Seatanbul Hotel

Location was excellent to most of the big tourist attractions. Such as Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia.

Nothing I didn’t really like it’s what I expected for a budget friendly hotel.

Not much.

Not much the room was nothing what we booked from the photos. The room we got was at back of the hotel there was a train line that ran along the back of the hotel and the view was the train line. On the balcony was a 45 L drum with a whole drilled in it where the umbrella was sitting in. The room was old and needed a lot of TLC. There was no bottled water in the room. The bar fridge door was hanging by one hinge. The only nice thing about the room was the bathroom.

LOCATION was great, and staff was helpful. I recommend it

Местоположение и вид из номера были шикарными. Доброжелательный персонал, уборка в номере отличная. Тихий и спокойный район. Из номера даже с балкона не слышно вой имамов из мечетей, что не могло не радовать. Магазин от отеля на первом этаже круглосуточный, продают алкоголь, ресторан на первом этаже с шикарным видом и обслуживанием, цены как везде.

Реальность не всегда соответствовала фотографиям. Ремонт старый, номер "уставший". Подушки очень жёсткие. Шум поезда, линия проходит прямо под балконом.

Location is very good. Close to tram station, close to a lot of must-visit places, close to the seafront.

I've been in total in 4 rooms. One had a broken toilet flush. Like not working at all from the start. The other one had top lights not working and constantly leaking toilet and leaking shower. The other one had leaking shower.

اولا اعطوني الغرفه اللي بالقبو اطلاله عالمترو صوته مزعج جدا باب البلكونه ماينقفل بالمفتاح فكان الوضع غير مريح طلبت غرفه مطله ع البحر اعطوني غرفه ع الغابه والمترو لايوجد مصعد فيها بار وخمور مافيه ماء للشرب مجاني الغرفه اللي بالقبو تدخل عليك ريحة الطبخ كانك بوسط المطبخ نايم المطعم اللي بالفندق غالي حتى الماء بفلوس

Totul! Aproape de obiectivele turistice, vedere la mare, curățenie. Camere mari. Personalul prietenos. Terasa extraordinara.

The stairs to the room

Close to blue mosqee and haga sofia, 1.3 km to grand bazar. We walk everywere. Staff frendly, help us with street parking.

The room with a view on Marmara Sea. 5 min walk to The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, and 17 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. Yet quiet area. Very comfortable bed and big room, with details of traditional Turkish style. They also have a travel agency and a shop. Good prices. And I could park the car on the street.

What's not to like?

Location and staff! Ali’s restaurant recommendations were great and he helped me set up a wonderful hammam experience. Everyone was so considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Istanbul and the location and staff of Seatanbul had a lot to do with it!

Comfortable and well positioned. Very helpful staff. Location on a quiet road and elevated so some views of the sea - especially from the restaurant. Not far from the Blue Mosque area with an extensive tourist shopping arcade on the way. The other way here less touristy areas of the city with mosques and parks and along the seafront some good looking fish restaurants ( bit of a walk!)

Only drawback no lift so access to upper rooms by stairs. Staff, though, will help and take luggage up and down.

Hotel très propre très bien situé (20mn du Grand Bazar, 10mn de la Mosquée Bleue...), personnel adorable, serviable et de très bon conseil

The location is very nice. Close to the main Old City sight seeing. Also, the view from the room's balcony was overlooking the seaside.

The shower drain did not work properly at the hotel. And the staff did not fix it. The shower was not clean either. There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you're staying on the top levels, its not very convenient to get upstairs. The staff definitely wanted a tip for everything, even allowing snacks into the room.

I was in this hotel with my family a few days ago. A wonderful, small hotel in a convenient location in the center of Istanbul. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The staff is polite and helpful. They help with everything. The rooms facing the street are quiet, and the sea has a nice view from the second floor. When I'm in Istanbul - I will stay there again!

La stanza era come da foto, vista mare bellissima, staff eccezionale, tutto molto curato. Posizione ottima praticamente a ridosso della Mosche Blu, cosa dire……consigliato!!!!!

Amazing stay in Istanbul! The sea view room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset 🌊✨ The hotel restaurant was also one of our favorite parts — delicious Turkish food, great atmosphere, and enjoying dinner with that beautiful view made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely a place I would love to come back to again!

Magnificent view, top location, large room, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice, tasty food, great terrace with a view.

Nothing, really.

Petit hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, il y a un petit restaurant avec une jolie terrasse qui donne côté mer. Il est en plein centre avec tous à quelques pas. Le personnel, (que des hommes) sont vraiment très gentils.

La chambre est petite et vieillotte. les draps étaient sales avec des poils de … , sous le lit ont a pu constater que ce n’était jamais nettoyé. Le ménage est très négligé. Le pire c’est la mauvaise insonorisation. Nous entendons les gens parler et autres dans les chambres d’à côté. Très désagréable.

The location is perfect for visiting all the main sites in Sultanhamet, but in a quiet little street. The staff were all really nice and friendly. And we had a delicious meal in the little restaurant and drinks on the outside terrace which we enjoyed. Very good value for money.

The room was fairly basic, towels quite old, and the bathroom smelt a bit of drains when the door had been shut for a while. But we had everything we needed - there was air conditioning and free shower gel etc - considering it’s only a 2 star hotel it was really nice, and very good value.

