Location and price are good.

Most facility in too old and some not working properly, like in the toilet and shower area. For 4 persons room, Hotel provide only 2 towel. Some place in room still dirty.

The place is laid out really well. Good pool and cafe and entertainment area. Staff very helpful. Frienly vibe.

Apesar de simples, o hotel é excelente. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Ótima localização, bem no centro da cidade, com várias opções de restaurantes e bares próximos. Pessoal da recepção atencioso e prestativo.

I really loved the friendly staff and I definitely loved the area. This was one of my favorite places to stay and I would love to stay here again.

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They did breakfast for us half an hour after the breakfast period as we got back from Angkor Wat sunrise later than expected. Great location.

Breakfast could’ve been better, only had three basic options.

A localização é ótima, perto do night market e da pub street, além de outros comércios em geral. Os funcionários são ótimos, tudo que precisei me ajudaram. A cama é confortável e limpa.

Todas as noites entravam lagartixas no quarto, além do mesmo ser barulhento e as cortinas não escurecerem. A banheira estava com a tampa do ralo pra dentro então a água demorava a escoar, além de não ser possível encher a banheira. O secador de cabelo do quarto não funcionava. Fiquei três noites e não limparam nem arrumaram o quarto nenhum dia.

location is perfect for tourists.

there is a school right behind the hotel, which means EVERY morning, you will hear the students SING and SHOUT the national anthem at 7 AM ! That is a major issue if you need to sleep.

The location is okay. Lots of bike and scooter rentals nearby.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, dust bunnies everywhere. We got 5 sheets of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty, we only got a used piece of core soap. The towels were dirty and the room service left us with only one towel after the first night. Fridge didn't work. The staff was unfriendly and played a game of "there is no problem". When they promised something they didn't do it and claimed to not remember their promise. The included breakfast is a joke.

Allowed us to stay late checkout on our final day free of charge.

On arrival the room we had booked and paid cof on booking was not avaialble so we were placed in another room. We were told we could mpve the 2nd day, but then on the 2ns day were told couls move on the 3rd day but no point by then as only staying 3 nights. Room had broken door lock. We could not lock it and each timr we went out had to get staff to come with tools to fix the lock. Room windows had no curtains so unable to sleep during lighter hours. Balcony had no chair or table as stated for our booked room. Room had no hairdryer as stated on booking.com Male staff receptionist was very rude to my Cambodian friend in Cambodian language (but was fine with me in English). Plastic bathroom door was quite transparent so you could see people on the toilet.

Location was awesome, in the middle of everything, close to shops, restorants, Pub Street. Breakfast was edible, various choises.

Pool area was very small and sun was hardly shining there.

No cleaning offered, we cleaned our own room everyday of a week long stay, including having to buy soap & toilet paper & mosquito spray and had to ask for clean towels, pool was murky, unrepaired holes in the wall that mosquitoes came out of, very unclean (handprints all over walls, dust and rubbish under fridge & beds, dirty curtains, filthy floor mat), rude staff, elevator turned off after checking in.

Me and 2 sons stayed there and used it as a base to explore Siem Reap. Friendly staff , rooms adequate -a/c , fan, fridge comfy beds. They helped us book a private taxi to kompot which turned out to be a relief from the long buses. The family own a convenience store next door and do your washing for you for $1/ kg for 24 hr

I cancelled my taxi service that the hotel provided and that I had already paid for, they said it would be no problem, but now they refuse to pay back my money several weeks after.

Great room. Clean and very cosy with an extra bed.The hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, the noise from the corridor was clearly audible in the room. The lift didn't work on the way out and it wasn't easy to get down the stairs with suitcases. But that was a minor problem.

Unfriendly staff. Dirty Towels Broken Sofa issues reported but not resolved in the 7 days I was staying No hot water in shower. Wasn't resolved even though it's was reported to staff Had to ask to get room cleaned And leave key at reception even then room wasn't cleaned so no fresh towels or bottles of water. Had to ask for bottles of water

Good location, close to the main road and all the bars and restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful, they also offer laundry service for a very good price. Rooms are equipped with some commodities like shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb. Cleaning on demand. Nice small pool area. 2 lovely friendly doggies that belong to the family are definitely a cute feature :)

Can be a bit noisy in the morning as it’s located next to the main road. Be careful with ants in the room- keep your stuff in a bag or elevated as I had the surprise ants all over my bags.

Although we booked a discounted deluxe room, we were situated in the hotel's outdated area. The room was poorly maintained, with noticeable stains on towels and inadequate cleanliness. Following our swift request for a room transfer, the alternative room failed to meet expectations. At departure, an unjustified charge was presented.

Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic setting with cool pool perfectly situated within town. Easy walk to everything. Tours easily organised with English speaking guides. Cambodia is wonderful and owners/staff made it that much better.

Do not use their laundry service, had 2 expensive white shirts turned blue, and when I complained to the woman that owns the laundry section, she told me the shirts were already blue when she got them🤣 super ignorant !!!!!,

Brilliant location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They arranged a driver to take us round the temples and arranged transport to the airport. Lovely clean rooms. Very comfortable.

Except for the manager/owner, the staff were very unhappy or simply bored with their lives. No smiles, no greeting. Would love to have used the pool with temps around 35 degrees but was not serviced.
