день на постели свежие цветы. Матрасы жёсткие. Ребенку поставили раскладушку с высоким жёстким матрасом. Номер достаточно большой. Вода шла прекрасно. Ресторан при отеле с птичками, хорошее большое меню, вкусно готовят. Хотели остаться еще, но у нас уже был оплачен следующий отель на Чавенг-ной Жалеем, на Ламае гораздо ЛУЧШЕ ВО ВСЕМ!

Kunne vært en heis, men vi fikk hjelp med bagasjen opp i 2 etasje så gikk helt fint

Vi elsket plasseringen og stilen. Fine Bungalows. Alltid rent og pent. Personale var hjelpsomme og vasket bra. Vi ble overrasket med en ny håndkle figur hver dag som gjorde oppholdet ekstra morsomt og koselig🥰 elsket det!

Das Hotel liegt zu Fuss 5 Minuten von Restaurants, Bars, 7/11 und Nachtleben. Direkt am Strand. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat jeden Tag eine neue Figur mit den Handtüchern kreiert, mit Blüten dekoriert.

Das grösste Ärgernis waren die 3%.Aufschlag bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war alles andere als freundlich. Eine Nacht gab die Klimaanlage den Geist mit einem Knall auf. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich zwar den Bungalow wechseln, aber diese Nacht herrschte Sauna.

l'accès direct à la plage c'est top, le parc de verdure au milieu des bungalows, la piscine est réellement un plus. le personnel est très agréable et serviable. le confort de la chambre est bien.

Отличный отель по соотношению цены и качества. Я жил в улучшенном номере. Отель находится на первой линии, вход в море хороший, без камней, глубина появляется не далеко от берега - можно очень хорошо плавать. С отелем граничит ресторан с хорошими завтраками (с 7:30) и обедами. До ближайшего круглосуточного 7-11 три минуты пешком, есть массаж у отеля на пляже и прямо у входа. Можно взять скутер а аренду прямо в отеле.

Bed was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t use the pillows, too high, woke up with stiff neck. My key broke in the lock ( out of reception hours 8am / 5pm) no info to say who to contact when there was an issue out of hours, eventually found someone who spent over an hour trying to fix it and in the end gave me keys to another room for the night ( all I had on me was my beach bag) and a new lock ( which it needed as I had issues with it all week) was replaced in the morning

Fantastic location just off the beach and in a good spot on Lamai. Nice porch for the bungalow. Cleaning staff to an amazing job, including lovely towel design with a fresh flower.

Bad WiFi so difficult to do work calls. Low water pressure in the shower.

Nous avons été surclassés avec bungalow donnant sur la plage et la piscine l hôtel est très calme le personnel agréable dommage qu ils ne fassent pas le petit dejeuner

Les serviettes de plage ils utilisent les vieilles serviettes de bain donc on s est retrouvé avec des serviettes trouées

Accès direct à la plage , piscine très propre. L'endroit est calme et accueillant. Nous avons eu la chance d'etre surclassé dans un bungalow proche de la plage.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand. Alles war sauber und angenehm, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Liegen am Strand sind alt und die Auflagen schon kaputt. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert – ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Super proche de la plage, au calme malgré que ma chambre était proche de la rue, et aussi localisé sur le coin le plus calme de la plage. La présence d'un balcon pour faire sécher ses affaires de plage et prendre son café le matin. Le ménage était super bien fait, avec même les serviettes repliées comme le premier jour tous les jours. J'ai pu accéder à la chambre avant l'heure officielle du check-in et profiter de mes vacances tout de suite :D

Il y a une surcharge si on ne paye pas en cash, or je n'avais pas prévu le coup.

Tout. Le bungalow, (bien équipé intérieurement et extérieurement avec sa petite terrasse privée), le personnel, la propreté du bungalow et du complexe. La piscine et la mer aux pieds des hébergements. Plage superbe. À 2mn du centre ville avec restaurants, bars, boutiques. J y reviendrai

Super hôtel idéalement situé, avec la piscine donnant vue sur la mer...pour une fois, l'hôtel était plus beau en vrai qu'en photo. La piscine paraissait petite sur les photos mais elle était très bien 👍 la literie c'était top ce qui n'est pas gagné en Thaïlande et la chambre était grande avec des rideaux bien occultant. Tout était parfait 😍

Bella struttura, al centro di Lamai in ottima posizione per i ristoranti sulla spiaggia e nella via principale. I bungalow sono veramente belli e sul viale che conduce alla spiaggia. Gli alloggi nella struttura principale sono nella media. Per poche decine di euro conviene fare l'upgrade

La tenda nel bagno potrebbe essere sistemata meglio, si allaga tutto ogni volta che si fa la doccia. Mancanza di comodini e prese della corrente affianco al letto e sulla scrivania, così da poter utilizzare il bollitore solo in bagno. Piccole cose migliorabili

Great resort. Central to everything in Lamai. On the beach plus there is also a small pool. Superior rooms are excellent. Staff awesome. Tookta on reception was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Ill be back.

The location, a 5 minute easy walk to the beach is really good. I had a little terrace, which was nice.

The rooms in the main hotel (not the cabins) are very dark and out-dated, but reasonable for the price I paid.