Location is near to main attractions

They seem to be running the property more like a hostel, you have a place to stay, but basic amenities aren’t provided, not even something as simple as a bottle of water.

Dirty and too noisy. I can’t sleep because of people in the restaurant downstairs chatting till 2 am. Even hotel personal stayed on the street and loudly chatting. Strongly don’t recommend staying in that hotel.

Everything was great! Hosts were really helpful with everything we need! Real close to centre,market at hotel,camera clean,lots of playful beautiful cats!

Nothing, the positive reviews are bought. There is no way anyone would give a positive review for this hotel. They need renovation and maintenance.

This place is fraud and a scam. The pictures do not match the rooms in reality and the staff is unhelpful towards any issue. Our room’s shower was broken, toilet seat was broken and when we complained about it the staff didn’t even check and said that the previous guests didn’t have any problem with the room. There is minimal soundproofing and you can hear every passing car and train, plus the music from next door pub. We had to leave the hotel next day as it was unliveable.

Perfectly located, offers all the basics without any issues with a very friendly staff 24/7. Accessible to the bay and walkable distance to everything in Istanbul that tourists come for.

I think there is some confusion pictures where I book room with balcony but hotel team told me it’s glitch from booking.com so just double check details before booking

Pet friendly, the location is very good, seaview as advertised, only the additional cleaning fee for the dog was set a little high at first.

There was a power outage in the evening for around 2 hours, unfortunately the backup generator didn’t work. -1 point, easy to fix it guys!

Kein Aufzug (3 Etage für ältere Leute schwierig) und das Putzen des Zimmers erfolgte erst nach 3 Tagen und mehrfachen Erinnerungen

Были 21-23 марта. Отель расположен на тихой улице в пешей доступности основных достопримечательностей, Маленькая София, АйСофия, Голубая мечеть, трамвай и т.д. - добраться можно куда хочешь. Вид сумасшедший из окна - море, корабли, набережная! Балкон застекленный, можно сидеть и отдыхать. Погода правда была дождливая, но это ерунда. В номере очень тепло. Кровать с отличным матрасом, не мягкий и не скрипит, спать очень удобно. В номере чисто и убирают. Единственный минус - это душ, он требует замены, льется из лейки из на голову. нет лифта, может быть трудным подьем некоторым людям. Но в основном это просто отличнейший выбор и соотношение цена,качество

Este un hotel care ma surprinde de la an la an. Mergem la acest hotel din anul 2021. De anul acesta au deschis propriul restaurant, care are si terasa cu vedere spre Marea Marmara. Meniul este foarte bun, foarte diversificat la preturi acceptabile. La solicitare puteti servi mancare chiar pe terasa camerei dvs. Camerele sunt foarte curate, se face curatenie si se schimba prosoapele in fiecare zi. Unele camere au terasa generoasa inchisa cu geamuri mari, culisante cu vedere spre mare. Incalzirea se face cu calorifer, exista si aer conditionat. Semnalul wi-fi este foarte bun. Personalul este foarte amabil, de fiecare data ne dau recomandari in privinta petrecerii sejurului in mod cat mai placut. Pot fi achizionate excursii sau vizitari la obiective turistice chiar de la receptia hotelului. Vom reveni cu drag de fiecare data cand vom avea ocazia.

O mica problema ar fi parcarea, datorita faptului ca strada este foarte ingusta. In masura posibilitatilor personalul de la receptie incearca sa rezolve aceasta situatie. Dar, evident nu este vina hotelului.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for? Affordable, amazing location, amazing staff, safe room. If I was looking for more, I would have paid for more!

Вид из окна просто отличный! 😍 Администраторы доброжелательные и позитивные. Номер хороший, мебель уже старенькая, но в большинстве отелей в Стамбуле так же, нас это вообще не напрягало. Расположение удобное, 5 минут до голубой мечети, 10-15 до гранд базара. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Отличный отель, приедем еще🥰❤️

Very central for the Old City, but tucked away in a quiet backstreet. We had a lovely sea view from our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed a meal on arrival in the cosy bar area and had breakfast on the terrace a couple of days, watching all the boats coming and going. You can book on to tours at the hotel reception, which also has a travel agency, jewellery store (!) and convenience store open 24/7. Comfortable bed.

Stairs are a little tricky for the less mobile traveller, could benefit from a handrail on the outer wall of the spiral. I am recovering from a leg injury and managed okay, with care.

Couldn't book another night online because of something to do with my vpn. I'm told you can't book using booking. com in Turkey when in Turkey .

The apartment was nice and simple. The location was very good and close to all the monuments! The bathroom doesn’t have a window. The staff was very happy and helpful during the visit. The closet was very small but ok we found a way.

Good location, sea view bar, and roof terrace. Friendly staff. Walking distance to attractions. Can see trains, cars and boats passing by. Very good breakfast paying separately.

Noise from the main road and railway line at night, and smoking smells;walls are not very soundproof, but it is an very historical district.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There are tons of restaurants and some bazars within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself has delicious food, though it is on the pricier side.

My one complaint is that it’s more than 10 minute walk to the main tram stop that takes you to most of the rest of the city (e.g., the ferry, the train station).

I not have a breakfast but food was so nice👌 fish soup brilliant 😋 and everything else very good 👍
