Correct, chouette atmosphère mais une chambre dont l'entrée est la salle de bains. pas d'ascenseur et aucune aide pour les bagages. Chouette petit déjeuner

The only issue was some noise from the street. Unfortunately it was too warm to close the windows. This wasn't the hotel's fault. It was just the day it was. Due to the buildings age and character it wouldn't be possible to put in AC. So the fans provided are the only air flow on hot nights.

This place has a fantastic location. We found it easily, using the satnav, and were able to park in the road near the hotel. It’s right on the edge of the historic centre, near some very nice restaurants. The lack of a lift could be difficult for some, but the hotel has great character and charm. Breakfast was plentiful, and was served in a lovely dining room. There’s no aircon, but we had a fan, which helped us to sleep on a very hot night. The position means that you do hear street noise and the trams passing close by, but at night it all quietens down and we both slept well. I’d recommend it to anyone who likes a hotel that has its own distinctive style.

Can’t think of anything. The lack of a lift and aircon are made plain before you book, so if these are important to you, maybe look elsewhere.

The hotel is very well located for sightseeing, restaurants and close to the train station. The decor in our room was lovely and bed comfy.

Some noise from street when window was open overnight. A kettle with tea and coffee in the room would have been good to have.

We hadden een hele kleine kamer met een grote gang. Het zou handiger zijn geweest als het bedgedeelte wat groter was.

Prachtig gelegen historisch pand in hart van mooi Orléans. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer, goed bed en gescheiden sanitair ... klein maar fijn!! Bagage uitladen voor de deur; auto veilig parkeren onder centrale plein, waarop standbeeld Jeanne d'Arc - uitrijkaart via hotel.

Wederom jammer maar heel begrijpelijk in monumentaal pand, géén lift. Je moet goed ter been zijn en niet bang om bagage naar boven/beneden te dragen. Helaas voor ons was er 's ochtends heel vroeg een stroomonderbreking, wegens werkzaamheden, waardoor er geen ontbijt kon worden geserveerd. Wél een croissant thee en/of koffie naar wens.

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The location is great, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quite old, but that was expected and is part of its charm and character.

The hotel was so pretty with a fab roof terrace. The room was lovely and much bigger than I expected, very quiet even though on a busy street.

The bathroom was a bit small with a small shower cubicle but perfectly functional with gorgeous smelling toiletries

For those on the third floor the stairs were a bit challenging!

L'emplacement, le style vieille France, le lit très confortable, la très jolie salle de bain. Très bon petit déj. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel à la réception Terrasse sur le toit avec vue magnifique, parmi les plantes vertes.

Ça grimpe jusqu'au 3ème sans ascenseur, escalier étroit mais c'est normal dans ce beau bâtiment ancien.

It’s very quirky and colourful. I like the interior design. Also enjoyed a bath!! The staff are very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast includes fresh baguette and croissant plus also eggs to one’s taste. Cheese, meats, jams and cereal.

There’s no lift in these old hotels which makes it difficult when carrying a heavy load.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral nur wenige Gehminuten von der Kathedrale und der lebendigen Altstadt bis hin zur Loire. Die Einrichtung ist wunderbar historisch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Badezimmerfenster zur tollen Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Stilecht eingedeckt, sogar mit Messerbänkchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Länger parken günstig im Parkhaus Hotel de Ville fußläufig entfernt.

L’hôtel de l’Abeille est un hôtel qui a le charme de l’ancien (escaliers, salon, meubles dans les chambres). Il est bien entretenu et propre. Bien situé (proche de la gare et du centre). Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très aimable.

J’ai été réveillée tôt par les craquements du parquet des gens au-dessus de ma chambre.

Hotel in hübschen historischen Gebäude, das liebevoll gestaltet ist. Sehr freundlicher Service.

Zu beachten ist, dass das Hotel nicht über einen Lift verfügt.

Sehr charmantes Hotel! Sehr gute Lage und top Personal! Das zimmer war großartig und das frühstück kann ich auch empfehlen!

Es ist zwar ein altes Gebäude, aber die Teppiche müssen etwas bessern gereinigt werden. Unangenehm war auch, dass man sein Schlüssel immer bei der Rezeption lassen musste, wenn man raus wollte. Etwas ungewöhnlich, aber ich kann es auch verstehen.

The welcome, the view from our attic room, the decor and the breakfast were all delightful - an exceptional Hotel.

Leider keine Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer zur Einkaufsstraße mit Straßenbahn. Bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur musste man das Fenster öffnen und hatte alle paar Minuten das Gebimmel und quietschen einer Straßenbahn

Das Hotel ist wie eine Zeitreise. Die Ausstattung fühlt sich an wie aus einem anderen Jahrhundert, aber alles funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Das Haus hat echten Charme und Persönlichkeit - kein steriles Kettenhotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse war ein Wucht. Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Jederzeit und immer wieder!

