Overall the property was ok albeit far from Asia Mall and St. Luke. The traffic used to get congested in the afternoon so expect longer time to arrive.

More vegetarian options for breakfast.

The lounge was comfortable and well-maintained. Food and beverage options were decent, and the staff Zavier and Teody were courteous.

Great ambiance, great food especially peking duck and fried rice. Pleasant atmosphere and just well lighted. Best with large groups and families but also good for couples or smaller groups

I order hot ham that usually i used to order so i know the kind of bread they give sandwhich an ordinary bread i went here because of this ham and parmesan bread in used to order eventually it was out of stock so why they didnt inform earlier when inorder coemnthis marco polo hotel and service is like this and crew even bump his hand soundly so why impolite u can review ur cctv at 1 pm to 1:19 pm i think now a days different service. Imagine i live malate i came here to eat this ham sandwich i travel an hour just be serve like this so i waited too long lost my appetite

We had the most amazing experience in Marco Polo, from checkin to room service, to the continental lounge where first class service was provided by Maica, Shai and Teody. We will make sure to come back again since this is the most memorable time we have.

During our stay at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the Flow Indoor Pool team. In particular, Mr. JM Morgan, Tan, and Kenneth went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When they noticed I had a cough, they thoughtfully offered me hot tea with lemon, which was both soothing and effective. The pool facilities and surrounding areas were impeccably maintained, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I had an amazing stay at Marco Polo. This is our official hotel for work travel in Manila and it exceed every expectation possible. Great service overall. The premier suite was excellent. Room service was highly respectable and gave quality service of cleanliness and care. I wish the pool opened sooner for more time for breakfast and workout to maximise time there. But would totally return.

Location wise, it is accessible for us since we live in Pasig. Atmosphere here is quiet and not so crowded.

The dinner service I had was disappointing. It was completely different from the dinner service I had last year and the dinner services I had years before. I hope that things will be better next year.

Teddy, Max, Jano, and Omar was great, gave a real relaxing atmosphere and was always there either to assist, clear used plates, refilling water, and many more. Overall, a great experience and will come back again.

Upon arrival at the continental club, we were greeted by great service of Maica and Aila. Easy and fast checkin. In the lounge area, Azi and Maica gave us excellent service as well. Food tastes great as well esp the cocktail hour.

I stayed at Marco Polo Ortigas from June 11–12 and would like to share my experience regarding the check-in process. I arrived at around 1:00 PM and spoke with Khate at Guest Services. She informed me that my room was not yet ready because the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. I completely understood this, as I was only hoping that an early check-in might be possible, which some hotels occasionally allow. I was willing to wait and respected the hotel's policy. At around 2:10 PM, I approached Tin to check on the status of my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that it was still not ready. While I remained patient, I was already becoming concerned since the official check-in time had already passed. By 3:00 PM, I approached Marj and explained the situation. She immediately stood out because of her professionalism and excellent customer service. Even before I expressed my frustration, she clearly understood the inconvenience I had experienced and handled the situation exceptionally well. Although the room was still not ready, her approach was completely different. She sincerely apologized, offered me a complimentary drink while waiting, and even arranged a late check-out until 3:00 PM the following day as a gesture of goodwill. Among the three employees I spoke with, Marj was the one who truly demonstrated the level of service I would expect from a five-star hotel. She showed empathy, initiative, and genuine concern for a guest who had been waiting for an extended period. On the other hand, I felt that Khate and Tin could have shown more concern and proactive service, especially knowing that I had already been waiting well beyond the official check-in time. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience, an apology, or an offer of assistance would have made a significant difference. While I appreciate Marj's efforts in turning the situation around, I believe there is room for improvement in how delayed room readiness is communicated and handled. As a guest staying in a five-star hotel, I expected a more consistent level of customer care throughout the experience. I would also like to commend Ms. Marj for the outstanding service she provided during my stay. Her professionalism, empathy, and initiative transformed what could have been a very disappointing experience into a positive one. I sincerely hope that Marco Polo Ortigas considers recognizing or rewarding Ms. Marj for her excellent customer service. Employees like her embody the true meaning of five-star hospitality. Recognition for her efforts would not only be well-deserved but could also inspire and motivate other team members to consistently deliver the same level of exceptional service to guests. This was our second time staying at Marco Polo Ortigas, this time to celebrate our son's birthday—and honestly, it did not disappoint! The Continental Lounge is hands down our favorite part. I had a nice and relaxing stay at Marco Polo, from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and all the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, quiet and well cleaned and maintained. Inside the hotel there's a spa we visited and the experience was great, relaxing and unwinding. Hotel's Concierge was so helpful, they helped us book a daytrip out of town, thanks to them we had a really fun day with lots of good sightseeing. Breakfast is delicious, lots of different foods to choose from, anyone should find something to their taste.

We had a wonderful experience at Marco Polo, and one of the highlight is the continental club experience. We enjoyed both the afternoon tea and cocktail hour as their food and drink selections are really good. We also appreciate our servers, Teody and Xeignth, as they've been very welcoming and attentive, and ensures that we are attended to at all times. The room is also spacious, clean and relaxing, which is what we came here for. Marco Polo is always our go-to hotel whenever we want to celebrate an event or just simply relax. Best bar ever, the bartenders were amazing the service was amazing they made it feel like we were home especially Francis he was best. When our group was up there we were excited to see Francis he gave us good hospitality and was a good friend to. If I do ever go back I would love to see him again

Nothing except on our last day. Guided by the assigned waitress. She took our order but for more than 15minutes, she never get back and saw her assisting look like American. Manager came to us and apologized but didn’t confront this waitress. Wow. The management should look on this matter deeply and remove those unethical person. April 30, 2026 incident.
