Grand Hotel

I stayed for more than a week and hotel is total value for money, especially with sea-view room (which I took) and on top location is great - Next to walking street, Beach and the market. So all good on this aspect.

Some ladies at the reception were not friendly, welcoming or helpful at all. But I won't generalize as few of them were quite nice. On contrary cleaning staff is very kind and humble.

Staff are lovely. location for what I do is good.

It would be nice if the restaurant was open a little bit more other than that it was a great

The staff was amazing,helpful and very nice. They communicated very well with my English language. The hotel housekeeper where always there first thing in the morning 🌄. I am really thankful for all the staff at the Grand Hotel.

The faculty's and staff where very good. It was a good clean and large room. The location is very good as well. Lot of places to eat and drink nearby.

Absolutely okay for this price. Right next to the Walking Street, but zero noise in the night. The amenities need some refresh, but in general are fine.

A deposit of 1.000 THB should be lifted. They have my card, so whats the problem? A deposit provides an impression they don't trust me or expect me to brake something. ..or they expect something to break and I would pay for it.

Everything was nice. Room, staff and location all perfect.

THE HOTEL RESTAURANT IS CLOSED NOW SO NO BREAKFAST. WONDERFUL LOCATION, SO STAYED HERE MANY TIMES. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, THE HOUSE KEEPING IS EXCELLENT.

NO RESTAURANT , EARLIER IT WAS THERE BUT NOW CLOSED SO HAVE TO GO OUT FOR BREAKFAST. REST ALL OK.

L'emplacement et la propreté de la chambre.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénové dans les parties communes et les ascenseurs. Les chambres sont cependant très propres avec un petit bémol concernant le sol qui est un peu vieux. La pression de la douche est très forte avec des robinets indépendants pas évident à régler au début. Globalement vu le prix, l'hôtel est bien pour ceux qui aiment être à proximité immédiate de la Walking street.

I liked how guest friendly it was. It was super easy to have a guest invited and the hotel was very open about it and as long as you were safe the hotel was extremely helpful in making sure of that. Incredible.

I did not like the Wifi at all. There are reports of hearing Walking Street music from the hotel and this is very true but if you like that sort of atmosphere which keeps things alive then you will enjoy this hotel. If you want to sleep at night in silence this is not the place for you unless you bring white noise apps and ear plugs with you. It still was very nice. The white noise app I used drowned out the music from outside.

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde immer gereinigt, die Bettüberzüge getauscht. Die Lage ist zwar sehr nahe der Walking Street, aber!!!!! aber!!!!!! in der Nacht bis 4 Uhr morgen ist super super laut🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊. Mann kann nicht einschlafen, außer mann ist sowas von betrunken, dass man sich gar nicht rühren kann – dann vielleicht

Solides Stadthotel direkt an der Walking Street. Saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Die Zimmer sind besser, als es die Lobby vermuten lässt. :) Schöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse!

Etwas „düster“ wirkender Eingangsbereich. Das Restaurant ist aktuell geschlossen.

Little bit loud at the evening but I slept like a baby, it was base-noises of clubs (expected to be so close to walking street), but it was totally acceptable.

Comme d'habitude, bien situé, personnel agréable et efficace pour un prix raisonnable. Parfois bruyant jusqu'à la fermeture des bars mais pas un problème pour moi.