Das Hotel besticht durch seine individuelle Einrichtung mit Antquitäten, entsprechenden Bildern etc. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Begrünte Dachterrasse mit grossartiger Aussicht zur Kathedrale.

Das Hotel hat - wie allgemein bekannt - keinen Lift. Kofferschleppen bis in die 3. Etage kann anstregend sein... Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind starkem Lärm ausgesetzt. Strassenbahn. Nachts oft lautstark grölende Personengruppen (Nähe Bahnhof)

The roof garden was beautiful, and gave a great view of the Cathedral - especially when watching the Sons et Lumières. The furniture and decor was interesting and pretty - overall a real and positive contrast with more corporate hotels.

We would have liked facilities to make a cup of tea. We didn't have the breakfast as it was a single price, so would not be good value for money for vegetarians. Carrying suitcases up four flights of stairs is hard work!

Hotel is heel sfeervol, mooie meubels en is authentiek maar tegelijkertijd goed onderhouden. Vooral de ontbijtzaal en de receptie vond ik prachtig. Verder was het personeel vriendelijk en het had een dakterras met uitzicht over de daken van Orleans. Ook mooi dat er kranten waren bij het ontbijt.

Eigenlijk weinig op aan te merken. wat prijs kwaliteit betreft was het echt uitstekend.

Property is well located. Close enough to the train station that hauling bags off the train to the hotel was not a problem. The property is very comfortable. We were there in the middle of the 3rd French heatwave and while a little hot we got by with the fan and opening the windows after 10.00 pm. If you don’t like the heat pay extra for a hotel with air conditioning. The hotel had a small room to store our bikes which was fantastic. But for me what always makes the difference is the attitude of the staff. The reception was manned 24 hours a day and I have to say all of the staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and even when they didn’t speak English we found away with my pathetically bad French. I really valued the service of all the staff.

Nothing. It exceeded the features advertised. I really find it objectionable when during the heat wave guests are marking down hotels for lack of air conditioning when they were happy to book a hotel with no air conditioning because the price is lower. The hotel was great in my opinion.

C’est un très joli petit hôtel avec un bon emplacement.

Nous avons fait une nuit lors de la canicule, il a été impossible de dormir car il n’y avait qu’un petit ventilo. Si une climatisation aurait été installé le séjour aurait été plus agréable.

Un tres belle accueil et tres professionnel. Serein et paisible.

Our visit to Orleans was beyond our expectations, the hotel was charming, breakfast great and the garden rooftop is an unexpected bonus. Orleans is a beautiful and clean city.

yes, the stairs are a bit challenging with your luggage but that was addressed by the hotel during booking.

Alles, es war fantastisch und wunderbar. Das Zimmer war königlich, das Badezimmer gross und schön. Das Frühstück mit frisch zubereitetem Rührei und Spiegelei sehr gut. Der Service war auch wunderbar.

Wir sind seht freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas schwierig.

Sehr zentral gelegen, und es gibt einen kleinen Raum die Räder unterzustellen. Leckeres Frühstück in einem tollen Ambiente. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnliches Bad, groß und mit Balkon. Das Zimmer hatte ebenfalls einen kleinen Balkon. Leider war es, als wir da waren, sehr heiß.

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Aber es gab einen Ventilator.

La décoration de cet hôtel est charmante et nous emmène en voyage au début du 20e siècle, entre mobilier joliment désuet, couloirs tortueux et petites pépites décoratives (mention spéciale à l'arrêté municipal anti sérénades ou au descriptif du mobilier placé dans la chambre). Le rooftop est particulièrement agréable surtout en ces temps de fortes chaleurs. La chambre était climatisée, et la salle de bains était particulièrement spatieuse. De plus, le personnel était très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct, mais moins exceptionnel que le reste de l'expérience.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do starówki i dworca. Ciekawe wnętrza. Część personelu bardzo uprzejma i pomocna.

Część personelu nie mówi po angielsku, co bardzo utrudnia komunikację. Pan w recepcji, który był odpowiedzialny za przekazanie pokoju nie znał ani angielskiego, ani lokalizacji pokoju, dał nam klucze, do pokoju którego nawet nie było w hotelu. Po długich poszukiwaniach dostaliśmy klucze do innego pokoju, ale rano zarzadano od nas zmiany bez jakichkolwiek wyjaśnień i słowa przepraszam. Bardzo ciasna łazienka, trudno się w niej poruszać.