The Hotel is literally less than a minute to the beach where there are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. TT at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily. The room had a balcony with chairs and a table. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable. Literally everything you need, laundry, food (some of the best food in Samui) fun was within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a hidden gem. I will go back.

Rooms were okay in the need of an update but did the job . pool and beach area was lovely , had our own private beach to the hotel.

The bar wasn’t open

The location in Lamai was excellent. It is close to good restaurants, shops and has easy beach access. The beach was also very clean and they cleaned the pool daily. We booked 2 rooms and the one room was in the reception wing and the other in an adjacent wing. Both were nice. The water pressure in block C was not very strong but that did not bother us. It was great that there were kettles and bar fridges. The cleaning ladies folded our towels differently every day with a hibiscus flower. Such a nice touch. The wardrobes were large which is another bonus for me. Although other reviews stated the bad condition that the pool and beach lounges were, we found that it was okay. It will be great if the hotel replaces that. Communication with the receptionist was very effective. Their working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. We booked in just before 17:00 and the lady was very friendly.

If you want to have a quiet island experience that will not be the hotel for you. My reason is that there are lots of shops around the premises. It is really a busy street. We did not hear the cars though. It might be difficult for elderly people to carry their bags 2 or 3 flights up if their room is on the 3rd floor.

Direct access to the beach and ocean! The hotel is just next to the town center and all the activities.

The room was quite worn. The interior is really specific (old style). The bathroom was not great. There was some smell from the outside (back of the house).

We liked the hotel's central location in Lamai Beach. You can reach Grandmother's and Grandfather's Rock with a short walk alongside the beach and enjoy further walk to Lamai Viewpont with a cable car and restaurant with spectacular coastal views. We liked the seclusion from the main street and quietness at night. On rainy days we appreciated the closeness of the restaurant, where we could have breakfast and buy some buns without getting wet. Hotel has the private beach access and free sunbeds/umbrellas what is a bonus. Rooms have big verandas with a table and 2 armchairs and balcony windows mosquito nets. A bungalow is spacious enough for 2 persons. You get 1 water bottle per person for free every day. Cleaning personnel is smiley, kind and does the job excellently and the receptionist is very responsive and communicative. We were able to park our rental car inside the property, what was very helpful as parking in the main street is almost impossible.

There is a noisy refurbishment work on one of bungalows from 9 am-6 pm, but for guest active during the day it is not a big problem. A hotel beach bar was not open.

Wir hatten einen Bungalow, der war recht großzügig und geräumig. Die Betten sind wie fast überall in Thailand recht hart, das Kissen war gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, Pool ist vorhanden. Es sind zu wenig Liegen am Pool und Strand vorhanden, die Auflagen der Liegen sind schon sehr alt und sollten erneuert werden. Schön bepflanzter Garten. Direkte Lage im Lamai Zentrum und trotzdem nachts leise, zumindest in den Bungalows. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal !!! Der Nachtportier, ein älterer Mann (der eigentlich im Ruhestand wäre) hat uns nachts um 1 Uhr den Ersatzschlüssel für unseren Bungalow in Rekordzeit besorgt (da wir den Bungalow-Schlüssel verloren hatten). Mit Übersetzungsapp klappte auch die Verständigung mit dem Nachtportier sehr gut. 5 Sterne für den Nachtportier. Dafür dass das Hotel nahe des Lamai Bar und Rotlichtbereichs liegt kann das Hotel nichts. Am Strand 300m vom Hotel entfernt kann man Jetski leihen, ich fand das Klasse. Den Lärm der Jetski (die nur weiter draußen fahren dürfen) hat man eh am ganzen Lamai-Strand. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für Roller/Scooter.

This was my 4th visit to Marina Beach resort, I love it there, right on the beach and close to the nightlife too. Always happy to stay there when I'm in Lamai.

The location is great right on the beach and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and the room and balcony are a good size.

The bed was very hard it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete.

Whilst a bit tired, the rooms are clean comfortable and have an outdoor space to sit. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, atm, laundry and mini mart. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great location, near the beach. And also next to the main Lamai street, with all attractions. Free parking for bikes.

Air condition not very powerful, but it is ok, since it can work when you out. Very few power outlets in the room.

Great location at beach. Stayed in hotel section (cheaper) near street but all good and access to all facilities at resort eg. umbrellas, pools etc. highly recommended

Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. The staff are very warm and friendly. Be aware the reception is only covered from 8am until 5pm. So any issues outside these times need to wait until the next day.

The property needed more sunloungers, there weren't enough and some were quite broken. There wasn't any policing of the 'no towels' on sun lounger policy so even in early morning most were occupied by invisible people on their towels!

Unfortunately there were nowhere near enough sun-beds for the size of the hotel, and half of the sun beds on the beach were broken in half!

The hotel is really good, comfortable beds and the pool and beach access are great. You must try “Will wait” the restaurant

Our checkin was just giving us the keys this is really rare in Thailand we’re they gave you a very warm welcoming. -1Wifi doesn’t work well on D rooms. What I really do not understand is that people “reserve “ sun beds but they don’t use it more Than 1 hour per day, I know this is not hotel fault but they should do something cause there re enough for everyone. You can see the photo about 8/9am all empty just w towels.
